  Book callie! She is incredible

  WE LOVE CALLIE!!! She did an amazing job and every person in my wedding can’t stop signing her praises. From the very beginning she was so helpful. Before we had even booked her she had helped us tremendously and gave us so much information. The knowledge that she possesses is sooo valuable to someone planning a wedding. I really didn’t think I’d need a planner because I am a type A planner person but my day wouldn’t have been the same without Callie. From every phone call I came away with more knowledge on my end and confidence for my day. She talked through options, gave advice, recommended vendors, and steered us in the right direction on some of our choices. Having her there to meet with our venue also calmed so much of my nerves with them and after that I knew the day would go great with Callie leading it. The actual day could not have happened without her. From running our rehearsal flawlessly to all the behind the scenes on our wedding day, she crushed it all. It was so nice to be able to just relax on my day and not have to think about a thing. I was told where to be and when to be there and because I didn’t have to worry about anything else I had the best day ever just enjoying my wedding with my friends and family. She truly went above and beyond!! She was so calm and remained unphased by anything and ready to tackle whatever came up. Everything went so perfectly and smoothly. I’m not kidding, my family and close friends that got to meet her and knew what she was doing can not stop talking about how amazing she was. We will be recommending Callie to everyone and anyone because our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her!

  Best in the biz!

  I am a current wedding vendor, and former coordinator. I had the privilege of working with Callie this past weekend. Callie's communication leading up to the event was wonderful, and it was clear she was on top of things. On our way to the event a very unfortunate incident happened and our Photo Booth Camper became stuck on the side of the freeway and in need of repairs. My first call was to Callie to let her know of the situation and change of timing/plans. To be totally honest, my world felt like it wash crashing in on me at the thought that we were in a real position to possibly not be able to make the event. Callie was so professional and remained calm and positive, which was exactly what I needed at the time. As we worked on our end to secure a tow, I updated Callie along the way who was flexible and still very positive about the whole terrible thing. She assured me, no matter what, it was still going to be a great day. Her attitude and positivity really gave me the push to believe we could still make this happen. And guess what? We did!!! In the end the wedding went of magically. The couple and all their guests at an amazing time and no one was even aware of the craziness that led up to us being there because Callie knows how to handle a fire effortlessly. She had also made arrangements for us to leave the camper at the venue over night so we could have time to find a place to get it fixed and towed to the next day. That was definitely not something she needed to do, but she did and it really helped us out. Their will be fires to put out at your event. Callie is the lady you want on your team to handle them. You won't even know how many she put out for you! I HIGHLY recommend!

  Dream day of coordinator!

  Callie was more than we could have ever dreamed for our day of coordinator! She was on top of every detail, she troubleshooted with ease & she made our day feel so seamless. She is so kind, funny & took the time to touch base with us numerous times to go over details. She made our rehearsal so easy and it helped take the nerves out. I would recommend her for anyone & we would choose her in a heartbeat again!

  Best decision was working with Callie!

  My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Callie. We realized quickly after meeting Callie how much she loves what she does, how amazing she is (at what she does and as a person) and how respected she is in the wedding world. She made planning a wedding fun and exciting down to every detail you could imagine. My now husband was out of town working for the majority of our planning, and I never felt totally alone because Callie was always there with anything I needed. Anything that would come up, from postponing our wedding to everything in between, Callie handled it all with composure which would instantly put me at ease. She made our wedding dream a reality! She is seriously the real deal when it comes to all things planning and coordinating. After our wedding, I was so sad that we didn’t have a reason to call her or get coffee as often as we did anymore! I will always recommend Callie to anyone getting married! ♥️

  Well worth the cost!

  I didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator for my daughter’s wedding but I am so glad my daughter convinced me to hire Callie. We hired her for the day of coordinator and she helped with so many things leading up to the wedding and she literally ran everything starting with the rehearsal and ending when we all left the venue after the reception. She made sure that everything was perfect including fixing the flowers on the cake when it showed up with the wrong flowers, placement of decorations and the guest book, keeping track of gifts and cards, removing wedding crashers from the reception quietly, keeping everything on schedule, and packing up everything that we took with us after the reception. She made sure that everything was absolutely perfect without us having to do anything except show up and e day. I would hire her again in an instant and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

  Callie is the best coordinator...ever!

  Due to C-19, we shifted plans multiple times and Callie’s patience, resourcefulness and guidance were amazing! As the MOB, I can tell you, she saved my sanity, each time the Gov’r changed the guidelines. We ended up with a smaller celebration but with all the elements that we chose pre-covid and it was perfect! We just couldn’t have pulled it off without her.

  Callie is the best!

