  Wonderful wedding at Hunt Valley!

  Hunt Valley Country Club did an amazing job for our wedding! Julie was so helpful and very prompt at answering our emails! They were also very accommodating when we wanted to stop by occasionally to see how a decoration would look in the ballroom. We had a change of event coordinator a few weeks before our wedding but the HVCC team handled everything so well! The whole staff is so organized and made sure the day went smoothly! Janine and Madison were pivotal members of the team that helped us the day of. The food was amazing and the view at the country club is incredible

  Fabulous Wedding Venue

  The team at Hunt Valley Country Club was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. My husband and I ended up going with a smaller wedding of 20 people and Julie and the team at HVCC still attended to our event as if it were a 200 person wedding. I highly recommend going with HVCC for your special day!

  HVCC was the best decision!

  HVCC was an amazing venue to get married at, the views were beautiful and the atmosphere was so much fun! The staff was very supportive and the day of coordinator absolutely crushed it, she made our day so easy and stress free, we highly recommend this venue!

  Happiest day of our lives!

  We had our wedding on 08.02.24! Everyone at the Hunt valley country club was super helpful and accommodating! Every question we had was quickly answered. Not to mention the entire staff were ORGANIZED! Julie, the sales director was super helpful in breaking everything down financially to the point we were able to stick to our budget. Our wedding coordinator Megan, helped us every step of the way until our big day. I highly recommend you choose this venue!

  We had an amazing experience with Hunt Valley CC. The event coordinator, Megan, was fantastic from the very beginning until my wedding day. She was communicative, attentive to details, organized, and made everything run completely smoothly. The food and bar service was great. Everything went wonderfully.

  Fall Wedding

  Hunt Valley Country Club was stunning, amazing, cozy, flexible, and everything else you can imagine. They worked with us closely to bring our big day visions to life. They customized our entire wedding to fit us. They provided details we didn't even know we wanted or needed. The entire team was incredible and made you feel like family. The views, the ceremony area, and the reception area were stunning. Everyone is still bragging about the big day and I wish I could relive it all the time. I highly highly recommend Hunt Valley Country Club!

  My wedding dreams came true because of HVCC

  Planning a wedding is an incredibly overwhelming and stressful process. But once my now husband, my parents and I found HVCC we knew it was the place for our wedding. Kelly and Julie were incredibly attentive to any.. and all.. of the questions we had. Such an accommodating and welcoming staff that helped make our wedding planning process smooth and our wedding day truly the best day ever imaginable. It exceeded every wild dream or expectation we could have had for our wedding. The food, drinks and event space were truly remarkable and our guests all agreed! And the backdrop… an added bonus to our day! Thank you for bringing our dreams to reality!

  Perfect Wedding Planning Experience

  Kelly, our event and day-of coordinator made the entire process seamless from start to finish. She is amazing and I was so impressed with how my wedding turned out, especially because I do not consider myself to be creative and I hate planning events. Kelly was so detail oriented and kept me on track with the coordination pieces, provided vendors, met with us regularly, etc. My husband agreed that the event would not have been the same without her!
  I highly recommend choosing from their list of preferred vendors as they are familiar with the venue and what works/what doesn't work. Even with last minute changes and requests, they were so accommodating and understanding. All of the staff were so kind and helpful throughout the night. The day was so perfect for us, and our families and friends had so much fun!!!!

  We were so thrilled that we chose Hunt Valley Country Club for our wedding. It was an amazing day we'll never forget, and Kelly and her team were incredible - everything ran so smoothly. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, they were such a pleasure to work with.   I could not recommend Hunt Valley Country Club more as a wedding venue! From start to finish, Kelly was so responsive and helpful in answering questions, helping in the planning process, and making sure the wedding day went perfectly.   Just had my wedding at Hunt Valley Country Club and I had the best wedding day! The venue is beautiful and the views are amazing! They also have great food! My guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was! The staff was also amazing! They worked so hard and always asked if we needed anything or if they could help us in anyway. The event day coordinator Kelly was also the best! Always responsive and flexible! Overall we had the best experience!

  Phenomenal Venue

  Hunt Valley Country Club was a phenomenal venue to host our wedding. The entire process was incredibly simple and the staff was very supportive throughout. The staff on our actual wedding day were great and very accommodating for all of our requests. I highly recommend others to use them as well. The food was great too and many of our guests said it was some of the best they had ever had.

  The perfect wedding venue!

  I got married at Hunt Valley Country Club on 11/5/22 and it was AMAZING!!! Kelly, Julie and the staff at Hunt Valley are phenomenal to work with! Everyone is so responsive and pleasant and extremely helpful! Going into wedding planning I knew I wanted a beautiful venue so that I wouldn’t have to buy a million decorations and between the wall of windows overlooking the valley, the terrace (permanently tented so we didn’t need to worry about weather), and the neutral/modern feel in the ballroom it was PERFECT!! I really can’t thank Kelly enough for all she did to help us make our dream day a reality!!

