  Great company and owners!

  Sofia was always so great every time I went into Imperial Jewelry. We picked out my engagement ring there and she took the time to let me try on any band I wanted and she was so patient. She then cleaned my ring whenever I wanted and helped me pick out my wedding band as well. She is so sweet, helpful and patient and we got a great value on a beautiful ring compared to big name jewelry stores.

  Elise & Terry, you are by FAR the most patient and understanding jewelers I have ever met. From the hunt for my engagement ring to our wedding bands, you both listened to what we were looking for and delivered beyond belief. Look NO further that Imperial Jewelry Co in Chicago for your jewelry needs. Anything you can dream of can become your reality. They designed the most custom and beautiful ring imaginable and I knew I would be back for them to do our wedding bands (not to mention they have the BEST quality and prices around town). When it came time to design my wedding band, she and terry took the design of my E-ring and made an infinity band to match, it is unbelievable. We have suggested IJ to ANYONE who asks, my mother even recently had her stone reset with them and her friends are constantly asking where she had it done as the work is exquisite. (my parents even bought the diamond tennis bracelet they gifted to me for our wedding from IJ, it is beautiful)

  My fiancé proposed with a loose family diamond knowing that I would have opinions regarding the setting. After looking at several jewelry stores, there were no standard setting designs that were what I was looking for (I wanted a wide band and a setting other than prongs). When we stopped by Imperial Jewelry with a few photos I had found online of two rings I liked, wanting to combine the designs, they said it wouldn't be a problem and quoted us nearly half of what other jewelers had for a custom design. I emailed them the photos and within a few hours I had received a mock-up of the design for my ring exactly as I had imagined it.... Read more

  I went up and down jewelers row in Chicago, looking for a company to make my vision a reality. We already had a center stone and I had a very specific idea in mind that was a combination of features from several rings. Almost every where I went, I was being charged a premium for the "custom" design I wanted. I can completely appreciate the extra work that goes in to different ring designs, but what I was asking for was not drastically different than several examples I had seen in stores. I can completely appreciate the extra work that goes in to different ring designs, but what I was asking for was not drastically different than several examples I had seen in stores. Elise at Imperial was the only jeweler I met who agreed - after looking at several existing rings, we settled on the one whose mold most closely resembled what I wanted. She discussed what changes I wanted with the designer (who sits right there!) and they quoted me a price that was half of what everyone else was asking. The ring turned out beautifully, was the exact price quoted and was completed on time. As a side note--even though I knew exactly what I wanted, Elise's designs were much more unique than those I saw elsewhere. She definitely has some styles you won't see in other stores on the strip. I can't wait to go back and pick out our wedding bands.
