  Wedding Venue Review - Hyatt Regency Rosemont

  Hyatt was nothing but incredible for the day of our wedding. We are so thankful to Bethany and her staff who made sure even the smallest detail was done to perfection. We would highly recommend using Hyatt for your wedding venue.

  Our wedding could not have been any better if we had spent another year planning it. The Hyatt staff, specifically Shari, the catering manager, were unbelievably helpful and always available to answer questions. Everything that we wanted was done and they always seemed genuinely willing and ready to make our day special. The hotel is beautiful and we had an amazing wedding. Much thanks to the Hyatt's wonderful staff.

  I highly recommend anyone living in or near the city of Chicago who are getting married and expecting a lot of out of town guests to get married at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare.
  On top of it being a gorgeous hotel, the staff at the Hyatt is incredible! All throughout my planning process, my wedding coordinator, Cindy Krieger made me feel as if our wedding was the most important event she has ever done. She handled every single detail for me and was always, always there when ever I had a question or concern.
  
  The wedding package at the Hyatt offers more for the price than any other venue we visited. The food was outstanding. That alone I would rate 5+ stars. After our wedding, the main comment people made was how much food there was and how amazing it all tasted.
  
  Cindy took care of setting up our ceremony and reception exactly how I wanted it, down to how I wanted to napkins folded on the table. She upgraded both my parents and husband's parents to a suite, gave the bridal party a gorgeous suite to get ready in during the day and let us keep our car at the Hyatt while we were on our honeymoon at no charge. These are the little extra things that you remember and what puts them above all others.
  
  Thanks Cindy. You were such a joy to work with. I miss talking with you! You made our wedding a gorgeous event. I will always be grateful to you.

  We recently had our wedding reception at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. I was so impressed with every aspect of their service. Our reception turned out exactly how I imagined and the Hyatt was a beautiful venue. We worked with Amy Dresser, who was amazing every step of the way. She was so accommodating to all our requests through the planning process, and she was there through the whole reception to make sure everything went as planned. All the bartenders and wait staff during the reception were great and the food was delicious! While the Hyatt is a little pricier than some of the other venues in the area, it was well worth the money. I could not have asked for a better reception venue!

  The Hyatt Regency O'Hare is by far one of the best hotels I have ever seen. It is stunning and the staff, for the most part, is excellent. However, my event was not well planned. It was an Indian wedding and we mentioned many times in the beginning that there will be a small fire. The hotel did not follow any special procedure and at the last minute they interrupted the ceremony to put the fire out. We were also charged an extra $1000 fine because they had to turn the sprinkler system off. I was pretty disappointed with this situation. We were also billed for more than what we signed the contract for because there were discrepancies among their own departments. I was under the impression that we would not be charged for more than the amount stated in the contract.
  
  The catering service from the Hyatt was great! You cannot go wrong with their food.
  
  Overall, I did have a good time at my wedding. The disturbance of my ceremony does stick out in my mind however. In the future I would probably book another small event with the hotel because it is so beautiful and the food and food service is awesome. I would probably not book a big event here though again.........They do need to plan better!
