The Hilton Garden Inn, Woodbridge VA was the most amazing location to have our daughter's wedding. From the start Evelyn was super professional and easy to work with. Whatever we wanted she helped make it happen. Even by supplying ALL our special dietary needs for individual guests attending! The price included set-up, break down, great food, a huge banquet room, linens, materials for center pieces, an outdoor patio and much more! They worked very well with all our outside vendors too too make sure our night went without a hitch. The hotel was also able to accommodate all our guests who needed a room or rooms for the duration of their stay. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and has a pool and gym! It really was a magical night. Thank you Evelyn and Hilton for being there with us every step of the way!

My FH & I wanted a venue that was near the church were will be getting married to have our reception. From our initial meeting to actually signing the contract, we’ve had nothing but positive interactions with Evelyn ( Special Events Sales Coordinator).

We used Hilton Garden Inn as our ceremony and reception site, as well as accommodations for all or our out of town guests. They were very easy to work with from first contact through the day of our wedding. Our Day-Of Coordinator (Evelyn) was very responsive and attentive to all our guests needs/wants. They were great to work with for room blocks, they were quick to let us use additional rooms for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. The event food was very delicious - many guests commented to us how wonderful the buffet and cocktail apps were! The wait and bar staff during our event were top-rate and made our event flow so smoothly! They were also great at coordinating all our outside vendors to make sure that they had everything they needed and knew where they needed to go to set up. All in all, a magical experience for us and our family and friends!

I'm getting married in October 2016, but already have my reception venue booked. This was the first venue I visited and ended up being my last! I fell in love with the site and the wedding coordinator, Anna Allen, has been wonderful. The hotel was still under construction when I visited it, but it definitely turned out beautifully. It's sleek and modern with friendly staff and an in-house caterer. It's located near the Stonebridge shopping center, which has high-end restaurants.The price I received was phenomenal for all the services I'm being offered. Anna Allen has been super friendly, flexible, and attentive to all my needs and concerns. She has taken all the questions thrown at her with stride and always has a cheery attitude. The chef, James, is also very outgoing and personable! I recently tasted the foods, and they are delicious! I recommend this site to anyone who is wanting a hassle free and beautiful/spacious wedding location.

Hilton Garden Inn in Woodbridge, VA is a great venue. Although our wedding isn't until the end of the year, we've had excellent customer service since we met Anna and the staff at a bridal show. Anna will answer any and every question (I've had a lot so far) you may have. Anna has really been a great help in this process, especially since we will be moving in few months. The hotel is very nice and it's in a great location. You're right off of I-95 but you can't hear any traffic when you're in the rooms. You're minutes from shopping and food which is great for your out-of-town guests. The ballroom is spacious and beautiful. We haven't had our food tasting yet but I'm sure that will be great as well. The reception packages are priced well and they include a suite for the night of your wedding! Overall, I believe we made a great choice by choosing the hotel for our wedding and reception.

I recently had my wedding and reception at this location and I had the most amazing time. I received so many compliments on this hotel and the staff. The staff was very accommodating and very cordial. The hotel in itself is beautiful from the moment you walk in to the rooms themselves. Wonderfully decorated and so close to anything you could need. Anna and her team really made my day special. From the first meeting to the end she really made this planning and preparing non stressful. They added a few personal touches that really made me feel special. The food was delicious and from the wedding to the reception everything flowed seamlessly. It was so nice to be able to have the wedding and reception in one place where people could enjoy themselves and not have to drive anywhere. I would absolutely highly recommend !!!!
