  I have known Stacy for a few years - and have done both a pinup shoot with Iconic Pinups and hired her to do my hair for some events. I contacted her within a week of getting engaged to book her for my wedding (a year out!). She is amazing - and knows how to make you look beautiful! She does on-location services and can bring an assistant if you have lots of people (which we did). My hair and makeup was exactly what I wanted (a wedding pinup) and my bridal party/family was raving about how beautiful they felt! Stacy and her assistant knew exactly what we wanted and was able to cater to me (a "Marilyn" look), our mothers (who had specific requests), and our flower girl (an "elsa" braid), in addition to bridesmaids and other family members. I HIGHLY recommend Stacy for hair and makeup services - and if you don't have your own event coming up - go do a shoot with Iconic Pinups in the meantime!

  I absolutely LOVED my makeup and my "Pin Up" Hairstyle sooo much that I wished I had found Iconic Pinup for my wedding day. Stacy & Carol are absolutely a pleasure to work with and make you feel 100% comfortable. Pictures came out AMAZING!! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to any woman who wants to feel GORGEOUS and SPECIAL on a memorable day!!

  Stacy is THE best make-up artist ever! I usually hate the make-up that make-up artists do on me, but I LOVE the way I look every time Stacy does my make-up. She chooses just the right colors to bring out your natural beauty and applies the make-up so you look flawless and glamorous every time.   I was so happy that I chose Stacy to do my hair and make-up for my wedding. She really knew how to work with what I had to make me look, well...... gorgeous! She was extremely professional, listened to what I wanted done, and then was able to achieve the desired look beyond my expectations. And....her sweet and calm personality sure took away a great deal of the nervousness I was feeling. Very impressed with her and her work!

  Stacy is a true artist. She did exactly what I asked her to do, while adding her own flair and expertise to make the look perfect! She showed me how to do things on my own so that I can now make myself look much better than I ever could before. She's also very kind and easy to work with -- very attentive and professional, too. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of Stacy for my Birthday make-up and will definitely ask for her help for my next big occasion!

  Stacy was absolutely wonderful!! She really knows how to do exactly what you want and makes you look flawless for your pictures. I highly recommend Stacy she is very professional and easy going.   Stacy did my hair and makeup for the LA Art Show VIP Party; I had been invited to curate a special Chicano and street art exhibition, which was a pretty big deal and featured museum level, internationally known artists, plus a rock star who was bringing his other rock star pals, at an event that draws serious art collectors and society types. I had to look polished, elegant, yet slightly edgy, without looking overly made-up or radically different. Stacy GOT IT. She made me a more radiant, evening glamour version of myself. My lipstick and eye shadow lasted from 5pm through 1am post-event snacks, looked GREAT on film and in real life (per both men and women). It was absolutely beautiful looking and just as importantly didn't feel heavy, greasy or cakey on my face. I didn't feel like was wearing "a lot of make up" but my eyes looked amazing, my cheekbones popped--it was awesome. I was confidant and secure that I was putting my best face forward. And my hair was wavy, soft and natural looking and HELD the waves. I was so happy and wish I could have her do my make up every time I need to leave the house for more than a run to Trader Joe's!

  Stacy is lovely person to work with. I brought in a photo of the style I was going for and she was able to match it without a problem. This was a red carpet event and so there were many photos and video taken so it was very important to feel comfortable with how I looked. The makeup lasted throughout the night so much so that I did not want to take it off when I got home!!

  Loved working with Stacy!! She did my hair and make-up for my wedding. I am a vintage girl and she was the perfect artist to execute the look i wanted. I asked for a vintage wave. My hair turned out great! I loved my make-up it lasted the whole night. I highly recommend her to all brides-to-be. Not only is she amazing she is also way affordable. I was getting crazy quotes. Her prices are competitive but reasonable!!!

  When a friend invited to party celebrating his Chicano heritage where everyone would have come in Cholo style, I asked Stacy to create makeup and hair for me.She researched style and incorporated elements I sent her, and created a perfect look. She covered my eyebrows and drew on higher ones, applied black white and grey shadow, and false eyelashes , and lines and filed my lips in Chola style, the put my hair in a vintage rolled style. My friend was honored that I show that much respect for him by really bringing it. Stacy made me look t=liek this was a normal makeup for me, and not a costume, which was my goal. It was strong and stunning but not "fake." GREAT work.

  Stacy is an awesome makeup artist! She will make you feel and look beautiful and confident on your wedding day! My makeup lasted all day and night. I received countless compliments on my makeup and it didn't feel or look Caked on at all. I'm not the kinda person who will put makeup on everyday, so it was important for me to look natural and also do it up for my wedding. I went on a trial run and loved Stacy and the work she did immediately. She also is very reasonable and worth every penny. I used her repeatedly. And if I ever need to get anything makeup related done again, I would call her in a heartbeat. She is the best! I recommend her to everyone!

  My husband I decided on a "Mad Men" theme for our weddinig. With that being said, I was looking for someone that had experience doing 'Pin-Up' har and makeup. I did a google search and was blessed to have come across Stacy's website.
  
  Stacy was wonderful! She did such an amazing job with the hairstyle and make-up this time period called for. She was great with texting/emailing pricing and schedueling appointment times for both my trial hair/make-up (which I used for my engagement photos) and wedding - she was also able to do two separate looks for both engagement and wedding.
  
  In terms of the quality of her work - it was both executed wonderfully! I have VERY straight hair and she placed enough hair spray/ bobby pins to where my curls didn't fall throughout both events.
  
  I was so happy with the work she did that I referred her to both of my cousins (who fell equally in love with her work at their wedding) as well as a newly engaged coworker of mine.
  
  I plan on using Stacy's services for years to come - she also does hair and makeup for special events :0) I can't say more positive things about my experience with Stacy. Future brides to come - please do consider her when looking for hair and make-up vendors; you truly won't regret it!

And, she had her notes of the colors we chose and how the hair was to be and what can I say … I looked even more beautiful than ever (if I do say so myself). I do not like how I look in photos but I felt so beautiful that day that I was more than happy to pose in tons of photographs.

And, she had her notes of the colors we chose and how the hair was to be and what can I say … I looked even more beautiful than ever (if I do say so myself). I do not like how I look in photos but I felt so beautiful that day that I was more than happy to pose in tons of photographs.

  Stacey showed up before 5am to do my hair for my sunrise elopement. She totally rocked it! Light conditions sucked, there wasn't much room, and she hadn't had a chance to meet me in person or do a trial beforehand because I was coming from another city - but based on a phone conversation, a pinterest board, and some iphone snaps of me in my dress, Stacey was able to discern exactly what hairstyle would look great on me for my wedding. I got so many compliments on it and it held well for the 3 hours we had the photographer booked (then I took it out and had a nap!).
