  My family and I for one have utilized Imperial party and they have dependably conveyed quality company, extraordinary things and simple pick-up and drop-off.
  
  They have an eminent arrangement of things and with a value examination of other gathering rentals, Imperial will spare you a little more than different stations.

  I just want to share my experience of using the service of Imperial party rentals and I found it really nice. I have recently used their service wedding and they are just awesome. The rates are normal whereas the quality of service is very nice. I recommend it to everyone. Cheers

  Imperial was the best choice I could have made for my wedding. They were so helpful from every little detail, to the much bigger details that were simply too much for me to handle. They were all genuinely concerned with keeping me happy and making sure that I knew that they would take care of it all. II was speechless when I saw the final set-up. I am still shocked at what a great deal I got as well. Let imperial handle the stressful stuff, my job was to be the bride, and they made that happen!

  Imperial Party is a great business with awesome quality and prices. I remember when I went to the office with my husband to see what they offered. I was so nervous and didn't know where to start. I spent like 3 hours with Grethel looking through everything. She gave me some great ideas that i used, and I have to admit... It was truly breathtaking when I saw almost everything ready the day before. It was a weight off my shoulders, since I didn't have time to be after the details in the place. My wedding looked amazing and my family asked where I rented everything. I even sent some new customers over there and gave me a discount for my next event. Overall, I loveeeeed it!!! I highly recommend!!!

  Imperial party rentals is a local owned and ran business with a large corporate company style. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped me plan my wedding and made it a huge success. We used a structure tent with chiavari chairs in gold and it was in really god shape.Ask for gerardo

  Looking for Party Rentals? This is absolutely the business you need to get in contact with. I needed tables and chairs for a last minute event and I'm extremely happy I rented from this business. Tables and chairs were in great condition and Ismael was so flexible with delivery and pick up time. Will definitely reach out to this business for all future rental needs.

  Imperial Rentals made my wedding incredibly stress-free. I shopped around prior to choosing them, and I selected them because they seemed on top of the ball. The last thing I wanted was to have to keep checking on them to see they were on schedule. I picked the right company. They went above and beyond, and really helped give me a peace of mind about the whole thing. Recommended!

  Out of all of the vendors I hired on my wedding day, I had the most issues with Imperial. This is not to say that those issues weren't solved - cause they were. They have great rental choices, but the staff is a mess. I was planning a FL wedding from NY and had flown into FL specifically to view linens. I thought all was going well, I selected which linens I wanted and continued meeting with other wedding venues. The person I worked with at Imperial assured me that she'd reach out to my coordinator. When I followed-up with my coordinator, Imperial had not reached out. Even better (or worse), there was no record of the linens I had chosen! What a waste of my time! Eventually we sorted it all out. However, another issue presented itself days before my wedding. They did not have have linens I selected and voluntarily upgraded me...however, the upgraded linens were silky which wasn't exactly the look I was going for. I was determined not to let this ruin my mood so I went with the punches. All in all, if you're looking for a cheap rental service, go with Imperial. If you're looking for amazing customer service - look elsewhere.

  Absolutely the worst vendor we used for our wedding. Complete and total unprofessionalism from them, especially Katy Morales. We had some items that were not delivered for the day of our wedding, and did not notice they were not there until when the reception started. After we returned from our Honeymoon Katy stated that they would not be able to refund us for the undelivered items b/c we waited too long. Even though the contract does not state a time frame in which you have to respond to undelivered items. When asked about this Katy stated "it was a new rule and even though it wasn't in place when we signed our contract, she has to follow it". Also, all of the gold chairs they delivered had been freshly painted, causing all of the paint to come off on all of our guest clothes. This was a black tie event, so imagine all of the gowns and tuxedos that were ruined b/c of the gold paint. Guest were furious and we were utterly embarrassed. I have video of the paint and guest trying to remove it from their clothes. Imperial Party Rentals and Katy refused to do anything about either issue, and went back and forth with me for a month telling me she would speak to her boss and get back to be. Only for me to never hear from her until I reached out, and she refused to do anything to even attempt to make the situation right. I would NEVER use Imperial Party Rentals for anything ever again. Poor quality product, and even worse customer service.

  I totally agree with the last review I wish I would've seen that review before I used this company for my sons 3rd birthday what a terrible experience the owner is rude and I believe the previous review because I my self experienced his screaming at me, not allowing you to speak, and hanging up on you like a child. I'm Cuban and I must say the owner represents Cuban in a nasty way I'm embarrassed as a Cuban someone from my land behaves so nasty with their customers. The owner is Geraldo. I had to cancel 2 bounces for my sons birthday because the weather was really bad and imperial did not have anymore tents to put over my bounce house so I could still have them for my party . When I requested my money back Grethel the girl that answers the phone that doesn't know what she's talking about ever and is also rude and nasty to customers she said no you will only get a store credit so I then asked to speak with a manager or the owner (this is all happening the 2 days before the party) she gets my number and I never hear back from anyone that day the following day I call back again request to speak the someone other than her and she states the owner said no refund only store credit ad that he would call me waited all day and nothing never heard from Geraldo! Sat day of the party delivery arrives and they want me to sign 2 credit card slips for over $350 I refuse to sign and the delivery guy callGeraldo finally I get to speak to him when I said I would only sign one slip because I had to cancel the bouncesdue to the weather and them not have a tent to cover the 2 bounces houses he said he was going to take all the chairs I rented the tables and cancel the clown if I didn't sign and leave me with nothing and I would be screwed 2 hours before the party he then hung up on me. I had the delivery guy call him again I spoke to him once again he started shouting at me threatening to ruin my 3 year old birthday party if I didn't sign the slip my mom then after spoke to him and would not let her speak and explained $200 credit is a lot of money to be held for a party rental place he said well if you want the money back you can't have it and you will have to use my services again to use the $200 credit you will have

  stay away from this company, i spent over $1000 for them to decorate my party and on a bounce house ponys and a clown, my decorator was and hour late after my party started, i couldnt put up my own decorations because of it that i spent an extra $600 on and the ponys werent allowed in the park! when i asked for compensation the next day for them being super late, ruining my sons bday and inconveniencing my guests and the kids that were there and had to watch my party get decorated instead of have a good time, the owner was rude with me, argued that his company doesnt have to compensate me for nothing and proceeded to threaten my life and say he was going to kill me slice my sons throat and murder my whole family. and the bounce house was extremely old and dirty, the decorations were done half assed and the table cloths didnt even fit the tables, the clown was rude to my grandmother, my own son, and a few of my guests, and i regret the day i ever even dialed this places number! dont make the same mistake i did!!! ! THIS PLACE SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO SERVE PEOPLE!! ITS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER ENURED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!
