We waited 3 months into wedding planning to hire Lia. Biggest mistake EVER! I would have hired her the day after we got engaged if I would have known how amazing she is. Since day one, Lia was absolutely perfect. She was so helpful, organized, and knowledgeable that it blew us away! I knew right after meeting her that she would be the perfect fit to help us create our perfect day and accommodate our destination wedding.
She went out of her way to immediately start researching vendors in the San Diego Area, even offering vendor suggestions from here in Vegas that were all amazing. I could text Lia at 10 pm and she would immediately reply whether it was to offer advice, answer a question or just calm me down.
Lia was so prompt and on the ball with every single vendor, she made us feel like we were in the best hands throughout the whole process. She also helped keep me on track with making decisions and helping offer new ideas if I was unsure about something. This made the whole week before the wedding basically a breeze! I was totally calm on my wedding day knowing that Lia had everything handled.
Lia, you were a total dream to work with, and we are so lucky to have gained you as a friend throughout this process!

I would definitely recommend Lia and I Do Details to anyone looking for a fantastic wedding planner! I always knew I was in the best hands with Lia and I never had to worry about deadlines, details, etc as I knew she was so on top of it and would always guide me through the process. She was so organized and always had the best recommendations for us, even if I texted her at crazy hours, she was always available! I am a visual person and often had issues telling her the things I liked and she truly could read my mind and always came to me with exactly what I was trying to visualize. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly thanks to Lia’s detailed timeline and coordination. Because of I Do Details we were able to enjoy our day and celebrate with our friends and family without having to worry about a thing! Lia is phenomenal and I recommend her at the highest level to any bride or anyone looking for a wonderful event planner. -

Words cannot express how lucky I feel to have had Lia plan our big day! When we first made the decision to have a backyard wedding, we felt anxious about all the logistics and felt that we had so many blind spots. Then we hired Lia and she quickly made the entire planning experience incredibly easy and fun for us. I remember feeling absolutely zero stress on our wedding day because she had everything handled. She was there for us throughout all the decision making, took trips with us to Reno to meet with vendors, and planned out every detail with ease. We would have been completely lost without her! Our friends and family still rave to us about how beautiful our wedding was and it’s all thanks to her. Everything turned out better than I could’ve imagined and I’m forever grateful to Lia and her team!

We hired Lia for her full planning and design services and we are so thankful that we did! From the initial planning meeting, Lia gave us recommendations on vendors to use as well as design ideas to incorporate on our wedding day. Throughout the entire planning process she was very organized, responsive, and detail oriented. I loved how she was always available to answer any questions that I had or to bounce ideas off of. One of the things that I appreciated about Lia was how she always kept us on track with booking vendors and making decisions. The weeks leading up to our wedding, we didn't need to worry about a thing! Lia was proactive in reaching out to our vendors, creating a detailed timeline, and checking in with us. The day of our wedding could not have gone better! Lia was fantastic in executing the design elements and we were stress free knowing Lia was there to handle everything. After the wedding, our family and friends could not stop talking about how beautiful the weekend was. We are so appreciative of her and recommend her to any bride-to-be! Lia and her team did an amazing job transforming our wedding dreams and ideas into reality. My husband and I are notoriously detail-oriented and when we started to plan our September wedding, we wanted to make sure that we didn’t let anything slip through the cracks. We met with Lia and were instantly impressed with her professionalism, creativity and genuine demeanor.
We chose Lia to help us wrap up the planning for the Month Of but she did so much more than that! She was attentive and helpful with every question throughout the year and helped us source the best team to make our wedding unforgettable.
The month of our wedding, every weight and pressure was lifted from us as Lia expertly fielded vendor issues, final contracts and any little issues that may have felt overwhelming without her. Lia and her team made us feel calm and confident, allowing us to focus on our day and each other. Thank you! -

I was unsure how to find a wedding planner that would be able to make sure each of the details I carefully picked out were implemented on the day of my wedding. I decided to meet with Lia and take a chance on an up and coming wedding planner. From the minute I meet up with Lia I knew that she was everything I was looking for in a wedding planner and more. She was there to not only answer each and every one of my questions but she responded promptly and with valuable information. In addition, she made sure that I had not forgotten any details and suggested fresh and fun ideas to add. On the day of my wedding, Lia went above and beyond to make sure each and every detail was setup just as I planned it. Lia was organized, professional, thorough, and flawless. Kevin and I’s day was perfect and seamless, thanks to Lia. I could not imagine finding a more perfect day of planner to be a part of my wedding day. -

