Melanie Sent on 06/26/2013I found my dream dress at Impressions Bridal but it was a little pricey so I purchased one from another vendor. I ended up hating it and came back to Impressions Bridal a month or two before my wedding. They were happy to help me and I got my dream dress really quickly! The alterations lady did a really good job as well. All the employees provided excellent customer service. Although it was a little pricey, the experience was great as well as my beautiful wedding dress. -

Annie Sent on 01/25/2013Great dress shop with super friendly employees. I went the first time with my bridesmaids and again later with my parents. They let me try on as many dresses as I wanted with a great selection for my budget. The dress also came in 3 months earlier than expected! -
User1562167 Sent on 03/19/2014I found a beautiful dress, my bridal consultant was wonderful, they accommodated my appointment and appointment changes without hesitation, and the alterations were amazing.. but costly. Fortunately I had the budget to overlook it, but most people would not. Admittedly, I did have to order extra lace and chose to add sleeves to the dress and it had to have a foot cut off the bottom, but it ended up being about 1/2 the price of the dress to alter it.
Just go into it knowing that you may have to allow time to find another seamstress if your budget doesn't allow for costly alterations. The end result was beautiful and the hem.. well it had to be magic because it was amazing! -
User1152765 Sent on 05/05/2013I absolutely LOVED working with this bridal salon! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I let my bridesmaids pick their own dresses and 2/4 went with Impressions also.
My only negative comment is about the availability of their seamstress. I don't know if this is normal or not, but she was only available 2 days out of the week, and at one point her schedule changed so then I really wasn't sure of when she was available and neither were the staff I asked. I'm a student in College Station, and it was a little inconvenient for me to only have the option of 2 days out of the week. But this wasn't really an earth-shattering issue. -

I loved my dress but when I put it on shortly before my ceremony I discovered that a very important piece of my dress was missing...I was very upset and contacted the store and I am STILL waiting on a call back from the manager. This made my day very stressful. I was not a happy bride. -

User1978229 Sent on 12/19/2014Great selection of dresses. Took an extremely long time to get dress. Didn't even get it on the date they said it would be in. Then they won't tell you over the phone if it's in unless you specifically talk to the consultant that worked with you--like it's some state secret that the dress you PAID for is in the building or not. Overall loved the dresses just not impressed with the service.

Ashley Sent on 05/20/2015DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT buy your dress here or you won't have a dress for your wedding. We are now 10 days out from my wedding, I have missed my bridal portraits date already due to being told my dress would arrive mid April so I scheduled around that. I spoke with Craig (the manager there) who could care less and is rude as hell. I feel i should be compensated for the stress and the fact i did not get to have a bridal portrait session. I only asked to not have to pay for the alterations being 177.xx and thats not even half of what the bridal portraits cost which are non refundable i paid the dress and I gave them them contract as they requested! I have spoken with them at least once a week in April to track it but no one knows anything about tracking there, finally I spoke with Craig the first week of May whom he informed me he went to corporate to discuss the dresses that were late(mine being one of them) and that it was supposed to arrive Thursday May 7th,but I was told I could not come in til May 11th, after being offered an appointment on the Saturday before. Craig's excuses this whole time was he had been hiring and firing people and had bad training that's why i've been lied to over and over again. First lie was dress to arrive mid april around the 15th, Second lie last week of April was dress was to arrive May 1st, third lie May 1st was dress was to arrive May 5th. NOW after going back and forth im being told I was never talked to Craig, he never informed me he went to corporate I was never told all the dates above and that I am a complete liar and that someone called me April 10th to tell me my dress would be here May 8th (never happened), I offered up my phone bills since its not on there and he doesn't have a clue who called me just said "someone did" and it was in the notes in the computer. I asked for the notes and the contract both were refused to me. This whole experience with them has been a complete nightmare. DO NOT GO HERE-- -Ashley