  My wedding day went to smooth because of Callie! She did not miss a beat. I could not have imagined my day without her. She is also very organized and had all my vendors in line for day of. She made everything flow so perfect, there were no hiccups at all. Highly recommend :) she is also so sweet & replies in a timely manner!

  Callie is the absolute best!

  This is a little late but I just wanted everyone to know how amazing Callie is. Seriously, from every little detail, she had every single thing dialed. I am very particular and am not an easy person to please, she understood that and did everything she could to make things perfect. Unfortunately our wedding venue fell through a month out, leaving us to move venues at the last minute. However, Callie made sure everything was seamless despite the change and our day turned out better than we could have imagined. We’re coming up on our one year anniversary and I can still say I wouldn’t have changed a thing, all thanks to Callie! Best decision we ever made!

  Callie Holcomb & her assistant Crystal are amazing! My daughter just got married yesterday at the Kelley Farm and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them. They go above and beyond to make your day flawless. They have wonderful vision and create an atmosphere that is breathtaking. They truly give a family the ability to enjoy their day rather than running around crazy. They are true professionals and worth every penny!

  Callie was hired as a Day of Coirdinator for my daughters wedding! She was helpful through the entire process. But mostly she put me at ease the day of the wedding. Truly allowing me to feel like a guest at my daughters wedding! It was a little bit of a splurge for me, but well worth it in the end! And I truly would do it again!

We only have one daughter and wanted to make everything special so we hired Callie's "full service" packgage where she helped and planned every aspect of the wedding. Callie was absolutely on point for everything from designing the most beautiful invitations to hiring the perfect vendors, that not only produced a top product, but also fit with our personality. She is professional yet very kind and personable. The wedding and everything leading up to it could not have been any better. Choosing Callie and Holcomb Weddings and Events was the smartest decision we made for our daughter's big day!

  Callie and Crystal were phenomenal. We came to them overwhelmed with the wedding planning process, and they not only reduced our stress--they made it fun! We did partial planning and day-of planning with them which was the best money we spent on the entire wedding. They took care of every detail, wrangled all the vendors, made the entire day beautiful and flawless and made it FUN. Thank you for everything, Callie and Crystal!

  I hired Callie for Day of Coordination services for my wedding in October. This was the easily the best wedding decision I made! You can only imagine all of the craziness that happens the weeks leading up to your wedding, and all the little things that need to get done on the day of. It was amazing to be able to completely relax on my wedding day and know that things were being taken care of. Thanks a lot Pinterest... ;) She has vendors she works with all the time that are beyond awesome as well! They work so great together you don't even need to worry about anything. When we originally talked about getting a wedding planner my Fiance was on the fence. I knew I was going to need some help and even though our family is so helpful and supportive I wanted them to be able to enjoy themselves as well. We can both say this was one of the best decisions we made. She solved any issue there was before I knew it was an issue. So I got to enjoy everything about our day!

  Callie was amazing from the moment of our first meeting she was organized, professional and super friendly. She brought a ton of new ideas to the table that I would have never thought of and kept me on track and on budget. The day of she was our saving grace and allowed myself and family to enjoy the big day without having to worry about anything. Worth every penny.

  Callie was truly the best person we could have invested in for our wedding! First, her wonderful personality made her so easy and so much fun to work with! Also, other vendors love working with her as well, so they would provide discounts for their services as well (huge bonus). She helped make our dream wedding come to life, and given her extensive experience, she was great at integrating our ideas in ways that kept with our overall style. Our guests RAVED about the wedding, and we had so much fun with the whole experience that I honestly wish we could throw a party like that every year :) I really enjoyed the process of wedding planning, and I know that is because all I had to do was enjoy the fun stuff while Callie took care of anything that may have been stressful. We were so fortunate to have found Callie, and we ended up with a really wonderful friend at the end of it all. I couldn't have asked for anything more than that!

  I cannot say enough positive things about Callie! She was the absolute best thing that could have happened to my wedding! She made all my dreams and visions of my wedding come to life. From knowing exactly what vendors to hire from looking at my pinterest board to suggestions that I would have never thought of! There is so many small details that I didn't even consider having that we needed! She make's sure all the small things are taken care of, like where to rent candle holders and cake stands! Things that a bride doesn't have time to think about! She was there every step of the way answering all the questions I had. I could not imagine not having here there on my wedding day. Everything went PERFECT thanks to her! I remember being at the wedding rehearsal and doing the walk through and thinking to myself, "How do people even know what to do without a planner?!". I could not recommend Callie enough. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her, she made everything go so smoothly. She set up all the table decorations the day of while I was getting ready.. it was to die for. Having her there was like having two of me! Please do yourself a favor and hire her! She was the best part of my wedding :)

  Callie Holcomb is the best wedding planner. I was impressed with her from the very first meeting we had. She had looked into my Pintetest page and came prepared knowing the look I was going for. From that point on she was available whenever we needed her. I sent her endless email/phone calls and she was always there to help and listen. She turley made the whole expirence wondeful and enjoyable.

