The management and crew helped our special time go flawlessly.

One stop venue with everything you need! Rachel the coordinator is very responsive and gets you everything you need for your special day. The food is beyond amazing. Chef Rondell is awesome. @10pm there are fireworks you can watch from the balcony.

Rachel & the Hyatt team were phenomenal. We don’t have enough great things to say, they truly made the day seamless. All wedding guests were treated so kindly and loved the venue, plus being so close to the falls & able to bring their dogs. You won’t regret having your day here!

Hyatt place was nothing less than amazing! Rachel and her team made my wedding everything we could think of! Even with the weather forbidding half of our guests from coming out, Hyatt made sure our wedding was still amazing! Can’t thank them enough!

With family throughout the US, my husband and I decided on Niagara Falls as a midway point for our wedding in December 2021. It worked out beautifully! Our family and friends were able to come early and spend time with each other while exploring the falls and local area. Having the casino nearby was also great – 24/7 entertainment for many of our guests.

From planning throughout the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, the Hyatt staff were exceptionally accommodating, helpful, and simply fun to have around. Our guests had a great time, enjoyed the rooms, loved the food, and had nothing but positive words to share.

We can’t wait to visit again!

The team at the Hyatt have made this the best day of their lives. Only great memories. Sarah your professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed. Sarah was with us from early morning bridal party makeup and hair to the last guest leaving the party. We had a big Challenge for Chef as we needed two celiac sensitive diets. He understood and assured us he could deliver and he did. Chef even presented the bride her meal personally. Thanks is not enough chef. The wait staff were friendly and hard working. Our experience at the Hyatt was mediocre. There were some pros and cons. Everything has pros and cons right? My husband and I were in contact with our wedding coordinator a lot at the start. The closer we got to the wedding the less I felt like we had contact with our wedding coordinator about certain things. We had a small wedding. My bridesmaids and I pretty much set up the whole wedding reception area so that we could make it easy for our wedding coordinator because she was working weddings back to back. The day of the wedding the my wedding coordinator asked my Husband “who’s playing the zoom call” I had the laptop for my zoom call ready on my laptop. I thought as a coordinator those questions would’ve been asked prior to the day of wedding. Not when we’re about to have our ceremony. The wedding was already behind schedule and our coordinator took a long time to find our wedding music and asked my maid of honor what was the name of the song when I sent a list of everything to our wedding coordinator directly months prior to the wedding and even resent some information days prior and even the night before the day of the wedding. I thought that the information would’ve been saved as we were planning on a digital or even physical file. Also, the aisle chairs for the guests were placed right in front of the patio hotel chairs. I was very disappointed. When I was at the door about to walk down the aisle there was nothing I could do at that point about the patio chairs. That’s so tacky and distasteful. So patio chairs were in our wedding video as I walked down the aisle. Lastly, little things weren’t done that I asked for like the napkin holders were not on the napkins, the chair hangers were not on the hanger and our gift table wasn’t lit up as requested. However, I do believe that Sarah was a good coordinator overall, she was just overworked and needs more help. She was doing everything from trying to make sure the wedding was flowing to serving food.



PROS:

1. Sarah was very thorough with taking wedding notes prior to the wedding

2. Came in clutch with creating my wedding bouquet 💐 to replace the wedding bouquet that didn’t come in.

3. Hard worker



CONS:

1. Patio chairs were in the back of wedding chairs as I walked down the aisle

2. Virtual wedding zoom was not launched for all our out of town guests who couldn’t be there physically 😞

3. Disorganized. Was scattered brained the day of wedding. Didn’t follow through with some details discussed prior.

Sarah and her team were the best. She was always there to help when we needed. I loved working with Sarah and all of her team. We had our first and only wedding and I am happy that we had it at the Hyatt Place in Niagara Falls. Everything came out so beautiful.

In May 2021 we had our perfect wedding at the Hyatt. Sarah our event coordinator was amazing to work with. She was up to date on all the latest Covid restrictions and let us know everything that had to be done. Sarah and the staff made sure everything was how we envisioned it. The food was on point and we got so many compliments! The venue itself was beautiful. The outdoor patio was the perfect spot to get married outside overlooking Canada. Even took the short 5 minute walk to get pictures at the falls! The reception was very large and plenty of space to move around and accommodate Covid restrictions. We also loved that we had the whole 6th floor to ourselves! Provided a bridal suite, reception area, cocktail hour space, outdoor patio, and even a back up ceremony room in case of rain. They have us room blocks for the whole weekend since everyone was coming from out of town. Parking was across the street and all the guests were given parking vouchers. We are very happy we chose the Hyatt for our rehearsal dinner and wedding!

Let me start off by saying that our final wedding plan with the Hyatt Niagara Falls ended up changing from our original plan, due to COVID-19. But Sarah and the staff were very flexible and accommodating with our change of date and changes of plans.

Originally, they Hyatt was going to host our Rehearsal Dinner the night before the wedding, the Ceremony on their rooftop patio, and the Reception in the ball room, hosting about 100 people. But due to the travel restrictions and safety concerns, we ended up only having a small Reception/Dinner there with 18 people. Also, they gave us a room block with discounted rates for both the night before and the night of the wedding.

