  Flexible, accommodating and awesome!

  Eliza with Hilton Garden Inn Rapid City has been so incredibly accommodating with us and what we were wanting from them. With us living out of town from our venues, she was very flexible with meetings and getting us information! Awesome to work with.

  I cannot say enough good things about Eliza and her team! They we're absolutely fantastic! Amazing communication, helpful, accommodating, and took any stress out of my day. The rooms (banquet and quest) we're gorgeous and the food. Oh the food was AMAZING! I had some foodies at my reception and it was beyond delicious. The head chef did such an amazing job! Not getting married again but I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn! I initially thought they were out of my budget but we're so reasonable esp with everything they offer.

  We loved having our reception at the Hilton Garden Inn! They took care of every detail so we didn’t have to worry about anything on our special day.

The food was incredible and the staff was amazing! We didn’t have to worry about set up or tear down as everything was taken care of. Worth every penny to us!!

  Working with Eliza was so amazing. She made the process go so smoothly and was more than accommodating to our wants and needs. Staff was friendly and our guests gave many compliments on the whole place!!

  As with anything, most of the time there are last minute "oh no's" and the Hilton staff was absolutely accommodating to last minute issues. The food was absolutely outstanding! This is where I would have another wedding if I had more kids that were to wed.

  wouldn't recommend

  recent staff turnover resulted in our experience being subpar at best. Communication was awful & should have been a sign that things would not go well. I know things are a little different right now but I expected better out of the place where we spent over half our wedding budget. It took weeks to MONTHS to get a response to our questions, very little communication on our wedding day & the day prior from staff, our contact was not on site for the wedding & didn't even bother to check in to see how the event went. The food that was served was nothing like what was sampled at our food tasting, leaving us highly disappointed & slightly embarrassed that that's what we chose for our guests. And add to that that the bride & groom are supposed to be served their meal first, and we watched half our guests receive their food before we received ours. As a former Director of Sales & Events for another venue in the Black Hills, this would have never been considered okay. Add to that that our suite the night of the wedding was supposed to be complimentary with our room block & we were still charged for it & told by the DOS that we would be refunded 2 weeks ago, to which we have still not received a refund.
  To say we're disappointed is an understatement & I cannot say that I will recommend them to anyone.
