When we first met, we knew we wanted her to plan our special day. She met my expectations in every way possible and put my mind at peace. With each request we asked, from the centerpieces to the music selection, she was there for us every step of the way. -

At the beginning of booking her it seemed like a good fit with what we needed for the cost. We come down to the rehearsal and she is an hour late. I had ended up starting the rehearsal 15 minutes in to get the ball rolling and was about done when the manager from the venue showed up asking if the DOC was attending. She ended up showing up and restarted the whole rehearsal, almost running us into our lunch reservation.
She was extremely helpful in getting day of/event insurance so our dog could attend our wedding as well.
The day of the wedding her shoes broke and she had to go home to get another pair, stating she should be back before the ceremony begins. Concerned with the amount of traffic currently on the road (mother of the bride was getting messages that people were all delayed), we informed the photographer to hopefully be able to help out with the ceremony processional at minimum. Small details that were outlined in the binder provided were missed, and had to be sorted out with the bridesmaid and maid of honor to make sure everything was out that needed to be out. Even with a binder some of the questions about the decor or things that got missed seemed to be a head-scratcher.
I had also kept my table seating chart mirror wrapped in my office blanket to reduce the chances of scratches and that ended up in her car at the end of the night and I did not get it back until I inquired about its whereabouts a week after searching my car, the parents car, and reaching out to the bridesmaids if they happened to know.
We also ordered a -personal wedding cake- for only us, the bride and groom, to have and share and had dessert trays provided for the rest of the guests. Our cake ended up getting cut up and served to guests, so we don't have our wedding cake for our anniversary. The leftover desserts also happened to mysteriously go missing, and there were 2 full trays left. The rest of the leftover food from the main course did make it into the in-laws car though. -

My fiancé and I booked Iliany's services hoping she would help us be our partial wedding coordinator. We paid down 50% deposit and barely got any services/help with planning. We requested regular updates (once a week or twice per month) to make sure we were getting some planning done, but barely heard from her. As our wedding date was approaching closer and closer, we decided to part ways since we were not hearing back from her and we were doing more research/bookings ourselves. Long story short, she offered to give us a partial refund with the down payment since after 3-4 months, she did not help us much and understood why we were leaving. We never hear back from her and unsurprisingly never got any partial refund.
Please DO NOT WASTE your time or money with this planner. You may be better off by yourself!
