  Smaller hotel, Full size experience!!

  When we were looking for a venue, we knew we wanted a place where we wouldn’t need to worry about a thing and could just have fun. I knew that the day was going to be hectic and I wanted to enjoy it as much as possible. We toured several places, but when we came here and met Caitlin, I knew this is where we had to get married. The room where the ceremony is held is absolutely gorgeous! I fell in love. Plus, I felt completely comfortable with Caitlin and knew she would ensure that we got the experience we were looking for. She was very responsive to all my million emails with questions and requests. When we came for our food tasting the chef put together a special chicken dish that he put his spin on. We were completely mesmerized. It was unbelievable! I think we dreamt about it for weeks! When I saw the reception room right before the wedding I just about cried. It looked so amazing!! The team at Hotel Venezia is amazing!! I would totally recommend! Plus being at a hotel was so easy for our guests who wanted to drink the night of our wedding, and we were able to host a brunch the next morning. Loved, loved, loved my wedding!

  AMAZING! We had booked our wedding reception here and every step of the planning process was simple and easy! The day of our wedding, mother nature decided to give us a nasty storm and my dream of a beach wedding was cut short. We had to reroute to the hotel and have our ceremony on the dance floor! My MOH called Caitlin (banquet manager) and told her we were headed to the reception hall and having our ceremony there. Caitlin had her team take all the chairs from dinner tables and line them up on the dance floor so I could walk down an aisle! She also threw together an arch and even decorated it for me (all in about 10 minutes I should add). Her team along with TJ (best bartender ever) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I seriously cannot say enough about the staff here and how accommodating they were. All my guests were made aware of what was happening and everyone was happy and had an awesome time! They even allowed us to have our post-ceremony pictures taken in their lobby. The rooms are very nice and the hotel pool & tiki bar are great. Food was fantastic & presentation was great. They handled all the setup and even let me sneak peaks to make sure it was everything I wanted. My new husband and I enjoy going back and having lunch outside from time to time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

  The Ramada Venice Resort was an absolutely beautiful place in which to hold my ceremony and reception. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and respectful. My guests and I were treated like royalty throughout our stay. I would love to stay there again and would most certainly recommend them as a venue for future weddings and receptions. The pool, tiki bar, and hot tub are also awesome!

  The Ramada Venice provided lodging for myself, family and friends and my reception was held here as well! The staff was very accommodating, courteous and very flexible. I had a little difficulty with responsiveness leading up to our arrival date and some family and friends had issues with reservations but I attribute that to the fact that they were in start up mode as this is a fairly new location. We had an amazing time at this hotel and they did an amazing job on my reception.

  Made the most of it.

  When we first looked at Venezia Hotel we got top notch service working with Jeannie. She was very pleasant, kind and understanding when helping us plan out our wedding. Another young lady Caitlin (back from a leave) came into the picture and took over the planning process a short time (couple weeks) after our meeting with Jeannie. It’s unfortunate that each time we stopped in for one thing or another Caitlin always seemed to be put out that she had to go over things with us yet again. Remember...... this was a BIG day for us and wanted everything to be close to perfect as possible. The day of the wedding it seemed as though her agenda was to get it over worth
  as quick as possible. From us taking pictures and her hurrying us along to even cutting of the cake. I went to take another taste of the cake and she rudely said “we will serve you” and more or less moved me out of the way yet again. I get that it may have been a long day for her but I should like to think that taking on this position you realize it’s an all day event and not just a 9-5 job. We had family/guests arrive on Thursday evening and after dinner we had hoped to sit out at tiki
  bar and utilize the fire pit. They shut down at 9 pm and didn’t have propane to light the fire pit. We understand Covid-19 was happening but we were never told things would be shut down early evening regardless of having a wedding reception there. We made the most of it and enjoyed the meal served. On another note: if the sidewalks to the hotel rooms are wet, there should be caution cones and or signage in place stating slippery when wet. We had three family members slip and fall. Luckily nothing more than bruising. Over all rating was a 7 and we would recommend using them. But we did feel the need to mention the things we didn’t care much for.