Sarah, and everyone else that we dealt with at the Hyatt, was very friendly and helpful. We never heard anyone mention that their wedding package was "all-inclusive", but it basically was. The price per person truly included everything, except what you would expect to supply on your own, like the DJ, cake/desserts, and officiant. Otherwise, every other small detail was taken care of by the Hyatt. And Sarah offered to help us with things like name cards for the guest's seating assignments, etc. I was very impressed when I walked into the room on our wedding day and saw how beautiful the setup was.

The food was also a pleasant surprise. At the taste testing, the food was fine, don't get me wrong, but the food served during the event was delicious! The steak was tender, the salad had huge cheese crisps, and the hors d'oeuvres disappeared quickly.

The only negative we experienced on our wedding day was out of the Hyatt's control. Parking is included for all guests at the Rainbow Parking Garage across the street. Due to our pandemic plan B wedding date being on Labor Day weekend, the Niagara Falls area was very busy. What should have been a 5 minute drive from the Hyatt to the Niagara Falls Courthouse for the wedding ceremony took 45 minutes due to a major delay getting out of the garage. Thankfully, there was no one scheduled for a wedding after us at the courthouse, so the delay didn't cause any issues besides unneeded stress and reduced time for pictures between the ceremony and the reception. But the Hyatt accommodated that as well by starting everything once we were ready. I mainly mention this so people can plan accordingly in the future.

They are friendly and helpful. Iam Impressed.

1. The venue is modern and in the perfect location. There is a ramp for parking so you don't have to worry about where your guest will park. Walking distance to Niagara Falls so you can get great photos. The outdoor patio/balcony is amazing!
2. Every member of the staff was wonderful. Sarah the event manager made all our wishes come true! The day of staff was professional and spot on. We had so many compliments about how smooth and quick the service was.
3. FOOD!! Never have I ever been to a wedding where every single person had a perfectly cooked filet. It was so impressive how good everything was. We requested mac and cheese bites as an appetizer (which was not on the menu) and they made it happen!

We had our wedding ceremony on the gorgeous rooftop patio, and the reception in the banquet hall. I could not have imagined a better venue and team to be with us on our magical day. The hotel is very new and made for an amazing venue in a really central location. This made it very enjoyable for the guests as they were able to go to the nearby park and explore trails, and stay at the same hotel. The banquet room has floor to ceiling windows with stunning views. And the real treat at the end of the night was watching the fireworks from Niagara Falls from the rooftop. It was an epic ending to our day. The chef is also amazing - and the food turned out wonderfully. Exceeded all of our (already very high) expectations!

I am super lucky to have gotten married at the Hyatt Place! I came across the Hyatt Place and fell in love with the photos online, the only thing I was nervous about was availability because at the time, my wedding date was 6 months away. I got super lucky when I heard that they had an opening on the day I wanted to get married! Once I knew my date was available, I was immediately sold!
That wasn't the only thing though, Sarah Wyzykiewicz is THE MOST AMAZING PERSON ON THIS PLANET!!! She is the Sales and Catering Manager and holy cow- am I glad that she was! She was extremely patient, kind, welcoming, and professional all at the same time. Not only did she go above and beyond, but she also made sure that she connected with me on a deeper level. Every time I spoke with her she asked me how I was doing and made sure to include my daughter and my pregnancy (I got married while being pregnant). This meant a lot to me- you don't meet many people who are genuinely interested in your life and well-being anymore. To top it off, she would email me back at any time/day, which was super helpful especially during the times I was freaking out. I can go on and on about Sarah, but honestly truly- she was a Godsend.

Now- for my wedding itself, the ballrooms were absolutely stunning. All night I received compliments on the hotel, the ballrooms, and how professional their staff was. I did not have to worry about a thing! We used two separate ballrooms for the ceremony and reception, and also had access to the patio- best decision ever because it was a hit! The food was also a hit! It was delicious!!!
My now husband and I did not have to worry about how the food was being served, the drinks, how comfortable our guests felt- because they did that for us! I want to say her name was Sue- (or along those lines?) but she was amazing too. She was in charge of making sure the night went smoothly and that we were all set at the end of the night as well.
Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better venue, let alone a better team. They were wonderful, and I would choose them again if I could!
I look forward to booking with them in the future for more special events- they have a client for life.

I had my wedding at The Hyatt Niagara Falls in August 2019. Sarah and Ciara were so helpful and great to work with! Ciara went above and beyond the day of decorating. Everything was beautiful! The food was amazing and the view was PERFECT! At 10pm there was even fireworks! The only downfall was that any leftover desserts and our wedding cake was not saved for us. Overall I would recommend this venue for a wedding!

We could have never had a better planned wedding! The Hyatt was staffed with an amazing planner....Sarah :) The chef was a perfectionist and delivered exquisite dishes. The food was so spectacular that our guests are still talking about it. The wasn't one gliche though out our whole experience. We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to have had a perfect rooftop wedding, amazing service and true dedication to our special day. The Hyatt Place in Niagara Falls was there to accommodate in every way! Thank you for everything! Perfection!!!!!!

I was so happy I chose the Hyatt Place at Niagara Falls. The service was excellent. All I heard all night was how the food was delicious. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Sarah was incredible to work with and made destination planning a breeze. The view from the roof top deck was awesome with a good view of the fireworks. Can't Express how great everything was.
