    Superb Service

    We stayed at this hotel last year as a surprise birthday for my now husband. When he seen how wonderful everything was there, we knew we had to get married there. From the wonderful bellhops to the groundskeepers. We love the whole experience at the hotel. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we got out of our car. To have them know you by name and acknowledge you with well wishes was more than we could ask for. A special and wonderful thanks to our beautiful and loving wedding coordinators Syrecka and Natasha. These ladies truly go beyond their call of duties for their brides. We love all you guys at the Grand and can’t wait to see you all again soon.

    It was a beautiful wedding I was very happy with everything. The reception and ceremony was beautiful the wedding planner (Syrecka) was excellent. She helped to make sure everything was perfect and was very dedicated to make sure everything was perfect. The Iberostar Grand treated my family and friends well, their service is wonderful and can't be beat.

    This resort was amazing! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, every meal was fantastic, grounds were gorgeous... And of course the wedding was everything we could have imagined! Wedding coordinator Syrecka went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfectly memorable!

    This is the most beautiful place I ever been in my life. My husband, family, friends, and I are planning a trip back to Iberostar Grand Resort Jamaicai in 2013 . We were treated like royalty from the first day to the last day. I love their motto: No problems in Jamaica, only situations...... I was told by the staff that I am the calmest bride ever. The hotel took care of everything so there was no need to worry but relax and enjoy myself. The 24 hours butler service was one of many attractions. I highly recommend this resort! It truly lived up to its 5 star all adult status.

    My wedding planner Syrecka Loreto was amazing! She really made this fairy tale wedding come to life. This place is just pure beauty. You can't ask for a more beautiful beach to get married on. We had everything from the ceremony to the reception bare foot style on the beach. It was everything and more that I could ask for. Highly recommended for a destination wedding.

    Wedding in Paradise

    We go on vacation to this resort every year and this year decided to get married there so we were already pretty familiar with the venue and what the wedding look like, etc... We worked mainly with Natasha who was an absolute delight and lifesaver. I of course got sick right before my wedding, but Natasha kept everything moving and everyone in high spirits. My wedding was absolutely perfect and I wouldn't change a single detail. I didn't have to worry about anything at all, which was a relief.

    We ended up having our wedding off property because we fell in love with another location however I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to give the team at Iberostar Grand a great review. From the moment we entered the vestibule we were given a warm welcome by Chadwick, followed by ‘Congratulations and well wishes’ from the front desk staff. The wedding planning team accommodated our EVERY request and treated us like the bride & groom that we were regardless of the fact that we were not having our wedding on their property. To top it all off, we had the best butler on staff- Leon!! We were so fond of him that my husband even made a promise that we’d come back to celebrate our 1 year anniversary with him and the team at the Grand. Everyone treated us like family and was so eager to help with making our Big Day special. They truly left no stone unturned when it came to meeting our needs during the entire stay. My only complaint is that it was a bit expensive considering we had such a large amount of wedding expenses to cover but we enjoyed it very much and neither of us have any regrets.

    The resort and wedding package are amazing. Everything was near perfect except:

    I sometimes had a hard time receiving return email from the wedding coordinator.
    We didn't receive our marriage license for 3 months!
    The photographer took more pictures of my single nieces, than he did of my husband and I.

    Aside from that, it was so wonderful to have almost everything taken care of.

    The beauty salon was great!

    The food - it doesn't get any better!

    The exotic flowers were beautiful!
