    Say I Do to I Do Events

    My husband and I were married at the Vineyard at 37 High Holly at the end of August 2019, and we could not have done it without I Do Events. We were living several states away from the venue and were only able to come down a couple times in advance to plan for our wedding, so their help was key to making the day of our dreams. In addition, my husband was the main planner as I was unable to join several of the coordinating sessions – and while I know the groom is not the person who typically plans the wedding – Elizabeth and Jennifer warmly welcomed him into the planning and guided us through the process. Together, they made our day absolutely perfect.

    We hired I Do Events (Elizabeth/Jennifer) to do our day-of coordination for the wedding. This meant that we were responsible for booking all vendors and doing most of the up front coordination. Despite this, Elizabeth worked with us throughout everything. As we were coordinating the wedding from a distance, we had calls about once a month to ensure that we were on track in terms of hiring vendors, and she was instrumental in providing advice and recommending vendors and ideas that would fit within our budget. Elizabeth was supportive and encouraging and ran our coordination calls with the efficiency of a professional. She always quickly followed-up after our calls to help us get in touch with vendors.

    Before the wedding, we transitioned to working primarily with Jennifer Regner who did the actual day-of coordination. Jennifer was such a true delight to work with. We talked with her several times in the two weeks leading up to the wedding to ensure that we had all our planning done so that we didn’t have to worry at all on the day itself. She met us at the rehearsal, listened as we explained how we wanted everything set up, and efficiently walked everyone through ceremony (you would think it would be easy, but there were so many small questions that popped up).

    During the day of the wedding, Elizabeth checked in on us in the morning to make sure that we were doing well, and Jennifer handled everything with grace. Jennifer calmly worked to keep everyone on schedule and when timing shifts arose due to vendors or other external factors, she was fantastic in adjusting timing and communicating with us and the rest of our guests. She made sure that everything was set-up appropriately, picked up the sandwiches that our wedding party had ordered for lunch, ensured that people knew where to be and when, that we had big plates of food and our requested glasses of champagne, and so much more ... everything that we had asked for! She was always in the background making sure everything was running as it should and could always be seen with a smile and ready to help with anything.

    At we reflect on our wedding half a year later – all I can think about is that it was a day of love and celebration that we had envisioned. But that kind of day can only happen when there is someone in the background facilitating and guiding, so we were free to focus on our love for each other and our special day. For us – it truly was Elizabeth Fletcher and Jennifer Regner of I Do Events that made everything come together. We truly could not recommend them more highly.

    I Do Events were so incredibly helpful and positive throughout the planning of our daughter's wedding that our daughter-in-law hired her to coordinate her wedding. Can't say enough good things about Elizabeth and her crew. They made terrific vendor recommendations and handled last minute snafus with grace, professionalism and humor. Everything worked out extremely well and we were and are most pleased. Thank you I Do Events!!!

    Elizabeth is a Godsend

    I cannot believe it has nearly been a month since our daughter's beautiful wedding. With the creativity and vision being in our dreams for twenty four years, we had a lot of details to be executed. We do not know how we would have survived coordinating and pulling off such a beautiful and memorable wedding without Elizabeth Fletcher of I Do Events, Atlanta. Because of her expertise, our daughter's wedding will leave wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
    Elizabeth helped us handpick our venue and vendors as she was an invaluable resource. She is organized, quick to answer calls, texts, emails and extremely professional. She coached us through a variety of situations, coming up with a perfect timeline for the rehearsal and the wedding, thus making our special day one that we could relax and enjoy without concern.
    During the planning stages, Elizabeth invited us to visit the venue of our choice to get ideas and to help us map out what exactly we wanted. We found that working with Elizabeth, she expects and provide perfection making her execution flawless.
    What a wonderful service I Do Events, Atlanta provides. We thank Elizabeth for juggling everything and making it look so easy as she was instrumental in making our daughter's dream wedding come true.
    Elizabeth is one incredible woman and planner and is therefore certain to make all of your wishes and dreams come true. With all of this being said, this mother of the bride highly recommends using Elizabeth of I Do Events, Atlanta as she and her assistant were awesome!

