  Canaletto hosted our wedding meal and it was incredible. The staff made it easy and simple to organise and not only is the private dining beautiful but the food was amazing! Every course including the bread on the table was delicious! All our guests loved their meals. The waiters where friendly and very professional and made sure all our guest where looked after. I cannot fault this venue! Thank you so much!

  Had our daughter's reception dinner here and it was lovely. Approx. 35 guests in the Murano room, which was a perfect, intimate size. Natasha Witt was awesome in helping me coordinate the event long distance and accommodated all of our requests without issue. Menu choices are very good and reasonable, as is the unlimited wine/beer packages. Tables were arranged very nicely and we opted to have a cake delivered, which they set up beautifully. Fortunately, Natasha came in after I haphazardly set favors on the tables earlier in the day and arranged them for me. I was even able to ship a small box of favors and other decor to her prior to arrival, so I didn't have to try to fly with them. Wonderful service, romantic, elegant atmosphere, and great food at a fair price.

  Kelly and Natasha were absolutely brilliant they answered all my questions from the day i booked and had everything all perfect for us when we arrived, i decided to bring all my own table linen and table decor and they had it all set up to my instructions ( bit of a control freak) so to keep me pleased and being a perfectionist they must of done a great job, nothing was too much trouble for them. On arrival all our drinks were ready we were seated and the meal was to die for, our waiter was lovely who explained all our menu to us, we didn’t want the night to end.
  We made the right choice in picking Canaletto they didn’t disappoint from their help, the food, the drink just everything was amazing and we cant thank you enough for making our 10th wedding anniversary vow renewal so special. Thankyou and we would highly recommend to others.

  I held my wedding reception in the Il Moro room here on Saturday June 27, 2015. We were 28 people total and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service was spot on, I never waited for a drink and everyone's food came at the same time, hot and cooked perfectly. I ordered the steak off of the prix fix menu we chose and it was juicy, delicious, cooked to order and surprisingly large! The portion sizes are very generous at Canaletto. Several of my guests said that the rigatoni in vodka sauce we had as an appetizer was the best they ever had. The bread served was hot and fresh, so good everyone also raved about it! We ordered several trays of appetizers which were brought out hot and set up on a serving table for our guests, all were delicious. You can't beat the view overlooking St. Mark's square in the Venetian and our room even had private balconies to step out onto and hang out on. Booking this venue was very easy and done all over the phone and through e-mail. The restaurant even provided us with a large Bluetooth speaker to utilize because their music system was not working correctly, we played Sinatra and Dean Martin in the background and it was perfect. Our room was situated off of the main upstairs bar so our guests could also go out and order a drink and hang out there as well. There were also restrooms on the upper level near our private room which is a plus as many restaurants in Vegas force you to use the public restrooms in the casino/hotel. Everything was wonderful, I couldn't have asked for any better. Highly recommend Canaletto to anyone looking to book a large party or just for lunch or dinner!

  I booked my wedding reception at Canaletto- and it was everything we could have hoped for. We had a private room for our 41 guests, I believe it was the Rialto room. It had windows on both sides overlooking the Canal below.
  I booked the room a few months in advance and Natasha Witt was so helpful with everything. She was always quick to email me back and answered every question I had. We had a vegetarian guest coming and Natasha was able to add a vegetarian option to our set menu, which was amazing. I dropped things off to her the day before the wedding (favours and guest sign in stuff) and she made sure that everything was placed properly on the tables. Natasha was so helpful, it was great knowing that I had someone helping me since I was planning my entire wedding by email!
  On the day of we also had an excellent head waiter- he always asked me if I thought the guests were ready for the next course before starting it and he was quick with the wine refills. There were also other waiters that came in to serve the food, so everyone was served each course at the same time which was nice.
  Now on to the food...it was so delicious. I had so many guests rave about their meals. We opted for the first set menu option, which gave everyone bread, salad, a choice of 4 entrees, and dessert. The entrees were a chicken, bacon, mushroom pasta, and then either steak, salmon, or roasted chicken, served with vegetables and potatoes. The menu does a much better job of explaining the food! Then we also had a vegetarian pasta added which was pear and cheese stuffed ravioli in a cream sauce with asparagus and walnuts. That is what I had and it was so good, one of the best pastas I have ever tried. We also had some appetizers before hand which were all excellent, and unlimited beer and house wine for everyone. They were very quick to refill glasses and bring more beer, which was nice.

  We had my wedding reception at Canaletto, and it was absolutely beautiful. I worked with Kelly and she was absolutely amazing, she made everything so easy, she responded so promptly to my emails, and the room we had for 30 guests was gorgeous. Every guest raved about the food, which was delicious. The ambiance was truly exquisite and the waitstaff went above and beyond to make it a fantastic day. I am so happy I chose this restaurant for so many reasons and I would definitely recommend a wedding reception there, as there rooms are gorgeous with amazing views!

  Our St. Mark’s Square wedding at The Venetian was made all the easier by having our reception at Canaletto – its right there! So easy to direct our guests to the space. Kelly Mendez and the rest of the staff were so helpful – they let us reserve the Rialto room for the entire day so we could show up bright and early to set up our centerpieces. They let us adjust the menu to accommodate not having a cake, and the staff was just so friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, the upper-level event rooms are beautiful and right there over the square for an amazing view – the food was delicious, the desserts were divine – can’t sing their praises enough – such a great experience!

  The Canaletto hosted our wedding reception dinner. The food was great, wait staff was good, scenery (the rialto room) very nice, and generally the day was very good. However, the coordinator, Natasha, was not very professional, and often VERY hard to get a hold of. I would sometimes end up sending 2-3 emails over 2 weeks without response, and she was impossible to reach via phone even when she would arrange phone meetings. When we met with her before the event she actually criticized other customer's complaints regarding the sound system, which was again, unprofessional. If you book your reception here you will need to be very hands on. She had the flowers picked up immediately after the dinner, so they were walking through our guests, and items we agreed to be laid out were not at all where they were supposed to be. She even left the cake topper in the wrapper and just left it on the counter near the dessert... The cost was SO reasonable though, and the food/drinks great! The value was worth the hiccups, we still loved our day and enjoyed ourselves!