  Amazing experience!

  I highly recommend Hunt Valley Country Club as a wedding venue! The whole entire staff was accommodating as I had to reschedule events due to a COVID scare and being an out of town bride from Colorado. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the food/beverage packages were reasonably priced. I worked with Julie Fahey, Kelly Shearer, and the wedding banquet captin, Jeneane. All three women were amazing at helping me plan the wedding of my dreams as well as making sure everything ran smoothly the day of. I have heard nothing but praise from my wedding guests as well about the staff at the venue.

  My wife and I had an amazing time at Hunt Valley Country Club! It is a gorgeous venue with luxurious ambience. Julie Fahey and Kelly Shearer helped us throughout the wedding planning process. Quality of the service is top notch, and we think they went above and beyond to make our wonderful wedding happen smoothly. They are very responsive via email (difficult to reach by phone). They are very professional. At the wedding, Kelly and Jenine, along with other HVCC staff, helped us so much with the event order to make sure everything happens perfectly. Jenine would give us the appetizers right after the ceremony so that newlywed couple and wedding party are not starving. She also helped with busheling the wedding dress, and checked on us often to make sure we are okay. Team worked together to make sure all the wedding decorations are ready on time and made it more impressive than what we expected. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get married in the area!

  Perfect night and beautiful setting

  The team at Hunt Valley Country Club hosted an amazing wedding reception for us in September. We had a wonderful time and it was truly a dream come true. Our whole vision came to life. The staff, food, drinks... everything was perfect! Julie helped us plan everything leading up to the event, and Kelly ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day itself. We even ordered our cake through them because they have a partnership with Sugar Bakers Cakes. This made that process easy and it helped that we want to use this bakery anyway since they are one of the few in the area that could make our wedding cake Smith Island Cake flavored! (Highly recommend using this perk. The cake was delicious!)
  
  Janine kindly drove us around the course on a golf cart to take photos--my husband actually remembers meeting her when we first toured the venue last Fall and she was so welcoming and sweet. The views are spectacular and the space is very inviting and somehow cozy, even though it can host large weddings and events. We truly loved working with this venue and can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. We have received so many compliments about the reception from our friends and family. Wish we could do it all over again!

  Hunt valley country club is the best venue

  The entire staff is incredible! They had day off people that were there for you ( me being bride) when you needed them. The view is stunning and all my guests raved about it! The Chef! Honestly by far the best food! We had the filet and the pistachio encrusted salmon and cocktail hour we had edemame quesadilla, veggie egg rolls, steak tips and smoked salmon. All my guest said the food at the venue was amazing and honestly the best food I have ever had at any wedding I have ever attended! The only thing is that was disappointing was for the groomsmen! They catered to me and my bridesmaids but my now husband and the groomsmen mentioned that the locker room smelled like pee and that they were bored for a bit and would’ve helped if there was a Tv or something downstairs bc they weren’t allowed upstairs bc they would’ve seen us through the windows. Other than that by far the best best best experience and loved every second of it

  Great wedding!

  We had an evening wedding/reception at the Hunt Valley Golf Club. Everything was fantastic. The facility was great, the food was perfect and the staff was great to work with. Thanks to Kelly who helped us us plan a memorable evening.

  Amazing Experience

  Hunt Valley went above and beyond for my wedding day. There was a huge storm a few days before my wedding, causing the venue to lose power. The venue rented massive generators for me so I was still able to have my wedding. They also rented an ice cream truck when their machine wasn't working. They made our wedding day so special and personal to us. We would recommend this venue and team to any bride looking for an amazing wedding team/venue!

  Can't Get Any Better than HVCC!

  From the moment we entered HVCC, we knew it would be the perfect place to host our ceremony and reception! Their professionalism and care were astounding, the food was DELICIOUS, and the views were incredible! HVCC staff were so accommodating with all of our requests and helped us create and execute our ideal day. We highly recommend this venue!

  Amazing Venue!!! Amazing Staff!! Amazing Food!!

  We absolutely loved everything about our wedding at Hunt Valley Country Club! Julie was our event coordinator and she absolutely killed it! Every little detail was thought about and she asked all the right questions to make sure everything would go smoothly on the day of the wedding...from the wait staff to the bar staff we had such great care and service throughout the entire day! The food was soo delicious (we had over 20 guests compliment the chef because their meal was so tasty!!), we had a raw oyster bar, fruit & cheese displays, passed appetizers and the option of filet or French boned chicken for the main meal and OMG the best Parmesan risotto ever, like I asked for some to take home!!!! Overall, the staff was so attentive to us (bride and groom) and everyone left with a full a belly, smiling, and reminiscing on how beautiful of a day it was and I can't thank HVCC enough for all their hard work!

She was super attentive and paid attention to every little detail (I'm an all about the details kinda bride), responsive to all of my random questions along the planning process, asked so many good questions I didn't think of, and most of all made us feel completely comfortable letting her run one of the most special days of our lives!!!
