We had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our coordinator was vey responsive and supportive of any changes that we needed to make. Our event was perfect because of the high level of attention to detail. I will definitely keep this location in mind for the future.

Lisa at the Marriott Resort and Spa in HHI made planning our wedding so easy! She took care of all the little details for me and made the day of experience flow perfectly! I would recommend anyone wanting a beach wedding to book through Lisa!

Our wedding ceremony at the Marriott Hilton Head Resort & Spa was absolutely perfect and amazing. From the moment reaching out to see about availability throughout the entire process including the day of our ceremony was nothing short of on-point. Lisa Kennedy is wonderful and so helpful and truly was such a pleasure to work with. She made everything go so smooth. We worried about nothing and her and the entire staff at the Marriott Resort & Spa were so helpful, accommodating and just a ray of sunshine. We couldn't have had a better day and a better experience. Top-notch customer service and resort. So grateful to each and every one of them. A day we and our guests will never forget.

Marriott resort and spa it’s absolutely beautiful and Lisa and her team did an amazing job with our wedding in October. They worked with us every step of the way until the very end answered all of our questions and concerns. Did amazing with food and drinks our guests absolutely enjoyed it.

Angie at Marriott Hilton Head took care of us from start to finish and make our day perfect. We couldn't have arranged everything without her. The location of the Marriott is lovely, overlooking the beach, but not having to be out in the sand unless you want to. The staff were great as well and we were so happy we chose to have our wedding there.

We loved every minute of our wedding this weekend! Angie was so easy to work with and made our day perfect. She really went above and beyond to honor all of our wishes. The event couldn't go any smoother. The banquet staff was great as well! I would highly recommend this venue and Angie!

I do not even know where to start! First off, the entire space was GORGEOUS! The ceremony space we used was the bullhead lawn, which overlooks the ocean so you have a stunning background while you say your vows. The marriot provided me with a sound system to play the ceremony music and cocktail hour music with, and also provided lapel microphones for my officiant so that all the guests could hear the ceremony well. it was so convenient to get to cocktail hour on the bullhead deck which is right next to the ceremony space so it's easy on the guests and still has a stunning view! The reception was also connected to the cocktail hour deck at the Basshead deck and the huge open space was perfect. the palm trees were lit up and guests still had a beautiful view of the ocean. I cannot recommend this space enough! I also loved that the Marriott included a backup indoor space for the ceremony and reception just in case of rain....that took SO much stress off of my plate! The food was amazing....it's what almost everyone talks about now when we discuss the wedding! The marriot staff was so cordial and made sure that everything was perfect for my day.

Lastly, and most importantly, I have to discuss how amazing my wedding coordinator was. Dawn Farrell is the best at what she does and was ALWAYS there at the drop of a hat to get anything i needed or answer any questions. We booked the venue over a year in advance, which means that for over a year she dealt with all of my emails and questions! She did such an incredible job and made sure the event ran seamlessly. She thought of everything that i didn't and is the most kind, thoughtful, and coordinated person! My wedding day was absolute perfection and I am 100000% sure that it would not have been so without the help from Dawn. She went above and beyond for us and I will never be able to thank her enough! This venue was everything I have ever dreamed of and more. I wish I could relive that day forever!!!!

We are so IN LOVE with how our special day turned out. Living out of state, I really relied on email for a source of communication and Dawn was super responsive and helpful. The day of the wedding, everything looked beautiful. We were married on the Bullhead Lawn where it was very intimate and secluded. The staff was AMAZING and Dawn was so accommodating. Thanks for helping us make this the best day of our lives!

Literally could not have asked for a better group to help us plan our big day. The responsiveness, professionalism, and positivity was second to none and I feel incredibly fortunate to have gotten married at this resort with the help of these great people.

In planning my daughter's wedding I visited and met with the event planners of three beachfront wedding venues on Hilton Head Island and Dawn Farrell, Event Manager at the Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa was my top choice by far! During our meeting she was highly personable, detail-oriented, flexible with our wishes and I felt she would be a true partner in putting together my daughter's dream wedding. The event itself ran so smoothly! Dawn thought of everything. I truly felt as it she was planning the wedding of her own family member. Afterwards I told her that I would always be grateful to her for creating such beautiful memories for my daughter, son-in-law, family and friends. My daughter summed it up by saying "Everything was perfect!" Thank you, Dawn for five star service in every category!

