    They made everything perfect!!!

    This venue captured my heart the moment I went it to see it! I could not imagine getting married anyplace else.
    The staff is beyond nice, what they did for me was unforgettable, Gabrielle and Theresa went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my big day, I can't thank them enough.
    I truly felt like a princess at Hilton Orlando, everyone loved the food, the venue, the staff, the accommodations offered.
    If you're looking for a perfect place to get married HILTONN ORLANDO is the one.
    Thank you thank you for making my dreams come true!!

    Amazing venue, we did our wedding reception outdoors, at the Pavilion and it was gorgeous! Aidan was our wedding coordinator and she was very helpful, nice and sweet. The quality of their food is amazing, their chef is great, we met him at our food tasting and he's just passionate about what he does. The whole staff was super friendly. I definitely recommend this venue!

    i love love this hotel, it was a great experience to plan my wedding. I was so excited and Teresa and Aidan understood my vision and made it come to life - my guests are still raving about how great the wedding was! :)

    We were so excited to be working with Theresa and the amazing team at the Hilton Orlando! Being a wedding photographer, I knew I wanted exceptional service and attention to detail from my venue. We actually had picked another venue originally in a different area - but they completely disappointed us from the very start. I came to the Hilton feeling a little defeated, and after my first meeting I was super excited for my wedding again! As we got closer to the day, we had a couple bumps in the road (totally expected), but it was the amazing way that they took care of everything that we chatted about! They gave us so much confidence in the way everything would go - and they didn't disappoint! My wedding day was a complete fairy tale and they took care of every question and concern we had quickly and accurately! Since it was a destination wedding for much of our family, they had nothing but rave reviews for the hotel itself - saying it was beautiful and made for such a fabulous trip down for the wedding!

    The Hilton Orlando is the PLACE to have your wedding. They were so awesome making sure that me and husband were taken care of the day of the wedding, everything from making sure we had something to eat and drink before the ceremony. They did a fantastic job setting the rooms up, the food was amazing, and cake.....beautiful and so tasty!!!

    Our wedding last weekend was absolutely amazing and we owe it to Ashley at the Hilton Orlando. She went above and beyond her role as catering coordinator, assisted us with every single question, I feel like I have a new friend as a result of our year of planning with Ashley. The entire staff at the Hilton Orlando greeted our guests, catered to our every need, and made us feel like we were the most special people at the event, even having a private butler making sure we ate, had drinks, etc. They worked wonderfully with our outside vendors and they just had a complete renovation of the outdoor space since we booked the venue, we were the second wedding EVER on the new grassy, beautifully landscaped outdoor ceremony space, we couldnt have asked for anymore. Beyond just our wedding day acting as a reception and ceremony venue, we also had our "welcome party" the evening before our wedding with all of our out of town guests at the Adult Quiet Pool area it was absolutely perfect from the food, to the screen they provided from the slide show, to our monogram displayed in the pool water. If you want an all in one package, one place for your guests, especially if you are planning a destination wedding where most of our guests are coming out of town (we had about 130) exceptional service, I would choose the Hilton Orlando on Destination Pkwy!! A+++++++

    My entire wedding planning process was so wonderful due to the professionalism, experience and warmth the Hilton Orlando extended to me and my groom. They went over and beyond to make sure all my wants and wishes came true on my wedding day. Everything was perfect, I was so thrilled with the service we received throughout the whole journey. My guests are still talking about how fantastic our wedding weekend was! Thank you to Teresa and her team for making my wedding so special!

    Finding a venue is often the first task when planning a wedding. My sister recommended Hilton Orlando. We went and took a look at it and thought it was perfect for the size of wedding that we wanted. We were lucky that the date that we wanted was available. We also like the decor and the fact that they plenty of parking space.

    We stayed at the Hilton Orlando on our honeymoon and the experience was such a nightmare from start to finish that we checked out at 10:30pm on the same day that we had checked in. My husband and I eloped on short notice due to some personal medical issues (we still have our big wedding planned in 2013 :) ). We still wanted to make this wedding a special occasion of course, so we went on to Hotwire and booked a 4.5 star hotel in the International Drive area, which turned out to be the Hilton Orlando.

    I'll try to be brief because I went on for 3 full single spaced pages with thin margins and 11 point font in my letter to the hotel's General Manager, so there's even more than what's here:

    1 - We called the hotel to tell them it was our honeymoon and if they could put us on a high floor, which the front clerk did not see if it was there at all. Room we were given offered a view directly into rows and rows of other people's rooms - who could of course also see right into our room, so the shades had to be closed, which made the view worthless and the room claustrophobic. The pool also looked dirty during the daytime from our vantage point.
    2 - On a Saturday night, the beautiful lounge with a grande piano in it was completely shut down and not all their dining options were available.
    3 - We went to the poolside grille to have a light meal, but was treated rudely by the waitress who clearly wanted to leave and were given two orders of chicken fingers when we ordered one to split (came to $37 with 2 diet cokes).
    4 - Wasted 30+ minutes either on hold or being given incorrect information by staff only to finally find out that the wi-fi was $14.95 and not free as we were first told on the phone.
    5 - Room dirty: smudges on windows, splatters of who knows what on bathroom woodwork, dust caked on light fixtures. This is not to mention the cockroach we found in the hallway of the executive level on the 19th floor.
    6 - Incredibly rude, condescending manager on duty.
