When I say we had the perfect wedding all thanks to Haley and her team I mean it. Not once throughout the day was I worried about anything, and if anything did go wrong we certainly had no clue about it. The day was literally perfect. Not just for us but for everyone who attended too. We got so many compliments saying how it was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to. Truly, was smooth sailing the whole time and I have no doubt in my mind that's thanks to Haley and her team behind the scenes making the magic happen. Haley is extremely professional and personable. She truly wants to make your day special and works tirelessly to do so. Her team (and husband!) were also incredible, meeting all of our needs and compiling our many many personal items at the end of the night. I'm pretty sure one of them even went to go get more Tequilla since apparently we ran out :P Overall 10 out of 10 recommend working with Haley on your wedding. She's genuinely just a cool human being and really cares about her couples. -

Haley is flexible, creative, knowledgeable, and 100% dedicated to her clients. She goes the extra mile, planning an experience that'll have your guests reminiscing for years to come. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a phenomenal wedding planner. -

The best thing that, my now husband, and I did while wedding planning was hiring Hitched by Haley. Haley, is an amazing person from top to bottom and was a godsend during the pandemic helping us reschedule our wedding, like so many other couples. We decided to postpone our wedding from October 2020 to September 2021 early on in the pandemic (May 2020) so it was pretty new territory for all vendors, but Haley helped us handle it with complete calmness, grace, and logic.
She was able to keep us organized throughout the process and never missed a beat with any deadline, and was always there with any help or advice that was needed. Her expertise was incredibly valuable, especially her hard work with the timeline of the entire wedding day. The timeline was so key for the day to run smoothly, and she nailed it! It was finalized at least a week before our wedding day, and we were able to send it to all of our wedding party so they knew where to be and when.
Additionally, Haley and her lovely assistant Tina were with us through the whole day. We loved having this support to remind us of the schedule or step in when needed (e.g. making weather-related calls about hosting certain events of the day indoors v. outdoors). I can’t say enough about how grateful and appreciative we are of Haley and how committed she is to making sure you have an amazing wedding day! Thank you, Haley! -

Shortly after getting engaged, I knew I needed to hire a wedding planner. I found myself incredibly overwhelmed with the planning process and paralyzed by perfectionism. I tried downloading *The Knot* app per the suggestion of all my married friends. “*It has a checklist and makes it really easy to get things done!*” is what everyone told me. The first task it recommended was to “pick a venue.” After taking the “Find Your Dream Wedding Venue” quiz I immediately closed the app and didn't relaunch it for another 3 weeks. After many sleepless and anxious nights, I began the search for a planner.
My (then) fiancé and I are people who are passionate about our craft. We both appreciate the dedication, time, and expertise it takes for people to be great at what they do. Shipping large-scale software projects? Easy. Coordinating with dozens of vendors and navigating all the intricacies of making a once-in-a-lifetime event go smoothly? Terrifying. We knew finding someone who was also passionate about their craft was crucial.
When I met with Haley, I didn’t have a “dream wedding” Pinterest board with a color palette, flowers, or linens. I just knew I wanted to marry the person I love, and that the overall experience was important to me. After describing this to her, she immediately understood. I knew she was a perfect fit and I’m **so** **glad** we hired her.
Due to a long engagement and a couple of pandemic-induced postponements, we ended up working with Haley for nearly three (THREE!) years. In that time, I realized not only is she amazing at her job, but also a genuinely kind person.
She took time to get to know us as a couple, listened to all our nebulous ideas, and gave them shape and form. After every meeting, she would summarize and propose tailor-made recommendations and we would emphatically respond, “Yes! EXACTLY!”
Haley never made me feel out-of-place. She respected our budget, and found creative ways to make our dreams come true. Her breadth of connections alone saved us time and money. Haley will not treat someone differently whether their wedding is simplistic or extravagant. Her down-to-earth demeanor, sense of humor, and flexibility was such a relief…especially as the pandemic kept throwing new hurdles at us.
Having Haley help design and plan our wedding took so much stress out of the process, and actually made it enjoyable. She has the unique ability to know when to involve the client and when to handle it herself. She was always very responsive and patient (*even when I would spam her with 10k questions asking her opinion on something*)*.* I never had to worry about deadlines; I was confident she had it all under control.
We couldn’t have imagined a more idyllic wedding. As someone who works in the area of UX, I care a lot about the experience and flow of things. Thanks to Haley, the entire wedding was absolutely perfect: every detail was considered, the setting was beautiful, the vibe matched our personalities. The entire day flowed so smoothly. My friends still refer to it as the “magazine wedding.”
She navigated ✨delicate✨ family dynamics with aplomb. I have absolutely no clue if something went wrong the day of the wedding. Zilch. Ni idea. I’m sure something did, but I’ll never know. If it did, I’m certain she handled it gracefully. We are already trying to hire her to plan my husband’s birthday party.
Ahh!! This review truly cannot adequately describe our gratitude for her and her team giving us the most perfect wedding ever. She gave my husband and I the best gift we could ever ask for: the ability to be present on our wedding day, and take it all in without worrying about anything. Just hire her, and you’ll soon realize what I’m trying to say. 💛 -

I was hesitant to hire a coordinator because of the costs but my MIL insisted - and I am SO glad we did. Haley made our wedding day completely stress free! She always answered e-mails, gave me vendor recommendations, and constantly reassured me that all of our planning was on track & not to worry about anything. I would recommend Haley to anyone! -

Super excellent experience with Haley!
Haley helped with so many aspects of making sure the event ran smoothly -- seriously ranging from managing our rental items, providing miscellaneous decorations like easels/candles, setting up the room, and making sure everyone knew where to be throughout the day. The reception looked amazing because Haley and her team are both efficient/reliable AND have great style. Also, it was good just to have someone who does weddings all the time and knows what kinds of things you should or shouldn't worry about. It saved me a lot of stress to know that Haley was there taking care of any issues that arose. -
