    With about 80% of our guest count coming from out of town, we knew that we would need a room block and the Hilton was the clear choice! Even though another hotel was closer to our wedding venue, after working with Edith and Amy is was SO clear that it was worth the extra few minutes. We are still hearing compliments about how much everyone enjoyed their stay! Edith was such a huge resource throughout my planning process, helping me think through the wedding weekend to discuss shuttle times, room counts, room service, etc. My guests could not stop complimenting the staff while we were there! From the shuttle to the front desk to the bartenders, they seriously made the stay! Thank you Hilton Phoenix Chandler!

    Our wedding went off without a hitch, and a big part of that was thanks to Hilton Phoenix Chandler! They reserved a block for us, with plenty of flexibility and consultation. In addition, they accommodated us with shuttles to and from the venue, as well as kept the bar open for our wedding party after the event!

    Their rates are more than reasonable, the rooms was spacious, clean and beautiful, and the service was top-notch. I wouldn't change anything about my stay here!

    We used this hotel to block 20+ rooms for wedding guests. From the first phone calls with Amy and Megan to the front desk staff of Kimberly and Samantha it was amazing! We had about 45 guest stay at the hotel and we heard nothing but positive comments. We brought so much to the hotel for my daughter's wedding the next day at Bella Rose. The front desk volunteered to store everything for me so I did not have to bring everything up to my room. We paid for the continental breakfast the morning after the wedding for our hotel guests and they gave us a private room. We had shuttle service back and forth to the venue. They even kept the bar open until 2:30 in the morning so we could all continue to have fun after the wedding. We were all so impressed with the staff! They went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed. I would definitely stay there again and refer them to friends and family!

    We are from out of town and used the Hilton for our wedding block. We had approx. 75 guests stay there and I didn't hear one complaint - everyone loved it! The staff were super accommodating and ensured that everyone had a good time. We held a "onsie party" (one piece pj set) as our after-party in the lobby bar, and even the bartender wore a "onsie" with the rest of our group! I wouldn't hesitate to book another event with them. Meghan, the coordinator, is amazing!

    Garcia-Harvey wedding May 31, 2014: It was a great venue and the staff were awesome. Leslie was very personable yet professional. The food was spectacular, Gracias Chef Nick Nyche! I would like to thank the Hilton for hiring great people who have the same goals and mission of providing the best customer service, we have ever received. As long as Leslie, Chef Nick and Dawn, the bartender, remain working there I truly recommend this venue. To all the staff (working family) at the Hilton, even those who work behind the scenes, muchas gracias for your customer service. You all exceeded the expectations and please continue to do what you are doing.

    They took care of all the decorations for us and when we walked in, it was perfect. Emily was a pleasure to work with and always took the time to answer our questions. They also had a great price for our reception.

    The Chandler Hilton was an amazing place for a reception. The staff was so helpful and ver accomodating. They really worked with us on making our wedding day gorgeous and affordable. We had a large wedding - 250 people - so we were concerned with the cost of food, but they were able to work something out with us. Feel free to ask them to make arrangements to fit your price range. They also have a shuttle that takes guests within 5 miles of the area, and that was perfect for us beause our ceremony was within that range and many guests used the shuttle. I recommend this venue to anyone!

    Katelyn and Dianna were spectacular, responsive, easy to work with and very accommodating in ever aspect. Katelyn met with us on several occassions to make sure everything was going well, our final meeting had Dianna, head of catering, and their new event manager Amy on hand. The food was spectacular - the executive chef really knows what he is doing and EVERY single person who worked at the Hilton provided exceptional service with a smile. We had our ceremony, reception and dinner along with a Sunday brunch at the Hilton - every was great. Our family and guests commented frequently on how professional the staff was and how good the food was for each portion of our wedding. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hilton Chandler for a wedding, event and our families plan to continue staying at the Hilton Chandler when they come to visit.

    The Hilton was amazing through the entire process! The staff was flawless! The day of the wedding was so smooth because of the staff! The staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure our event was private and everything was taken care of! The food, venue and rooms were amazing and made our day so special. All our guests gave us compliments on how beautiful the hotel was, how good the food was and what an amazing time they had. So professional!

    Working with Katelyn was great and the reception was just beautiful. Our out of town guests simply loved the accommodations.

    It was wonderful. Our last venue had to cancel and they were willing to work with out budget and set us up very quickly

    I am glad we chose the Hilton for several reasons, location, service, prices, exclusivity of event.
    The planning went really smooth for the first several months, as we got closer I started to wish I had chosen a different location, but in the end it was perfect. The hotel told us, after we had sent invitations, that they need to know which entree each guest is eating. But we said, no its ok, just ask our guests if they had chicken or fish, we prefer this and its simple. The hotel still said no you need to find a way to tell us what each guest is eating, I had assigned tables, but not seats at the table. They said to provide the best service blah, blah blah, again I said it's ok to just ask our guest what they ordererd. Pretty sure this is my wedding day, so why they were so insistant on this I have no idea. I got really upset about this, if I'm paying you for a service then get it done. I was even told by the hotel planner to put stickers on each place card to designate chicken or fish. Really, no, my family started to joke that we could put stickers on everyone's forehead so it could be very easy and convenient for the hotel staff. We have planned several formal events and this was never an issue!! In the end and after a phone call from my dad, the hotel let up and followed through with just asking the guest for their entree selection. After that it was smooth sailing for final planning the hotel party planner was very accomodating and responsive to alll of my emails.

    The day of our wedding was hectic, they had planned another event during the day. We were told of this in advance, it was a tight hour turn of the ballroom... but they pulled it together. The ballroom, flowers, tables looked amazing! I will say one last note we had payed for two bartenders, and throughout the night the bartenders were taking breaks and leaving one behind the bar. My dad was not happy about this, as a line for the bar would form quickly.

    The hotel service staff and banquet captains were extremely courteous and just wonderful to all of our guests for the wedding. Our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful and accomodating the front desk staff, servers, bartenders etc were. As I was waiting to walk down the aisle, their (I'm guessing) executive managers were standing right there to make sure it all was perfect, wow definaltely made me feel special!

    The next day I had to switch rooms and I forgot my bottle of wine. The housekeeper looked at me and said, "that's my tip." no smile not joking, I was very affended, wait this is the morning after my wedding, it was my bottle of wine, and pretty sure staff soliciting tips in not allowed here. Lady my dad dropped a load of money here, this is mine and I'm taking it, unbelievable and rude!

    Overall, we had highs and lows with the wedding planning and wedding itself.
    My family and I had a wonderful wedding thank you to all the hotel staff that had any part in our special day
