    God sent blessing

    Holly and her team were a blessing to me in my wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly and if there was a problem Holly and her team took care of it. Weddings are usually very stressful events but Holly was always there to make it stress-free even before the wedding day. She is so detailed about every little moment of your wedding and make sure that nothing is left out. I would 100% recommend her for your special day. I can’t say enough good things

    Above and beyond!

    Holly Chavez is fun and very professional. I DJ’d a wedding that she coordinated and I was very impressed with her professionalism, and how she went above and beyond what typical coordinators do, that you wouldn’t notice unless you knew what to look for. She made everything flow smoothly from her coordinations with me before the event up until the time she left the event. Hire HMC, request Holly Chavez and you won’t be disappointed.

    Holly was so wonderful and always help us in need! She was such a sweetheart and we would highly recommend her.

    My girl Hollz!!!!!! We loved her. She knows what she is doing. Is completely organized and there for you always. She has different packages to choose from and we wanted her full service package and that is exactly what you get. Holly is so quick to respond. Throughout the entire wedding she was so helpful and kept us on the right timeline. The wedding went so smooth without any issues because of her and her staff. She is great with different personalities and I couldn’t thank her more for that! Jake and I had the best day because of you holly and we love you to the moon. We will miss calling you everyday for the silliest things or FaceTiming you while we are picking our wedding songs just for fun. You are a light in this world and we can’t thank you enough!

    Made my wedding day and planning so easy!

    Holly was amazing! She made everything so easy and stress free. She was always very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. She made sure I stayed on schedule for wedding planning tasks and sent many templates to help with the planning. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were amazing. She was on site early and made sure everything was on schedule and running smoothly. Our wedding had to be moved indoors due to the weather and she took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything that day. She made sure that everything for the modified ceremony and reception was done and ready on time. Her day of emergency kit was so helpful and useful as I forgot certain things at home the morning of. We appreciated that she took our personal belongings, gifts and other items up to our hotel room so we didn't have to worry about it after the reception was over. Holly and her team were amazing and we couldn't have asked for better people to help us on our special day.

    Holly is absolutely amazing!!! I don't even know where to being.. she made our whole wedding journey incredibly easy and stress free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and sense of urgency far surpassed our expectations. Not to mention her, and her assistant, are two of the sweetest people my husband and I have ever met! I can't thank Holly enough for all she did to make our wedding experience truly special <3<3

    Holly of HMC is absolutely AMAZING!! She is the reason our entire wedding went on without any issues! During our one year planning process Holly made herself available at all hours and days of the week for any questions or concerns. When I would start freaking out about anything, she would say, "don't worry, I got it." Or "it's already handled".

    Holly is so friendly, approachable, and hard working that my husband and I plan to hire her again for any large parties or events.

    Best decision of our entire wedding (other than marrying each other) ??

    Don't even think twice, you will never regret it. Holly is literally the most amazing person, business woman, and planner I have ever met. She goes above and beyond anything I have ever seen, and I'm a hard sell. She first worked out a price that I was able to afford, and because of who she is, did way more than she was contracted to do, because she can't help herself. And because she will not produce anything but the very best. She is available 24/7, answers emails faster than anyone I have ever worked with, and makes you feel like your wedding is the only one she is planning. I talked to her way more than my husband in the year we were planning the wedding. I almost cried when the wedding was over because I was going to miss her, and I still talk to her because I love her that much. Her energy is inspiring, and she honestly loves what she does. And it shows.

    My wedding posed some of the most challenging situations that she has dealt with in the over 16 years she has been planning weddings, and honestly without her, I don't even know if I would be married right now. After much drama and learning that I had to change the date (and almost the location), she had already put all of my vendors on standby for multiple dates, anticipated everything that could go wrong, had multiple back-up plans, and renegotiated everything for me. Construction at my venue was going on until the day before the wedding, and the reason I was able to stay calm was because I had Holly in control. The day of the wedding was the most perfect experience I could have asked for, and she handled every hiccup that arose (I didn't even know they happened). My guests couldn't stop telling me how amazing my wedding was, and all of my friends who had gotten married before told me that they wished they had used Holly.

