Our daughter and son-in-law chose the Hilton Bloomington as the hotel for their October 2023 wedding . It was in close proximity to the church and country club where they held their wedding and reception . Kate Hughes was fantastic in organizing accommodations for out of town guests,the bride and bridesmaids get ready room,the presidential suite for the bride and groom and executive suite for family members. Kate exceeded our needs and we would highly recommend the Hilton for your event!

The Executive Suite was a great space for a bridal party to get ready. chairs and vanities were provided. Kate H. was very responsive and helpful when booking room blocks and shuttle services.

The Hilton was an amazing wedding venue. Great space great food and great overall atmosphere. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was a great day that I’ll always remember and would recommend to anyone!

Working with Katie to coordinate our get ready rooms was a wonderful experience. She always replied promptly and provided information about every aspect of what to expect. She even helped with quantity suggestions and was able to work with our differing schedules for the men’s versus women’s rooms. The rooms were beautiful and bright. Everything was perfect and I don’t think we could’ve picked a better space to get ready for our wedding. The available shuttle and champagne toast for our out of town guests was an added bonus!

Kate was absolutely amazing and answered all my questions (of which there were many) during the wedding planning process. The food was delicious and we got a lot of compliments and the venue is gorgeous. Plus, the venue and the staff made sure that everything was super convenient. There was a free shuttle to and from MSP, MOA, and other local areas - we even used it to transport people to family photos at a nearby park! It was so easy to have everything in one place. Getting ready, the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, hotel block, and the after wedding brunch. It was definitely worth the value! And, if you plan it correctly, you can get and use the Hilton credit card(s) that give you added status perks and a whole bunch of Hilton Honors points. Our 10 day honeymoon stay is free because we booked it on points from our wedding!

We had an excellent experience having Hilton at 3900 American Blvd Bloomington be our designated hotel for our wedding. Kate Hughes was great to show us rooms, set up bridal suite, allow early check in for our guests. Hand out welcome bags etc. Very positive experience.

The venue itself was great even with little supplemental decoration. The best part of this venue was the event coordinator, Kate. She added so much value to the venue and made the day great. I'd recommend to anyone!

Overall was very satisfied with all of it. The communication was quick and efficient, I never felt like I was waiting for an answer to any of my questions. It was a wonderful experience working with Kate, she was so helpful preparing for our wedding as well as on the day of. She helped make the flow of the day work so well, taking care of things so we didn’t need to stress or worry about it. The hotel itself was beautiful and worked perfect for the size of our wedding.

We decided to use the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington because it was perfect proximity from our wedding venues. The Catering Sales Manager, Kate, was very helpful setting up the room blocks for Fri. and Sat. night and was very accommodating getting us in suites and the Presidential Suite on the 11th floor. The girls used the Washington Room to get ready and the space, food and refreshments were all great. The Chop House was a great gathering space for out of town guests the night before the big day. We only heard positive hotel reviews from our guests, so we would definitely recommend to others looking for a room block.

The facility was amazing, very clean, beautiful. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and professional in all of their roles. Kate was wonderful to work with, very organized, timely, and detail oriented to make sure everything went smoothly! They did a great job overall!

In the wedding planning process, it was important to me to have a place that looked clean and welcoming, fit our budget, and had a responsive coordinator. Kate and the team excelled in all of these areas! This was one of most affordable venues, yet looked so stunning. Kate also was astoundingly available for us-I would often email her with questions throughout the process, and a few different occasions, called to talk through some things. The food was delicious as well! The week of the wedding, we had a few minor fixes that needed to happen, and Kate was fantastic and took care of it discreetly.

I truly cannot recommend this venue enough! We were so grateful for how beautiful of a reception Kate and the team put on!

We had an amazing wedding reception at the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington! My wife and I, as well as many of our guests, traveled in from out of town. The hotel was very accommodating with various arrival times and check-ins. The free shuttle to/from the airport was especially helpful!
As far as planning the reception, Kate made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was very transparent when explaining all of the details and options to cater our reception to the needs of us and our guests. She was great at setting the timeline and keeping track of everything at each step leading up to our event! We would definitely recommend Kate and the team at Hilton in coordinating your special event!