    I've worked with Elizabeth & I Do Events on multiple occasions and she is absolutely wonderful. Every single wedding she plans is flawless and planned down to the second. Her brides and grooms are always smiling from ear to ear at the end of the night and treats their family and friends like royalty. If you're looking for a planner who knows what they are doing, look no further. Elizabeth will have you taken care of, for sure.

    I perform with the wedding band The Finns from Greensboro, NC. We had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Fletcher from I Do Events Atlanta for our wedding this past weekend. Elizabeth was friendly and very communicative, both the day of the wedding as well as the weeks leading up to the event and the wedding was beautifully executed!

    Elizabeth was so wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond in so many ways! When we were forced to relocate our wedding due to a fire, she was able to help us find a new venue (that we loved) and coordinate all new vendors with just a couple months to spare. It was amazing how effortless she made this all seem, which certainly helped manage my anxiety. She also helped us manage some difficult family dynamics with complete professionalism and compassion. With her support we were truly able to celebrate our love and enjoy the company of friends and family with ease. I definitely recommend Elizabeth for your wedding planning needs!

    I am a wedding photographer and love working events that Elizabeth has planned! She is highly organized and everything always runs so smooth, which makes my job that much easier. Not to mention her weddings are always absolutely gorgeous, making the photos totally magazine worthy!

    Elizabeth is the best! My husband and I had a very complicated wedding idea- to have our wedding in a remote field outside Cashiers, NC. It is a special space for us. But, there was no plumbing, no electricity, and you had to drive through a creek to get there. I Do Events made it happen!

    Elizabeth had wonderful ideas that made the reception so special and beautiful. She helped us with getting generators, tents, seating, a bartender, a DJ, transportation for guests and restrooms. She made sure the vendors did a test drive out to the site prior to the wedding. She saved us more money than her fee by negotiating with vendors. She anticipated some major issues and we were prepared for the downpour of rain on the day of.

    She kept everything on time, the groomsmen in line, the bride calm and Elizabeth even kept her cool when a black bear (I kid you not) showed up halfway through the reception. My friends still refer to our wedding as "the perfect wedding."

    I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth. Our package was for the day of the event, but she really helped us through out the entire process. We had a destination wedding in North Carolina and she made it seamless. From the caterer, florist and shuttle, she really helped guide us to the best vendors in the area. I knew in my head what I wanted as far as colors, flowers, cakes, but there were other things I never even thought of. She is the expert, she knows what works, and we couldn't have been happier. Why hire the "expert" if you don't let them take over and make sure your day is as wonderful as you have always imagined. Elizabeth was handing us a glass of wine before the guests were even starting cocktail hour. She helped with the cutting of our cakes. She made sure our cake was wrapped up and ready to go when we left the venue. We had a plate of our appetizers and then our dinner waiting for us once we were seated. She guided us when we weren't sure where or what to do next. I could go on and on. Elizabeth is a straight shooter and will tell you like it is, I love that about her. If I ask her a question or opinion, I want honesty, again, she's the expert! If you are looking for a wedding or event planner, Elizabeth is the best around!

    Elizabeth from I Do Events was great to work with! She was always available to talk and very responsive! She made me feel very calm leading up to the wedding and made sure we are sticking to a wedding prep timeline. Anytime I had any venue issues, she was quick to jump on the problems and send referrals if necessary. It always felt like she knew the right people to call which was a big help!

    As the wedding director at First Presbyterian Church of Highlands, I have had the opportunity to work with many brides and their planners. Elizabeth Fletcher with I Do Events is professional, responsive, creative, and extremely detail oriented. I have seen her guide brides through the planning process flawlessly. In addition to being great at her job, Elizabeth is simply an absolute sweetheart-- an all around down to earth, kind, and fun person! A wedding planner is completely and totally necessary to keep your sanity... to keep you organized... to maintain some sense of "control"... to pull off the optimal destination wedding. Elizabeth is amazingly professional and polite and just a joy to work with. My favorite thing about her is how honest she is. Overall, working with Elizabeth is a great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend her!

    My husband and I married at The Farm at Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, NC in March 2016. With less than 6 months to plan the destination wedding, a bride who didn’t know what a budget was, parents who wouldn’t make decisions until literally the last minute and so much more... Elizabeth produced the most stress free, elegant, beautiful, fun wedding ever!!! She had to work so hard for us, and we will never be able to thank her enough. That said, I highly recommend using Elizabeth’s services as a planner because she is THE BEST.

