  Brilliant Lighting Design!

  We hired ILIOS to do lighting for our wedding at the Driskill. They lit the draping in our ceremony room, and did all the lighting for our reception as well. Both the rooms had a wonderful, warm and dramatic glow which is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend ILIOS if you want to take your wedding up a notch and make it feel really special!

  Gorgeous Uplighting

  Ilios lighting design is the best in the industry here in Austin! They are extremely professional and create gorgeous lighting designs for any event in any space. The ambience and the beauty that the uplighting created for our wedding at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center was incredible. We are so glad that we chose this company to provide the uplighting for our wedding. It really made a difference. We highly recommend them and we know you won’t be disappointed.

  It was LIT

  Working with Adam at ILIOS was a lot of fun, especially as theatrical people. The lighting for the wedding day was beautiful, and Adam was super excited to create beautiful and unique lighting for the crazy visions we had. It really brightened up our lives!

  Adam and the Ilios team were fantastic! They provided lighting for our ceremony (which was outdoors on the front steps of our venue) and for our reception space and we were so stunned by how they totally elevated the look and feel of our wedding. The staff was quick and efficient on the day-of, and, most of all, very flexible with all of our moving around as we took photos in the space before the ceremony. We would use Ilios again for any other major life event in a heartbeat!

  Ilios is absolutely first rate! The lighting at my daughter's wedding was magical. The LBJ Wildflower Center has never looked so good! They are very good at listening to your vision and fulfilling it. I cannot recommend highly enough.

  We had ILIOS bring in 4 circular antiqued iron chandeliers for our roof deck wedding at Brazos Hall on 1/30. It was the kind of impulse purchase that as it gets closer to the wedding you start to wonder if you really needed those chandeliers and then you get to your wedding and you look up and think YES this TIES IT ALL TOGETHER.   If you want to add a wow factor to your wedding, add lighting. Ilios hung a light over every table we had and a few others. This really set the mood for the room. They did a great job!

  Illios provided 3 chandeliers for my wedding and they were very pretty! They added a very special touch and there were no problems with the installation at all! They were fast, dependable, prompt and called me the day before my wedding to instruct me on how to dim the chandeliers during the dinner or dance party afterwards. I am very happy with their work!

  A must for me was to give Star Hill Ranch an amplified glow. The place already just lights up at night, but I wanted everyone to feel surrounded by love and soft light. ILIOS was able to capture this perfectly, setting the lighting in each location with that warm, soft winter glow. We used uplighting, pin spots on all the table arrangements and back lighting to illuminate the stained glass windows throughout Star Hill. Our customized GOBO on the dance floor was perfect and further incorporated our wedding monogram into the event. All in all, ILIOS was phenomenal to work with and achieved my vision!

  I worked with Stone at Ilios Lighting for the overall look for my wedding reception in December. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining what I needed to create my "vision". I chose to have blue lighting for my reception, and amber/white lighting for my ceremony, and Stone did a phenomenal job. Every alcove, every corner, nook, and cranny was professionally lit, and it was AMAZING! He even transformed my dancefloor from a romantic first-dance stage to a nightclub for dancing the night away, as well as projected a GoBo on the dancefloor, and pinspotted each and every centerpiece!   Ilios provided great service - after the initial venue walk-through they understood my vision and I really didn't have to worry about anything after that. Lighting really makes an event, and they did a lovely job with both perimeter lighting, a personalized gobo for the dancefloor, chandeliers for the tents, and working with our DJ who had a light show of his own. Great job!

  I'm sure there is no need for this review as when I was searching for a lighting & decor company, Ilios was the MOST highly recommended vendor for this service in Austin, Tx. However, I will because they are just an awesome team. They don't need details from you because they got it...Don't worry when you're in their hands. Just sit back relax and revel in your great choice. The lighting was PERFECT just as I expected and the monogram was gorgeous.   Wonderful and worth EVERY penny! Our wedding venue needed some spice when the sun set and these guys provided wonderful service. It was a little nerve racking for me to pick out lighting without seeing it, but I described my vision and they nailed it!

They were easy to work with, flexible and offered great ideas. In the end - the lighting made the difference on how beautiful the day was. Everyone commented on the colors. And the photos were awesome with all the extra mood lighing at the venue. I definately recommend Ilios - you will love what they can do for you...even if you didn't know you needed it!

  I was on the fence about lighting at first. My wife liked the idea of the added drama that it can bring but I didn't want colors or patterns or anything over the top. We wanted a subdued effect that just made everything glow. Bryan came up with a great lighting design, and executed it flawlessly.

  After researching various lighting companies in Austin, I decided to spring for Ilios. They had a lot of glowing reviews online and for good reason. They were very easy to work with, professional from the start and extremely talented at what they do. Upon inquiring with them, Adam met with me in person at my venue to go over the set up and design of the lighting. The only thing I really wanted was soft uplighting along the walls, but he suggested putting pin spot lighting for each of the tables. I said sure and didn’t think much of it at the time, but when I saw it all set up on my wedding day, the lighting effect was so beautiful inside. It really transformed the room and went with our theme and venue perfectly (soft, romantic, elegant). Ilios was also incredibly flexible; when I got my first quote from them, I asked if there was any way we could cut down costs as I wasn’t expecting to spend that much on lighting. They were so nice and found a way to cut down my expenses a little bit, which made me feel a lot better going forward with them. The week of my wedding, the weather forecast was looking quite grim with a strong chance of rain (meaning possibly moving the ceremony from outdoors to indoors). The inside was definitely not as pretty as the outside courtyard, so I emailed Adam a few days before my wedding to see if we could add some last minute lighting inside to make it look nicer just in case. He responded right away and worked up something for us. It did end up raining on our wedding day, and at first, I was so worried that not getting married outside in the courtyard was going to take away from the beauty I had envisioned for our wedding. Yet, we were still able to have a really beautiful wedding inside with all the lighting Ilios had set up for us.   After researching various lighting companies in Austin, I decided to spring for Ilios. They had a lot of glowing reviews online and for good reason. They were very easy to work with, professional from the start and extremely talented at what they do. Upon inquiring with them, Adam met with me in person at my venue to go over the set up and design of the lighting. The only thing I really wanted was soft uplighting along the walls, but he suggested putting pin spot lighting for each of the tables. I said sure and didn’t think much of it at the time, but when I saw it all set up on my wedding day, the lighting effect was so beautiful inside. It really transformed the room and went with our theme and venue perfectly (soft, romantic, elegant). Ilios was also incredibly flexible; when I got my first quote from them, I asked if there was any way we could cut down costs as I wasn’t expecting to spend that much on lighting. They were so nice and found a way to cut down my expenses a little bit, which made me feel a lot better going forward with them. The week of my wedding, the weather forecast was looking quite grim with a strong chance of rain (meaning possibly moving the ceremony from outdoors to indoors).   Lighting just finishes off the look of your reception. They did a great job and it made my venue look so pretty. They also did a monogram on the floor that looked really cool. I would definitely suggest considering them for your reception
