  Month-of Coordinator

  I used Rebekah and her team as my month-of coordinator. I cannot PRAISE her enough! I originally intended for a family friend to help me the day of the wedding, but circumstances changed and I had to look for another option. Rebekah was able to help me, at what I felt was the last minute! She helped me in the two weeks leading up to the wedding to ensure I had the plan for the day scheduled out and everything we needed for the venue. I had THREE locations the day of the wedding which can make things very hectic, but not for her and her team. I had to do ZERO thinking the day of the wedding and was simply able to enjoy myself. This is the most important thing when looking for someone to help you the day of. Even different family members commented, "Dang, that lady is everywhere!" There wasn't anything I asked that she couldn't deliver. If you need help on your wedding day, look no further!

She is the utmost professional and made sure everything was perfect from planning to execution. Rebekah is committed to her business and clients, going above and beyond to ensure quality. She graciously took the time to help me with my bridal portraits, design mock-ups/meetings, and was on call to assist with anything I needed. Brave, I know! I appreciated her connecting me with incredible vendors that helped make me and my day beautiful and memorable for a lifetime. Her sister company Lavish Linens was also super easy and helpful with beautiful additions of added décor elements. If you want expert planning/design advice, outstanding vendors, and flawless execution, go with HE&D NOW!

  Amazing!

  I am beyond happy that I decided to hire a wedding planner, and cannot imagine my wedding without Rebekah. Rebekah made all my wedding dreams come true! She understood my vision more than I even did and made everything about my wedding perfect. After about a 10 minute phone call, she knew exactly what I wanted. Our original wedding got cancelled due to covid, so we decided to have a much smaller wedding at my childhood home in Houston. There is so much that goes into a wedding, even a small backyard wedding. She hooked me up with the most perfect vendors that went above and beyond to give me the wedding of my dreams. Hiring a planner is 100% worth it, and hiring a Rebekah is is 100000000% worth it!

  Absolutely amazing!

  I seriously do not have enough words to describe how amazing Rebekah is. I was a "COVID bride" and had to reschedule my wedding and venue. The theme went from farmhouse to modern industrial - aka complete flip from the original vision. Hopeful Events and Design went above and beyond for my husband and I. She executes everything with the utmost professionalism and makes your "vision" come to life. We feel so blessed to have had Rebekah as our planner. She made sure our day was absolute perfection and her personal details made it even more special. She also makes sure the process is fun which is so important. Honestly, I truly believe that she is the best wedding planner in the business.

  Resourceful and very helpful

  We booked Rebekah as our Day of Coordinator about 2 months before our big day and I am so thankful We did. She was very responsive and had answers to questions I didn’t think to ask. She was very thorough in our meeting and helped keep us on track. We had a few hiccups with our venue where they wanted to charge us more but she was able to quickly take that burned off my shoulders and negotiate an even better deal than what we had. The other vendors I still needed to book she put together a list of options and reached out to people she had worked with before. She really put me at ease prior to the big day. She was able to help tangle my big Mexican family together which was a feat in and of itself. Her assistants were very nice and attentive as well. The Hopeful Team helped make our big day special!! Thank you again!

  Beyond Amazing

  Wow. Rebekah is amazing! She was a life saver. We never thought about getting a day of coordinator but our venue required one, and we are beyond happy we had Rebekah there with us. She was on top of EVERYTHING. Leading up to the day she was always making sure we were on track and always making sure we had everything we needed. Our day wouldn’t have gone as great and perfect as it did if it wasn’t for her. She has a great vision and I completely trusted her. She is so sweet and friendly and it was such a pleasure working with her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

She didn't push me to go overboard or do things a certain way, instead she gave me options to choose from, and suggested things I was missing when necessary. She even went out of her way to get vendor estimates to compare prices for me. She did not push me to use any specific vendors for her benefit, which I really appreciated. I didn't have to ever ask her to take initiative on anything! If you want someone who will roll up their sleeves and get the work done, and still look pretty and smiling while doing it - Rebekah is the coordinator for you!

  Amazing and Timeless

  I had an amazing experience with these ladies. She came at me with so many great ideas which were all so great, beautiful and timeless. It made my event look amazing. She was ready with everything that was promised. Also so very professional and full of knowledge.

I love the attention she gives to details. She didn't make me feel like another client, she made me feel like my wedding was the only thing she had going on due to all the attention she gave it. On my wedding day I was actually able to ENJOY my day and not worry about other things because Rebekah had it all under control. In the end that's what you want on your wedding day! If you want a top notch gorgeous wedding with someone who actual cares about making your day a dream-come-true, then I 100% recommend Hopeful Events & Design!

  Detail and personalization

  Rebekah helped me with my wedding eight years ago. At that time she helped me as a friend but I knew even then that she had what it takes to become a wedding/event planner. She's amazing at what she does. She pays so much attention to detail and she puts her heart into whatever she does. I would definitely recommend her. I'm proud she finally made her dream come true.