    We had a great experience with Elizabeth Fletcher at I Do Events! We went with her 'wedding coordinator' package and really felt that we got much more than we expected. We were married near Highlands, NC and Elizabeth steered us to the perfect venue and had stellar contacts and recommendations for other additional vendors in the area (and her favorites out of Atlanta!). As the bride, she really became my advocate (and could be even be the bad guy for me when we had other vendors who were unresponsive!) and I absolutely couldn't have pulled off planning an NC wedding from Texas without her!!

    We had the help of I Do Events/Elizabeth Fletcher for our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. Elizabeth was a valuable asset to us as she helped with budgets, videographer, floral designer, caterer, party rentals, and disc jockey. She was extremely organized, always available for questions, and gave us comfort that we would have a beautiful ceremony and we did! You will not go wrong in choosing this company for your big event.

    Elizabeth Fletcher was an awesome wedding planner! I loved the florist she put us in touch with - he did an amazing job!
    Wedding planning is definitely the most stressful part of a wedding, so we are very happy to have had Elizabeth there to help guide us. The planning was still stressful (don't think you can avoid that!), but at least we knew we can rely on Elizabeth to keep us on track with what needs to be accomplished by when, where to buy x/y, and other guidance. I would recommend her as your wedding planner!

    I have had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Fletcher of I Do Events Atlanta in planning my recent wedding in Highlands, NC. I cannot speak highly enough of Elizabeth and her team. She was with me every step of the way - helped me interview photographers, took me to over 15 different venues to find my perfect reception venue, negotiated rates with all my vendors, found my florist, and so much more. She went above and beyond for me in every way possible. She is organized, professional, creative, budget-oriented, and personal. She is extremely responsive to emails, phone calls, and text messages. She perfectly executed every detail of my big day and made sure I was smiling and worry-free throughout my wedding weekend. I could not have done it without her and would HIGHLY recommend her to ANY BRIDE!! She will make your dream wedding come true. There isn't anyone I would trust more with my wedding planning than Elizabeth Fletcher.

    Elizabeth Fletcher is one of the most detail oriented wedding planners that I have every come across. She leaves no stone unturned and thinks of everything. She put gorgeous throw pillows on Adirondack chairs, in order to allow for a Men’s seating area at a wedding. She purchased and passed our beautiful pashmina shawls for guests as the sun went to down to keep the ladies warm. She travelled 50 miles to purchase a hand turned wooden pen in order to accompany a beautifully bark inlayed guest book. She is the absolute best wedding coordinator anyone could ever work with. I highly recommend her!

    I have worked with Elizabeth Fletcher many times. She is my go to event planner when I have a bride that books our event space. Everything is organized, on schedule, and so professional that it makes my job a dream. She is one of a kind when it comes to personalizing events for each individual couple. She always has the best interest of the couple when planning and executing events. I wouldn't hire anyone else!

    We hired Elizabeth from I Do Events to be the day of coordinator for my wedding at The Farm at Old Edwards Inn in Highlands North Carolina. I have to laugh at the term “day of coordinator”, Elizabeth was far more than that. We weren’t super familiar with the area and it’s vendors and Elizabeth helped to line everything up for us. Which florist should we use? Elizabeth helped. Which bakery do you suggest? Elizabeth helped. Where should I have my bridesmaid luncheon? Elizabeth again. For someone who was hired for “day of” she blew it out of the water. Her suggestions, advice, communication, and details were all on par. I can’t even imagine the stress of being one planner vs 275 guests, to get everyone in one place in an orderly fashion, communicate with the band, the late night Chick-fil-A, passing out props, making sure the bride and groom stay happy, clothing changes, sparkler hand outs, floral transfers, MOB car loading etc., it is a lot! We were super pleased and happy with everything Elizabeth did for us- she made our wedding feel super special and stress free! Couldn’t recommend Elizabeth and I do Events enough for your future wedding planning!

    We hired Elizabeth Fletcher and her colleague Paul for our wedding florals. The flowers were so beautiful but they did not quite match the vision that we had initially discussed. Elizabeth addressed that with me after the wedding and she was gracious to make things right with me. I would recommend Elizabeth's services if you are a laid-back bride who needs a lot of help with planning as she is very knowledgeable and has a lot of connections in the industry.
