  I used Hilton WestChase for our wedding room block and dressing space for me (the Bride) and my bridal party. Renee Picon was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my entire engagement process. She made sure that our welcome bags were passed out as guests arrived. Rooms were available for early check in which was greatly appreciated with out of town guest flying in at different times.

  Everything was great when we had our wedding reception at Hilton Houston Westchase. Justin Martinez was very helpful during the preparation and main event, and the rest of the catering department/banquet staff as well. The food was DELICIOUS! Until now our family and friends are still talking about it.

  Betty Clark was out main contact person and she was very easy and knowledgeable to work with. We received everything we asked for in terms of choice of menu and equipment, rooms provided. The hotel had a large range of color choices for linens, and they also provided the centerpieces (hurricane candles/votives/mirror) so we didn't have to worry about that. The best part was that the wedding cake (made by Cake Affairs) was included in the package, so we didn't have to pay a cake cutting fee or anything like that!

  We had a great experience with the Hilton Westchase. Our coordinator, Meredith, was amazing. She was very helpful and flexible with all of our personal requests. The wedding package they offer was unbeatable. It included a wonderful pre-reception which included a beautiful display of cheeses, fruit, and vegetables. Also included in the package was a delicious meal and an even better cake (catered by Cake Affairs).

  We had our reception in their Westwind ballroom. The set up was very nice. We got soooo many compliments on how good the food tasted. The staff was really excellent, and even the bartender got compliments. It was really effortless on our part -- they took care of everything.

  The only reason I have it 3 stars, was because the Air Conditioning went out during my ceremony, they did provide fans, but made it look tacky. They did compensate for the disaster, which almost made up for everything. The venue was decorated beautifully and they did everything to my liking. My guest still had a good time.

  Wonderful hotel! The accommodated my family so well for the whole weekend! They even provided a shuttle for everyone to get to and from our venue just a few miles down the road! My parents rented the presidential suite which was nice but I wouldn't way it was worth $800+ a night.

Unfortunately, Betty was out sick quite often, but I was usually able to speak to somebody else with any questions that I had. The catering manager was very helpful as well. On the day of the wedding, the catering staff was very professional and we felt like we were being treated like royalty. The only thing that bothered us was that nobody came to inform us (as was promised) that the tab limit had been reached. We would have paid for more drinks for our guests to enjoy, but since we were not informed and were kept busy several other people, our guests had to start paying for their drinks a bit after dinner had started. It was unfortunate, but everyone seemed to have a blast at the wedding. Oh, and their food was AMAZING!!!! It was the talk of the town for months after the wedding took place.

  The wait staff was very professional everyone was served at a buffet...one of the options we decided to go with and the food(chicken/beef and vegies) was very good we highly recommend it. The service staff was attentive to the needs of the guests.

  The hilton was a little pricey especially for room stays. We did manage to get the price down a little for the block or rooms...but still a little expensive.
  The actual event was a little pricey too ...but in comparison to some other venues we were happy with how things turned out. We also got our wedding cake, champane toast and free night for our 1 year as an incentive to book with them.   The Hilton Westchase is an excellent venue for a wedding of 150 or fewer people. The wedding coordinator was very helpful with suggestions for vendors, and we planned a beautiful wedding in the span of only four months. The only caveat may be the Texas-themed decor, but if you ask nicely, they will take down the big stars and paintings. The food appealed to everyone from the children to the adults, and the cake was included. We also received a free upgrade for the included honeymoon suite, complete with chilled champagne. This is a great venue if you prefer to have an all-in-one package with very little hassle, you cannot afford a traditional wedding planner, and you have a less-than-the-national-average budget ($10,000-15,000).

  If you're into switching between staff and having to repeat yourself 1000 times with no organization, go for it! I had 4 different staff coordinators within 7 months of planning. I stayed having to repeat my contract which was initially documented. Very unorganized! The day of my wedding chair covers were late getting there which pushed my wedding back 1 and a half hours!
