  Wonderful !

  We were recommended through our venue so we knew they were very dependable ! Extremely accommodating with postponing from Covid. All our details were reviewed when we approached our new date and they were very organized! So friendly and professional! We thoroughly enjoyed our ride to the wedding in style !

  Limo Bus review

  Loved the limo bus we rented! It was able to fit everyone comfortably. My husband is 6’2” and it was important that he didn’t feel squished. He was able to stand and walk in the bus. Exactly what I wanted!! Thank you.

  Ask For Bobby

  I met Bobby at a Bridal Show in January! Such a nice man! I told him right before leaving "See you in March" he replied I'll hold you to it.
  When I walked out of my house to the vehicle I yelled "Hey Bobby told you you'll see me"! He then smiled and chuckled and said "Yes you did" and remembered me right away!
  Such a professional, whom loves his job and his customers.
  Bobby knew when we got to the hotel I was one nervous bride and while my dad went inside to make sure i can come in Bobby offered me water, and to go inside to get something/ anything I may have wanted. Even offered his cell phone incase I wanted to call anyone.
  Such a nice gentleman!

  Awesome Job

  Did an awesome job. I would recommend her to everyone that is getting married. They is so kind and easy to work with. They makes you feel comfortable too. We love him. And I'm so glad that I went with them too.

  Hot Rayz Limo did a great job. Arrived on time. Clean limo and drove my party everywhere we wanted to go. Our driver did a great job and made me feel like a princess! Thank you!!

  We used Hot Rayz for our wedding on 6/7/13 and they were awesome! We used two 18 passenger cadillac escalade limos. The drivers were professional and so helpful. One named Antonio even sat my nana in the front seat with him and put her wheelchair in the limo. She never even been in one before and he entertained her for 45 mins all the way to the chapel. :) So cute! Thank you Hot Rayz for making it a memorable day. Brittany & Isaac

  We had the limo bus driving wedding guests to and from the venue from a parking lot. We also had a suv pick us up after the reception. They were willing to accommodate our requests, the limo was clean. It's not inexpensive but no complaints with the service or the vehicles.

  The service was ok. I had asked to have the bridal party dropped off during our pictures and this did not happen. We also had glitches the music working.

  We rented the party bus to take our wedding party around for pictures after the ceremony. Our driver Angelo was a cool dude and very flexible. He knew where he was going and even had no problem with us stopping off to pick up beer.
  
  We had the bus for 3 hours and paid 540 bucks. I really couldn't shop around becuase there weren't many other choices in our area. I think the price was a tad high.
  
  My complaints are that we were promised champagne in the bus along with a red carpet roll out as part of their "wedding package." There was no champagne in the bus and our driver had no idea and did not offer to call his boss to find out. This made me upset becuase it was in the emails Marc (the manager) had sent me. Also the bus was pretty cool inside but alot of things were not working. The TV did not work, the strobe lights and neons did not work. This was not a huge deal but they still should have worked if they were in the bus. I made the mistake of not bringing a cd or ipod cord for the mp3 jack to have playing as we drove around becuase the radio was difficult to operate and was nothing but static on almost every station. For the money I paid I was irked.
  
  Overall, I was a bit dissapointed. I would recommend them only if you have the oppurtunity to go to their place of business and check out their fleet to make sure what you are renting is up to your standards. Also to talk to someone in person about what is expected. I did all of our business over e-mail becuase of where I lived. They were the only choice in town as well. Didn't ruin our time by any means but I expected better.

The limo driver was almost an hour late to pick me and the bridesmaids up for my wedding ceremony. Was given all kinds of excuses about traffic, driver kept asking for the pick up address and then didn't know how to get us to the church. Arrived to my own wedding ceremony 20 minutes late and it doesn't end there! Following the ceremony, I see the hood up on the limo, now I'm being told it over heated. Leaving the groom and I stranded at the church.
  
  After all this, the company still had the nerve to charge me the full amount. In exactly a 10 minute conversation with the owner himself, JJ, to inquire about the service received and charged, I was called a: "bridezilla, miserable person, b***h, unintelligent and told to go argue with my new husband"....and the list goes on and on.
  
  As a result...I will NEVER use this company again nor would I EVER recommend them to anyone. It was the most important day of my life and by no means did I let this ruin it but what I was faced with and the manner in which I was spoken to by the owner was completely unacceptable and he obviously does not possess any customer service skills or respect for others.