I can’t even begin to put into words how amazing Lia was throughout our entire wedding planning process. I am SO glad that we hired her for month of coordination- she made everything fun, easy, and enjoyable. From the very start, she was so helpful and attentive. From providing us with some of the most amazing vendors to the day of our wedding, Lia helped make our day exactly what we had always envisioned. In the months leading up to our wedding, she made sure we were on track with our to do list and she put our minds at ease that everything would be perfect. The day of our wedding was absolute perfection because Lia had everything handled and organized. From start to end, we never had to worry about anything. When we first walked into the ballroom, I was amazed that everything was exactly as I had always imagined. We truly could not have done it without her! Her attention to detail was impeccable. I am so grateful for Lia and everything she did for us and our wedding- the best day of our lives! -

Fairytale Wedding
Lia was the absolute best! When I first thought about getting everything ready for our big day, I knew I had to find help. Working full-time and having a child was enough, so we began our search in looking for a full-service wedding planner. We had met with a few planners, but Lia and our chemistry hit it off right away. After we hired Lia, I knew I wasn't going to regret it. Things were getting so real, we were so happy! We originally knew exactly where we wanted to get married. We wanted to get married at this place because it was the perfect venue (or so we thought) for us. I wanted an outdoor, whimsical, rustic, wedding with hints of Disney. So we locked in the venue, and worked with Lia's recommendation of Suzanne with She Paperie, who made us beautiful Save the Dates. We began to plan out decor, and getting little details planned out. About 4 months out from our wedding date, we began receiving bad news... rumors began about our venue. I was pulling into Disneyland hotel when I received the call from Lia. They were canceling weddings last minute and the same day I even had a vendors emailing me asking if our wedding was still on. So we immediately got in contact with the venue and they reassured us that everything was fine. Well two weeks after this, we began to worry. Their website was down, their Facebook page went missing and reviews started coming in. What were we going to do? We had already chose decorations, we already sent out Save the Date, secured deposits, chose our cake design, ETC. Luckily, we ended up getting our deposit back but now we had no venue. We contemplated eloping and even changing everything to a destination wedding. Lia was so patient and immediately started sending us venues that she thought would still match our theme. She reassured that everything was going to be okay, and that our wedding would be better. Everything happens for a reason was our mindset. She ended up recommending so many places and we didn't like any. Just our luck right? So the last place she recommended we were like what do we have to lose? Well, we ended up LOVING the venue and securing it. We were about 2 months away and we had no time to wait. What we thought our wedding was going to look like completely changed. We originally chose light colors and changed to dark. We originally had a rustic theme, and now it was elegant. To be completely honest, if it wasn't for Lia, I don't think a wedding would have happened, and for her to say STILL like it's ok if we don't... was so comforting. It wasn't about what we lost it was about our happiness.
Lia will be one of my best memories planning a wedding. She was my confidant. She was my rock. She is someone that wants what's best for you, and for a couple. She took ideas and made them reality. She is just so sweet and so organized. She will definitely be on top of everything and MORE. She really is about the details and the little things that you didn't realize would make a difference (like custom napkins) really give your wedding the extraness you didn't know you needed.
Our wedding story wasn't a fairytale, but our wedding ended up being one. With the look of our wedding, you'd never guess that it wasn't the original plan. So thank you Lia. For doing everything you did and forever making our big day, beautiful.

We almost didn’t use a planner but so glad that we did! You won’t regret choosing Lia as your planner, she is absolutely incredible and a pro at what she does! She went above and beyond to help us choose our ceremony and venue location, she was available 24/7 to send me recommendations, answer all of my silly questions, and make sure everything was extremely organized/prepared. Lia did an amazing job at executing our timeline the day of the wedding and everyone knew exactly where to go, what to do, etc. so everything was flawless and STRESS FREE. We did a lot of DIY decor and there was no hesitation from her at all, she set everything up with little direction and it all turned out so much better than I could’ve imagined! If you’re looking for a wedding planner, stop now and choose I Do Details, you won’t regret it! -