Kate is amazing and made our day great! Her team was respectful, quick to respond, and very professional. The Hilton helped with a lot of the small detail items which made our lives a lot easier. The catering is in house so that is one less thing to coordinate and the food was delicious and priced reasonably. We received many compliments on the food from the guests. We loved having the reception at the hotel so guests could just go upstairs after the wedding without worrying about driving anywhere. We would highly recommend having a wedding reception at the Hilton in Bloomington off of 494 and France!

Catherine Hughes was very professional, reliable, and helped in all avenues of our event, including room blocks, grooms dinner, and our get ready room. I would say that Catherine went above and beyond her duties for us. I would definitely recommend her services and the hotel.

Working with the Hilton for our wedding was seamless. Where other venues lack, The Hilton exceeded my expectations for our wedding weekend. They were very hands on and took control of everything from planning details to setting everything up to tearing everything down. Other venues we had looked at charged for absolutely every detail--the Hilton had most everything available complimentary, and were able to customize my vision. They worked with me to bring in decor the week of my wedding, but I still didn't need much as they provide so much! They kept our flowers, cake, and decor in their coolers or storage, which allowed for us to not be running around on the eve or morning of our wedding. It was absolutely fabulous and I would 100% recommend working with them!

We worked with the coordinator, Kate Hughes, for a whole year prior to the wedding. She was so accommodating, detail oriented and supportive of us during the process. We are more than grateful to her for helping us navigate the challenges of wedding planning as well as last minute changes we needed for the tables and meal counts. We were able to reserve the shuttle to take pictures nearby at the Normandale Japanese community Garden and it was so seamless and easy to do so, due to Kate setting it up. The staff members we interacted with were AMAZING. We are so grateful for their hospitality and politeness as well as overall happy about the experience! We cannot stress enough how grateful we are for Kate Hughes and the other Hilton Bloomington Staff!

We were blown away by the Bloomington Hilton. Kate was the events coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was very prompt in her responses and made everything so easy. The venue is super cute and the food was fantastic, but honestly Kate was the best part about choosing this venue. We had an amazing time and absolutely loved it. Everything went off without a hitch.

You will NOT regret having your wedding here. From start to finish this entire process was incredibly fun and as easy and Kate Hughes was an integral part of that. She went out of her way to make our experience as customized as possible when it came to decor and beverage options. She acts as your wedding and day of coordinator all in one!

We booked our wedding at the Hilton Bloomington/Minneapolis this January, and we were more than happy with the service we received from everyone involved. Kate, the wedding coordinator at the Hilton, was a pleasure to work with! She made the process of planning out our perfect day easy and stress-free. She was very easy to talk to and quick to respond to emails. She coordinated with our vendors, such as the DJ and bakeries we went through to make sure everyone was on the same page about arrival/delivery times. She also took care of our centerpiece set-up on the day of the wedding. The bar tenders and service staff who helped at our reception were fantastic and very polite, and the food was AMAZING!
The prices were pretty reasonable too, especially given the location of the hotel in proximity to popular destinations in Minneapolis, such as the airport and mall of america. The Hilton also provided a shuttle to and from the airport and mall of america for guests who come in from out of town. I would 10/10 recommend anyone looking for a venue to go with the Hilton after our great experience there :)

We chose the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington for both our wedding and accomodations for our guests. We could not have made a better decision. We have 0 compliants. Everyone, from our event coordinator to the hotel staff worked very hard to give us a perfect wedding, and they nailed it! Not only did our event coordinator, Riana, become basically a free wedding planner, the hotel staff accomodated every request from our guests staying at the hotel, including let my family throw a birthday party for my aunt 2 days before the wedding in the executive lounge on 1 day's notice. Every request my husband and I made for our wedding was granted. The food was great, the bartenders were friendly and knowledgable, and they took care of all set up and clean up. All we had to do was bring our stuff, show up, and take our items home the next day. You can not go wrong with choosing this hotel for your wedding or event!

The Hilton when I first saw it was amazing it was very nice to walk into a hotel not expecting it to look amazing. Durning the covid outbreak it was really hard to know what was going to happen. The Hilton was great in communicating with me so I know what was going on. In the end we had someone new to deal with and I was ok with her she remainder me of a family friend. It was a fantastic experience I had nothing to worry about everything was taken care of and I was thankful for the help I had. Everything turned out great. I got to have all my guest in the end. The food was really great too. The chandeliers got me to they were very pretty and unique too.At first me and my husband didn’t really want it at a hotel but then we came to the Hilton also and fell in love. I really do recommend the Hilton for a venue.