    I NEVER write reviews, but I have to for her. She is the best thing that could have happened to my wedding, maybe only a little less important than my husband proposing =)

    There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for Holly from HMC Event Solutions! She is AMAZING! She helped me make my dream wedding come true! We planned our wedding over the course of 2 years and she helped make the planning so smooth and easy! Our wedding was held at The Mission Inn in Riverside, Ca and we knew we were going to have a large guest count. After asking several staff members from The Mission Inn, they all recommended that we should definitely hire her and they were all 100% correct! Everything went so smooth the day of and EVERYONE had such an amazing time!! Holly - Thank you for helping us to make the happiest day of our lives! I cannot thank you enough for your hard work! If you are getting married or having an event ...YOU NEED TO HIRE HER ASAP! :)

    HMC Event Solutions was on the preferred vendor list at our venue. We hadn’t considered a wedding planner, but once you meet Holly, you know you have to have her on your team. I am a control freak. Holly put me at ease on our first meeting, and was very good about taking things off my hands. She also had a lot of tips and suggestions for the things I insisted on doing myself. She contacted all of my vendors to make sure they were on the same page, created a wonderful schedule, checked in on me often during the planning process, kept me informed when she was going out of town, responded to my emails quickly and in a concise manner, and was all-around wonderful. She came to the rehearsal and made sure that no one was confused by the time the hour was up. She was very polite and professional, and expressed genuine interest in my relationship with my husband and my vision of the wedding dream I was trying to make a reality. I cannot imagine the workload I would have had without Holly taking things off my hands. She kept me sane, I am so glad to have had her with my on my favorite day!

    Holly and HMC were a life saver. We had month of services, but I felt like she was always there for us. On the day of the event everything g went very smoothly and I didn't have to deal with anything. She even helped me out with a stray eyelash...she was prepared for anything. My family also loved her, she got everything moving without being bossy.

    OMG! We love Holly Chavez. Holly and her team are absolutely the best! It was such a pleasure to be able to work with her throughout our whole wedding process. She made it such a breeze, every little question or concern we had she was there to answer and help us solve our problems. The day of our wedding went SO smooth because of her and her team. I had a million little things to set up and her, and her team did an amazing job; even better than I could have imagined it. Our day was worry & stress-free because they handled everything. Our wedding was perfectly on time (when does that happen?). We had the best day of our lives because of Holly and her team; we really got to enjoy our wedding. I would totally use her team again and I highly recommend Holly & her team to everybody.

    As a Wedding Photographer, I have the honor of working with lots of Wedding Coordinator and planners. And after over 150 weddings, By Far, Holly is by far the best!!! Holly is the only Coordinator that took the time to contact me prior to me contacting her, discussed with me in detail and asked how much time I would like for some activities and showed a true passion for what she does. I wish i could work with her at all my weddings. Every detail was perfect and the wedding was AMAZING!

    Holly Chavez was one of the recommended wedding coordinators on the list the Hilton Waterfront Resort gave us to choose from to help with our daughter's wedding. We interviewed another of those recommended but we were so impressed with Holly, we are so glad we chose her. Holly was so organized! She had everything color coded for all of the vendors, everybody knew exactly when and where they needed to be and we did not have to worry about anything all day. She was so easy and pleasant to work with.

    Holly is amazing, she did an event for me with an ice sculpture... a "martini luge" , she had fire hula dancers, a band.. everyone was in awe! Great customer service, she handles everything! I highly recommend HMC Event Solutions to anyone having a wedding or any other event.

    Hollie is an amazing coordinator; she is not only incredibly knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the wedding planning process and industry. She was a joy to work with and heightened the beauty and ease of our special day. We had quite a few special requests which she was more than happy to integrate into our program, including some very special Jewish traditions. On the day of the event the HMC team was fantastic, they took care of our every need, made sure we were at ease, and handled all of the day’s events with amazing coordination and professionalism. As an out of town couple, we truly could not have done it without HMC’s help and guidance! We are forever grateful for the creativity, sincerity, and experience HMC displayed throughout our wedding experience.