  We used Callie as a day of coordinator and she also was there during some of the planning because we got married at Kelley Farm! First off, I love Callie - she made our day super easy and stress free! I remember thinking we wouldn't need to have a day of coordinator but in our opinion it is a must have! Callie was on it knowing when to move to the next part of the wedding and was calm and even noticed when I needed a refill on my beverage! I highly recommend Callie and I will definitely use Callie for future events! Thanks Callie!!!

  Callie Holcomb went the extra mile for us and the event could not have been more lovely or amazing. Our guests are still commenting on how beautiful everything was and how smoothly the evening progressed. Callie has excellent planning & communication skills and is very collaborative in coming up with solutions that will meet everyone’s needs & expectations.   We hired Callie for day-of-coordination only and we are very glad we did. My husband and I were living in two different states during some of the planning process. She was gracious enough to accommodate planning sessions over Skype. Then meet again once all three of us could discuss in person. She was knowledgable about details we failed to address and offered logical solutions that fit our budget and time frame. She was able to swiftly recommend quality vendors, who she had not only worked with in prior weddings but also trusted. She openly and honestly shared her experiences with some of our off the wall ideas about the wedding without discouraging our thought processes.
  
  Prior to our big day, Callie sat with us and went over every detail of the day from the moment we woke up, to the moment we left. Her organization played a key role in the success of our day. There was no stone unturned and no question she could not answer.
  
  During our big day she was brilliant! She remained cool, calm, and collected throughout every moment. She never allowed the stress to reach us or our families and kept the entire day on track. Even when the decorations showed up an hour late she assured us that she budgeted mishaps into the schedule and all timelines would be met.
  
  As the bride and groom, it is easy to lose track of time when greeting guests. However, Callie did a wonderful job being soft but forceful about keeping with the schedule and flow of the evening. She was able to give us flexibility in events that would take place i.e cake cutting, so we could spend more time with our guests.
  
  By the end of the night we were exhausted and Callie was still doing a wonderful job. She made sure all the decorations were accounted for and the venue was left as it should have been. But most of all she ensured that my husband and I could leave without worry and enjoy the rest of our night. Thanks to Callie, our big day was extraordinary!

  I contracted with Callie Holcomb for her help with the actual wedding day only, to keep things coordinated and running smoothly. And I thought it was great that she already knew several of the vendors my daughter and her fiance had already planned to use. Little did I know that help "the day of" meant that she would help me beginning over a month before the wedding! She "educated" me, at my request, about how things would "play out" on the wedding day, she always encouraged and praised, she responded with suggestions of additional vendors as needed when asked, she was not a "naysayer" nor was she ever negative about any person, vendor, or situation related to the wedding, and from early on, she felt to me like an honest and trusted friend. She was a true professional.
  
  On the day of the wedding, she was calming even though there was a nasty glitch of a delay in preparation. But off I went as the mother of the bride and sure enough, she made sure it was all fine, and everything went on according to schedule. My daughter, who was skeptical initially about having a wedding coordinator at all said, during the evening, she was really grateful for Callie's help and really liked her. I was able to really enjoy the evening with no timelines or "must remembers" buzzing through my mind. (Having those "buzzings" would be more typical of me in an exceptional situation like this where I would be plagued by insecurities.)
  
  In the truest sense, it was as if I had a very long list of "to dos" for planning, for example, a convention, but then I laid down and took a nap and had a wonderful dream. When I woke up, all my "to dos" were accomplished and done well. Everyone was happy and I was happy. I'd say that summarizes how well Callie does her job coordinating weddings because in a huge way, she helped make the dream come true: My daughter called her wedding "perfect"; all that she ever wanted.

  Created a Perfect Day

  Callie was wonderful the entire day of our reception. She made a Zoom meeting quick and easy, and we spoke again the week before the event to finish up the details. The day of she was a step ahead every single time-and kept checking to make sure my husband and I were comfortable with food and drinks. She made it so I didn't have a worry the entire day, and after a planning process where I had to postpone everything for a year, that was exactly what I needed. Thank you, Callie! I recommend her to everyone!!

  Beautiful Wedding

  We loved having Holcomb Weddings decorate and be the day of coordinator for our wedding. Callie was very professional and on top of everything. Once we showed her our ideas and them, we did not have to worry about it anymore. Though it seemed a bit patchy with communication at the beginning (For some reason emails were not going through), we instead switched to texting and things worked out great. We were all impressed by her skill and professionalism throughout he whole event!
