    Tina and her team are worth their weight in gold. They went above and beyond our expectations. Their advice prior to the wedding was excellent and the coordination and execution the day of could not have been better. Leaving the day of set-up and coordination to Tina left us and our family free to enjoy the day.

    Tina was absolutely amzing! We are so thankful for her on our weddingday, we had planed the original date to beJuly 16 2016, little did we know we would get the chance of a lifetime! We were offered a wedding by Interchange Symposium. Our wedding date was then brought forward to sept 18th 2015. We had only 2 months to pull it together. The day we both have dreamed of for so long. Tina stepped up to the plate and took on the challenge. Her drive and care made our wedding day absolutely perfect and stress free. I recommend Tina for all your wedding needs and advice!

    Two of my children have gotten married in the past 18 months and Tina has handled both weddings. I didn't have to worry about anything on either big day! She is a lifesaver! Thank you for all your hard work, Tina.

    Tina was a lifesaver for our wedding! I've been in 6 weddings and I know how stressful the wedding day can be and the days leading up to the event. Hiring Tina gave us the opportunity to ENJOY the day. She took care of everything. She was my eyes and ears and knew what to do and when to do it. I was able to relax and enjoy time with my bridesmaids and family and enjoy after the wedding. I would suggest hiring her and enjoying your big day!

    My wedding day was perfect! Not many brides can say that, but I am proud to be one of the few, with a husband that agrees! Prior to our celebration, I had a million ideas but needed Tina to organize them! And organize them, she did! It was like she was in my head! She made sure it was the way I wanted: from the music to the decorations! She came to all my meetings, knew exactly when the vendors were showing up and where they were setting up. She is awesome! Thank you

    Tina did a great job of being the day-of-coordinator for our wedding in July! She's incredibly easy going and worked super hard to make sure our wedding day was perfection - and it was. I didn't have to do much which was my goal with hiring someone to help run things on our wedding day. My only criticism that came to my attention later is Tina was rude to my maid of honor and other members of my family & bridal party throughout the wedding day. I understand that she was being loyal to me, but that's no excuse to undermine the bride's closest loved ones in the process. Tina & History in the Making Special Events will do a great job of taking care of your needs, decorations, set up and overall coordination of vendors throughout your whole day.

    We're in the business of catering to guests and family, and I'm very sorry if something I said or did came across as rude--that was certainly never my intention! Your wedding at Roy's Barn was beautiful, and we were happy to be a part of it. So glad to hear you thought it was perfect!

    I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day thanks to Tina. It was so nice to have someone who could help with vendors and timelines so I could spend my time enjoying the day. Thank you Tina!

    While my wedding turned out great I think that Tina may have overbooked herself for the weekend of my wedding. She consistently took a few days to respond to any emails. Did not return any phone calls on the day of the actual wedding. She arrived late to the rehearsal dinner without even a courtesy call to let me know. All of my vendors called me in the days leading up to the wedding saying that they had either not heard from Tina or that they could not get ahold of her. There was also supposed to be a professional cleaning service included, but I never saw one and ended up having to sweep the venue myself the next morning. There were many other little frustrations along the way, but I don't want to be overly critical. I got the impression this may be a new business for her and she may just need some time to get a lot more experience under her belt. I'm sure she can improve.

    I was surprised to hear all of this, especially since your wedding day itself came together so beautifully! I wish you would have said something before the wedding so I would have had to opportunity to address your concerns. I do take responsibility for being late to the rehearsal, that was uncharacteristic and unprofessional of me. As for many of the other things you mentioned, I believe they were based on misunderstandings. Our team worked really hard to pull your day together, from set-up, to creating the floral arrangements, all the way through clean-up at the end of the night, and we're happy to hear you enjoyed your wedding. We hope these concerns don't overshadow the memories of your wedding day, and you find a lifetime of love in each other.

    We would not recommend Tina as a day of coordinator due to her passive nature & low communication skill. Our family, friends & photographers were pivotal in picking up the slack left by her team & ensuring that our wedding was still amazing.
    We contracted Tina through Reed & Lee and had low expectations going into it. The wedding plan was fully in place & all vendors were coordinated & ready to go months in advance (for the record, all the other vendors we worked with were phenomenal). Tina had the plan 2 months ahead of time & confirmed she understood the plan & was able to execute the plan multiple times. We wish Tina would have said that she was not able to do what we needed b/c we would have gladly agreed that extra hands were needed to ensure everything was done (as we did with our caterer by adding an additional server).
    Final payment requests were emailed to me (the bride) at 11pm the night before my wedding day. If Tina had not been involved in coordinating the last mile then we would have figured out these payments a week in advance.
    She was not paying attention at the rehearsal until my husband sternly asked her to help coordinate.
    At the ceremony there were empty seats in the 3rd row which she promised us she would not let happen.
    At the reception, decorations were not set up. My dad set up the music, my father in law lit all the candles, the photographers figured out the programs & cups, my husband had to move a table during the procession so we could get past.
    Her team set up dessert & mugs 30 minutes before dinner was even served on tables needed for setting up dinner.
    There is a much longer & more detailed list of items that went wrong, which I cannot post here because of character count limits.
    It is worth noting that about 30 minutes before the ceremony there was high wind that potentially threw her team off. However this passed very quickly & the rest of the day was perfect weather. The wind could not account for all of the problems.
