  10/10 Recommend Iconic Occasions

  I cannot express how easy my wedding planning experience was thanks to Paula with Iconic Occasions. She was prepared, professional, stayed in communication no matter what day or time, and was on top of everything. I highly recommend using this company especially if you do not have anyone helping! She communicated with all vendors a month out, had everything prepared and organized, and went over the top on anything I could need the day of my wedding! Paula, thank you so much! You could not have made my day more special!

  Paula and her team are the best! I hired Iconic for the 3-month wedding coordinating and had a great experience. She was availble all the time and answered any questions I had very quickly. Her knowledge about the industry and recommendations were amazing and well received. They made the day of so smooth and relaxing. They were very attentive to our wants and needs, I felt extremely confident the entire process. The package I picked couldn’t have been any better from the bridal bag, to the welcome gift and even congratulatory bouquet after the event was just so sweet! Me, my husband, and family were very happy with their services! Highly recommend Iconic Occasions!!

  Great experience!

  Hiring Paula to help with my wedding was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process! She and her staff helped the day run smoothly and were there to attend to any needs or questions I had. Her husband, Brandon, stepped in last minute to serve as our DJ and he amazing job as well. Highly recommend both of them for your event!

  Amazing wedding

  Paula and her team are above and beyond the best you can have! Not only was she so helpful and so calming but she was such a joy to work with. Paula is so easy to get in contact with and so responsive and made everything so easy. The day of I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She brought the lovely Monica and Tiffany with her who were incredible! Monica never left my side and helped me get through every moment of the day. Paula made sure every moment of my wedding was perfect and went off without a hitch! I could not recommend her and her team enough!

  Don’t even think about choosing someone else.

  When I tell u she’s got everything under control, I mean it. Paula and her team did soooooo much to help with my wedding. And on the wedding day, she was there and on point with getting me anything I needed. She is seriously such an amazing coordinator and I wouldn’t even think about getting anyone else! She made everything run so smoothly and took all the stress away on my big day.

  Easily one of the best decisions we’ve ever made

  My husband and I chose Iconic occasions’ day of coordination service and I can't emphasize enough how essential their role was in making our day run seamlessly.
  We spent months looking for the right coordinator until we came across Iconic occasions. From the moment I first spoke with Paula I knew she was the one I can hand off our wedding coordination to. She was ALWAYS quick to respond, very friendly, professional, and had amazing attention to detail-which I was looking for.
  Paula ensured that all the vendors were on the same page and executed our vision flawlessly. Even the tiniest of details were not overlooked.
  What stood out the most was their ability to manage the day's timeline effortlessly. With Iconic Occasions in charge, we didn't have to worry about a thing, allowing us to savor every moment of our special day. Their calm and composed demeanor was a calming influence, especially during stressful moments leading up to the day and even on the day of our wedding.
  Communication leading up to the wedding and on the day itself was impeccable. They were responsive and accommodating, making adjustments when needed (even made last min changes which we appreciated so much) and providing invaluable advice to make our day extra special and amazing!
  The day of our wedding, Paula and Brandon ensured everything went as amazing and smooth as possible. They provided caddies inside the restrooms, filled with everything our guests would need. They even provided small napkin packets on each chair for the ceremony. Additionally, they provided two bags for emergency needs for the bride AND the groom with things you dont even think you need until you actually need it. This made our day run even more smoother— oh the feeling of not having to worry about an emergency bag for the day of your wedding because you know your coordinator literally has anything you would ever need in case of an emergency…. Just amazing.
  All of our guests LOVED the event that they still talk about it even two weeks after the event, and It was all thanks to Paula and Brandon at Iconic occasions.
  Iconic Occasions truly made our wedding day memorable for all the right reasons. If you're seeking a day-of coordinator or a wedding planner who can transform your wedding dreams into a reality, I wholeheartedly recommend their services. She sent us so many special gifts during and after the process, nailed down every single detail, and handled everything thrown her way…I never worried about a thing before or the day of. If there is anything you are stressed about, she will handle it. If there is anything you are unsure of, she will talk it out with you and help you make a decision. She provides her expert opinion/guidance and molds it to fit your vision to make your dream wedding come true. She is extremely hardworking and dedicated and makes the wedding planning process as smooth as it can be. With Paula as your planner, you don’t need to worry about a thing because she is on it, even things you don’t think about, and she will help you to have the most beautiful day of your life.
