  The majority of our wedding guests stayed at the Holiday Inn Express - Kent Island and we're so glad they did! Pat Ward was so accommodating from Day 1 - she was quick and responsive to emails and phone calls whenever we had questions about our room block. Our guests really enjoyed their stay at the hotel and all the little kiddos loved the pool! Highly recommended!

  The majority of our wedding guests stayed at the Holiday Inn Express - Kent Island and we're so glad they did!   We used Holiday Inn Express - Kent Island for our block of hotel rooms for our wedding. We had a very pleasant experience working with Pat and she made it easy to coordinate our rooms and worked with us to make sure certain rooms were closer to each other and certain rooms were farther from each other. We were even able to utilize a conference room for getting ready purposes the morning of our wedding which was extremely helpful! The front desk staff was super friendly and we will definitely be staying there again!

  This place is positively gorgeous! It located right on the water. If you are having a small wedding of about 60-65 guest I highly recommend this Hotel. Their Blue and Green Heron room has a waterfront view. They have a little patio and pier right on the water. A beautiful place for a ceremony. The staff was incredible, professional and they all did anything they could to help with whatever they could help with. Look for the pictures of my wedding they are unbelievable. I'm so thankful I found this place!

  This venue was superb. For us, the outdoor dance floor with the endless water in the background really made the night feel like it would never end. It was a big bonus to have the event RIGHT AT the hotel so guests didn't have to worry about driving back after a long night of celebrating. I've already recommended the venue to several friends and am looking forward to dancing there again.

The bridal party, in addition to almost a third of our wedding guests stayed at the hotel ... and we are so happy we did : ) Pat was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond to emails and kept me updated on our hotel block list. Our block filled up quickly, and we had a few guests who initially were unable to book at the HIE-KI. An employee, suggested to call back after other wedding blocks opened up to book a room. I am forever grateful to this employee who helped out our guests who booked closer to the event. The staff even brought up extra chairs to my room the morning of for hair and makeup. I highly recommend this hotel!
