  The BEST of the best!

  Jena was the most extraordinary planner we could have dreamed of having! She is down to earth, thoughtful, and very responsive! Jena makes it her priority to get to know you and your fiancée personally, and builds beautiful connections and makes you feel like a lifelong friend. She listens well, and has a solution to everything under the sun. She is extremely organized and took all the stress away from wedding planning! We would recommend Jena to anyone & everyone!

  Surpassed our expectations!

  Working with Jena surpassed all our expectations! She is so warm and caring, she honestly felt like a close friend or family member rather than just a wedding planner. From start to finish, she ensured we were able to get everything we wanted for our day without any stress or headache. We felt so at ease working with her: we didn't worry things wouldn't get done, we didn't worry we were making bad decisions, we didn't worry it would be awkward finally meeting her in person - it was all so relaxed and everything we wanted. 

  Jena is everything you want in an organized, knowledgeable, professional wedding planner but she adds a level of care and love that is so comforting.

 If you are looking at this review and trying to find a wedding planner, just go ahead and book Hive & Co. You won't regret it!

  Highly, Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Jena was the absolute best! She was so knowledgeable, organized, kind, and FUN! She had 3 weddings happening on the same day (!!!) and she still made time to FaceTime me before my ceremony. Brittany was there on the day of my wedding and was incredible. Both Jena and Brittany attended all of my pre-wedding calls and meetings, taking diligent notes. You will not regret working with Jena and Britany, they made everything stress-free and so smooth. From managing vendors, tips, big decisions and small details, I never felt alone or overwhelmed. Just wait until you get your timeline email, it’s life changing. Thank you Jena and Brittany!

  Indescribable

  Without Jena I probably would have given up and eloped. She was so supportive throughout the entire process and was even able to time a check in about my stress levels basically perfectly. I don’t think I could have pulled the wedding off without her. She recommended amazing vendors and helped us find the perfect venue.

  Amazing times infinity

  Don’t even know where to begin with this one. Jena was the most kind, spunky, incredible wedding planner ever. I did my due diligence of talking to multiple planners at the beginning of planning, but Jena and I just clicked. She blew me away with her attention to detail and relationship with her vendors. Every vendor told me how much they loved working with Jena and now I know why! As a normally very stressed out person, I was cool as a cucumber the day of my wedding and it’s all thanks to Jena and her team! If you want a perfect wedding, you NEED to work with Hive & Co!!

  Dreamy Wedding Planner

  Hive and Co made our wedding the most incredible day of our lives! Jena is one of the loveliest humans I have ever met, and she is a master at listening to all your crazy ideas for your wedding day and turning them into a cohesive event that really says a lot to your guests about who you are and what's important to you. I can't recommend Jena and Hive and Co highly enough.

  Every bride needs a best friend!

  Although we met through wedding planning, Jena and her team became my saving grace through it all. They were never ruffled by my shifting thoughts and ideas, were constantly available for all my questions and delivered a truly stress free wedding. I can’t thank them enough for making my wedding dreams come true!

  Great experience!

  Jena and Hive & Co Event Planners are absolutely amazing. Hiring Jena to do full coordination for us is absolutely the best decision that we made, second only to deciding to get married! I wasn't the kind of bride that had a full vision or even knew what she wanted sometimes, but Jena helped us figure out how to make our wedding uniquely us, and made the whole experience fun and way less stressful. So many times I would turn to my fiancé (now husband) and say, "Hey, planning a wedding is pretty fun!"
  Often I would give Jena some vague notions, and she would come back with the perfect vendor for us or an amazing suggestion that we instantly loved. I really feel that she truly listened and thought about what we would like and executed on it.
  I'm generally very shy and reserved about expressing when I like or don't something, but Payton made me feel totally safe and free to express my opinions and ask questions, even ones that I thought were silly. She was always encouraging and helpful. She took care of the more stressful details for us and let us know exactly what we needed to do. Jena was also attentive and available, providing prompt responses via email or text.
  Just in general Jena is a consummate professional with the skills, knowledge, experience, and savvy. All of our vendors said the same thing: "Jena is the best." And I am saying the same.
  We had an amazing wedding. It was everything that we wanted and SO much more because of her.

  Simply the best!

  We used Hive & Co for a fundraising event for our non profit. It was planned and executed with perfection. Everyone had a great time and it was an huge success. She thought of every detail and we are so thankful for her attention to details. Until next year!

  Run, don’t walk to book Hive & Co!!

  Jena with Hive & Co planned and coordinated my daughters wedding. We had a great experience from the budget/vision meeting to the send-off. She always seemed to be available for questions/suggestions, she had great money saving ideas and she handled all the many things for us so we experienced a stress-free wedding. I’m excited to hire her again when my next kiddo says, “I do.”

  Stress-Free Wedding

  I was a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding that Jena planned. When I got engaged, I knew exactly who I wanted planning my wedding. As a bridesmaid and a bride, I was so thankful for the way Jena handled decision, details and communication. Her timelines are like no other. It provided one place for all vendors, bridal party and important family members to see every detail. Everyone knew where to be when and what was happening at all times. Jena is such a delight. To everyone. Her smile and positive energy never seem to fade no matter what is going on around her.

  I don’t know where to begin telling how amazing they are!! They are effortlessly efficient and professional. Always patient and knowledgeable. If my daughter knew what she wanted it was done. If she needed advice or help, it was done. The flowers were beautiful and the family pictures were organized and went quickly so we could mingle with guests. There were hiccups but you would never know it because they are excellent problem solvers. I highly and whole- heartedly recommend this lovely company.
