  Huoy is an amazing photographer to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful photos for their special day. BOOK HER NOW! From the initial consultation, to the planning process, and navigating the inevitable last minute changes on the actual wedding day (such as changing locations last minute and considering unexpected summer traffic after she scouted ahead for us), she was organized, communicative and responsive, transparent the whole way. She captured so many sweet and special moments on our actual day. Our friends and family were in awe of the final gallery. Thank you so much Huoy!

  Huoy is the very best!

  It can be tough picking a photographer beyond deciding what style you like. But just as important is the experience working with them through one of the most important days of your life. Be confident that with Huoy you will get the most professional, organized, accommodating, and easy-going photographer. She will be your favorite vendor.
  
  -Professional and organized: Huoy was so easy to work with from start to finish. All communication was easy and prompt. She was incredibly prepared for our engagement and wedding shoots. Our pictures were ready much earlier than expected as well.
  
  -Accommodating. Even as our wedding was postponed multiple times in the pandemic, Huoy was always excited for the new dates and stayed with us through it all.
  
  -Made the experience easy and comfortable. Huoy was so great at making us and everyone else feel at ease and able to enjoy the moments. Many in our family and wedding party expressed this sentiment.
  
  -Excellent work product. Of course the quality of photos is also very important and Huoy delivered in a big way. We will cherish the memories through her amazing photos.
  
  Because of all the above, Huoy was our favorite wedding vendor to work with by far and we will continue to use her for any photo needs in the future. I advise anyone reading to choose Huoy and be confident in doing so. She's simply the best!

  So wonderful!

  We loved working with Huoy for our engagement and wedding photos! We were originally drawn to her style and use of color, and she put us at ease from the start. She is extremely organized and communicative. We had to change our wedding plans due to COVID and woke up to wildfire smoke-filled skies on our wedding day, and Huoy was willing to work through all of these challenges to help capture our day beautifully. We definitely recommend Huoy as a photographer and hope to work with her again in the future!

  The wedding photographer you were looking for!

  Although we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19, Huoy helped us with initial planning for engagement and wedding photography. She was extremely fun and easy to talk to, empathetic with our situation, and her expertise was extremely evident. We are sad that we never got to work with Huoy on the day of our wedding, but I'm sure that we will work with her again when we need a photographer in the future. In these times of stress and uncertainty, a professional like Huoy is someone you should pick for your wedding!

  Stop Looking! Huoy Should Be Your Wedding Photographer

  We are so thrilled that we found Huoy and chose her as our wedding photographer! She was a dream to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. Working with her feels like working with a friend. She is very personable and thoughtful. She cared about getting to know us as a couple and wanted to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. Initially, we planned our wedding in summer of 2019 for August 7, 2020. We were obviously not expecting a pandemic! As the pandemic raged, Huoy was very flexible and patient with us as we spent a lot of time re-planning parts of our wedding. Huoy’s amazing professionalism and friendliness made the planning process easy - even with the pandemic - and made the wedding day so special and enjoyable. We would love to work with Huoy again in the future!

  Huoy is the absolute sweetest! My (now) husband and I are super shy about getting in front of the camera and Huoy made us feel so natural. Her pictures are bright, beautiful, and so “us!” She also had great ideas in terms of our wedding timeline and was so organized day of.

  We couldn't be happier that we chose Huoy Chen Photography! Huoy magically captured the spirit of the day. All of the pictures are beautiful and timeless. Additionally, we loved having her as a part of our wedding - she was fun, kept us smiling and laughing, and just generally had a great energy. Rather than a chore, she made taking pictures feel natural and effortless. In terms of professionalism, she is top notch! Huoy was responsive, communicative, and added special details to make the experience of working with her memorable and unique. She was by far our favorite vendor and we highly recommend her!

  Best Wedding & Anniversary Photographer!!

  Huoy is the best! She's super fun, cheerful, helpful, and her photography skills will truly bring out the best of you! We can be a little awkward in front of most cameras, but Huoy was able to guide us and capture our cutest moments. She definitely goes above and beyond, and we couldn't recommend her more!!

  Our experience with Huoy on our wedding day was indescribably amazing! Planning our wedding from across the country was difficult - but Huoy was so responsive about our questions and concerns. She made us feel so comfortable through each event and tended to every detail. Huoy is more than just a wedding vendor, she continually takes the time to build a connection and relationship with each of her couples. We could not express how beautiful the photos turned out! Have absolutely no regrets booking her and we're already looking forward to having her do our future family photo shoots!

It was honestly hard to even pick just one for our save the dates, and normally my fiance and I are pretty picky :) Huoy is also one of the most organized, prepared, and professional vendors I have worked with and besides that is also a lot of fun. We seriously laughed during the entire session, which is saying a lot since my fiance normally won't even take one photo! I would recommend her to anyone who wants more than a cookie cutter engagement session and instead wants memories and photos that really capture this special time in your life. I promise you will not regret it!

Not only does she have an impeccable eye for design and images, but she is one of the most organized and professional vendors I have ever worked with. I'm so grateful she took the time and energy to make our photos amazing and reflective of our special day!   Thank you very much, I wish we could have had some varying/creative poses during the wedding since they turned out similar to the engagement photos, but they were beautiful and well edited!