Everything ran like clockwork. All the details were handled by Dawn Farrell and her staff as if it were the most important event their lives too, not just ours.

We recently got married at the Marriott and Dawn Farrell did an amazing job! We had both our ceremony and reception on location. Dawn was easy to work with, very responsive, and thought of all the things we didn't. She truly made our wedding a success! The day of our wedding she was there meeting vendors, making sure the bridal party had all they needed, checking in with guests and groomsmen, and just truly thought of every little detail. Then stayed through the evening to make sure all went as planned!! We planned from out of state and she must have answered a million questions and was great about sending pictures and giving us ideas for things we hadn't thought of or planned for. She made planning and the whole experience a breeze.

The rest of the Hilton Head Marriott Staff was also so accommodating and helpful! All 70 of our guests were from out of town and the hotel was perfect in accommodating everyone. From the bell men to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was so kind and easy to work with that it made for a great overall weekend with family and friends.

We talked to a lot of wedding venues before we chose Marriott. There were many pros for Marriott - the location was awesome, right off from the beach, with the beach on the background. Stuart Davis was very helpful and helped us with every aspect of planning our big day. We were planning our wedding from out of state and I must have asked Stuart a million questions, he always got back to me fast and was very very helpful. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and Marriott did an awesome job. Thank you Stuart!

Everything about the Marriott was amazing! We had our ceremony and reception on the Bullhead Deck and Lawn with the ocean a beautiful backdrop! Stuart Davis is the best! From the first tour of the hotel, to the million emails he responded to, all the way to the day of where we have pictures of him fixing my sister's hair before we walked down the aisle; he was always professional and helpful! We had a buffet dinner and it was worth every penny! There was so much delicious food!! Everything turned out better than I could've even imagined. I would recommend this venue to everyone!

Dawn was complete in delivering quality, comfort, and value for our wedding day and weekend.

Dawn was amazing and saved the day!!! She should wear a cape because she has super powers! I never had to worry about anything because she knew how to navigate through all the details of our wedding. She was there every step of he way! The rest of the staff was so friendly and made our guests feel welcome and relaxed.

I am very happy I picked the Hilton Head Resort & Spa the staff was excellent. The Resort event planner was there the entire time making sure I had everything I needed. They set up everything for the ceremony / reception even added the decor I brought to enhance the room. ( Candles, fans, Sand Ceremony) Perfect..... They also provided the food for the Reception and my guest loved it. The Wedding Cake did not get delivered at all ( thats another story) so the Resort staff went to the store bought a cake fix it up and it worked just fine for the event. Great Great Staff.

The Marriott, Melanie, the spa, and all of their staff provided us with the most wonderful setting for our wedding. Everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were excellent for our guests. Everyone had a fantastic time. The Marriott created memories for us that we will never forget. Thank you for making our day so special!!! We look forward to coming back to the Marriott for our anniversary for many years!!!

The Hilton Head Marriott Resort was OUTSTANDING! We researched several venues on HHI for our wedding and the Marriott was the clear choice. A year later, when we had our wedding, the entire hotel staff exceeded our expectations! Sales Director, Melainie Allen, was excellent to work with, the venue (Bullhead Deck) was beautiful, the staff bent over backwards for us, and everything was perfect. We can't recommend the Hilton Head Marriott highly enough!

Dawn was amazing. The food was ok. The coconut shrimp were awesome. I was really impressed with the chicken oscar. Everything else was a dream!!! Staff were so sweet and professional.

Everything was absolutely beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to make this day special for our son and daughter-in-law! The food was delicious and the service was definitely 5 star! Max did an amazing job at directing the whole weekend event! My one disappointment was the way the director of sales and marketing handled our last payment and the way Sara treated us when we had questions about it! My advise would be to make sure everyone in the hotel are on the same page and that if one person tells you something make sure all other employees know what you have been told! The hotel is beautiful and despite the one issue everyone and everything else was 100% professional and perfect! We would recommend this venue for a beautiful beach wedding!!
