  I booked my wedding here a year prior to my wedding. About 3 months prior to my wedding they hired a new director. Initially I was nervous about this, but after I got to know Sheri I realized this all happened for the best! She is amazing, she had all my ideas down, all the food was amazing! The whole staff at holiday inn were great! I have had nothing but great comments about the wedding ceremony and reception both were held there. Go there and check them out, u won't regret it!

  The staff at this venue was great. The staff worked with me from beginning to end. The staff was very helpful and made my day run smooth.

  Beside the groom, this was the best decision I ever made!! Our wedding was incredible and everything we ever dreamed of. Colleen was SO easy to work with and if we left out a detail she was sure to cover it. She was very open to all of our ideas as well. Food was awesome and drinks were awesome as well. Rooms at the hotel are very nice and clean. We loved having the bar to go to after the wedding as well. (And the bathrooms were nice and clean too.) I was hesitant on going to the Holiday Inn, but seriously GO CHECK IT OUT! It's amazing. We got so many compliments on our wedding. Everyone loved it and had a great time. Couldn't have asked for more!!!

  Colleen is the catering director at the Holiday Inn. She was very helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. The food was delicious too.

  We had our wedding reception at the Holiday Inn, Cherry Hill last Saturday, January 14. From the first day we looked at locations, we always felt like Colleen Carlin understood exactly what we needed - thoughtful touches but not too much 'over the top'. She made our whole experience, from selecting the hotel as our reception location to the tasting to working with reservations, an outstanding experience. We honestly felt like we were paying double what we paid to have the reception at your location - that's how Colleen treated us from day one. Our families' complimented us multiple times on selecting the location of the reception and for such a great experience, but every time, they were really complimenting Colleen. She made everything run smoothly - she even made sure that my sisters got bobby pins for my veil before our ceremony when the front desk couldn't locate them in our bathroom baskets.
  
  Colleen made us feel like we were getting married in our backyard instead of 3 states away from home. The staff did a great job for us, too - because Colleen was able to direct them about exactly what we needed. We got outstanding service, personal attention, and an overall amazing event. Thanks again, Holiday Inn and Colleen Carlin especially!

  Disappointed this time around

  We did a vowel renewal July 2017. We choose this venue because it was where we were married 20 years ago. The change in the wedding coordinator was a major issue. She quit shortly after we booked. The manager filled in until they hired someone else but it was difficult trying to explain and get what we we promised from the initial coordinator. The head cook quit and we got another chef that we didn’t meet or do a taste test with. The food was a disaster. The salmon ran out and they did not have the entree war ordered beef with red wine sauce instead it was some tough roast beef. Of course when it is the event the bride and groom are so occupied that it is difficult to express displeasure. It was disappointing to us because 20 years ago it was perfect. Management never tried to make things right so we will not be using their services for any future events. We were totally embarrassed by the food issues and taste, especially after bragging about how good it was previously and even at the tasting. We had a decorator so the physical venue was nicely decorated. The staff were all nice I don’t want to say otherwise. Overall we had a good time with the open bar.

  Colleen made my wedding the worst day instead of the best day. She was no where to be found most of the time. The food wasnt what I picked, the centerpieces were wrong. I found out later that Colleen forgot to order them and had to run out last minute to buy some. I requested white rose petals for the tables. There were none. No one turned the lights down until the night was almost over and only because I asked them to.
