Jim was incredible to work with! He was responsive, had great package options laid out, and made everything easy for our wedding day. We had him film our first look and ceremony. He made us both feel so comfortable that we hardly even noticed him filming! Highly recommend booking him for your special event. -

We knew that our day would be so busy that it would be tough to see and remember everything that happened. Having them record every moment was a big decision and we're so glad we chose them. Getting to see the video they put together got us to relive our wedding like we were there again. We would definitely hire Jim and his team again and highly recommend them for any of your events. I actually have 2 other cousins using them for their weddings. We are so happy for all they have done for us. Thanks Jim! =) -
User1839621 Sent on 10/01/2014Jim (owner - jim@lightsourcefilms.com ) and Chase were our videographers for the day. I’ve actually met Jim before, he was my sister’s videographer so we go way back. My sister’s wedding video was AMAZING, I think it’s Jim’s best work. After seeing her video, I immediately emailed Jim and told him I’d book him when it was my time to get married and of course I did. Even though I haven’t seen my highlight video yet, I know without a doubt it will be amazing! Jim’s packages are reasonably priced and best yet, it’s unlimited hours so he stays ALL night, he was the last person to leave Bali Hai that night! Jim is a very kind, creative, easy going guy. He gives clear directions and guides you through every shot. Most of the time, you don’t even notice that he’s there and Chase, who I call the silent videographer because he’s just around filming everything and you don’t even notice him. It’s nice not the see someone filming you directly in your face :-) I would recommend Light Source to anyone looking for a great videographer. You can’t find a better videographer! -

Erica Sent on 11/18/2013They are amazing! I also used them for photography as well. They are very affordable and professional. I cannot say enough about them. A few days before the wedding I asked if we could increase the number of hours and they gladly accommodated me. We were able to get a lot of great shots. They visited all of the locations I was going to be at that day. I was worried about how the lighting was going to be since our wedding was at night, but they came equipped with great cameras and lights. -

Chau Sent on 10/12/2013Lightsource Films (LF)/Jim is the only name you need to know! My wife and I planned a destination wedding so we did not meet Jim before our wedding day. We had to rely solely on his work we found on the website and dozens of positive reviews. My wife knew she wanted to book LF based on our research and Jim had been very communicative and responsive from the start. During our day-of shoot, Jim was very professional and invisible (the video shows how natural everything came out). Jim and our photographer were constantly communicating as to not get in each others way. With Jim, the smiles and laughs came easy (especially for you guys out there), captured every memorable moment, and worked with lightning efficiency. The turnaround for the video highlights were best in the industry and we continue to get rave reviews on our video. LF/Jim is the way to go! -

It was a pleasure working with them and they are very professional. They are very nice and really care about their job. The wedding highlight came out BEAUTIFUL! All our parents and friends loved it! They captured all the wonderful moments in the wedding! They made sure everything went smoothly in the wedding and helped us out a lot! We will 100% recommend them to anyone! They are WONDERFUL! Thank you so much! FYI, Rowena is very good at taking pictures too, don't forget to ask her for that!

User948065 Sent on 09/26/2012Going with Light Source Films was the best decision I made for my wedding. They were creative, punctual, prepared, patient, coordinated and they honestly cared about us as a couple. We met with JIm and Rowena about a month before our wedding and they immediately started working on our Love Story video that we played at our wedding reception. We received numerous positive feedback on the video the next day. Jim and Rowena was with us every step of the way since we met them and were always ready to capture the right moment for us. Whenever we watch our Love Story, Wedding Day and Credits videos, the emotions do rush in and we are glad that we have those moments on video so we can show our children someday that their parents were cool once. :) Light Source Films went above and beyond for our wedding and we truly appreciate their work. I would definitely recommend them! -

Our one year anniversary is today. And we have not received our video. I do NOT recommend this vendor and I urge everyone to please do research before hiring. We are an out-of-state couple who got married in Las Vegas and saw all the positive reviews as well as the videos shown on their page. They showed up and did their job, which we are very thankful for. They unfortunately have not gotten back to us about our video. I have asked for updates over and over again and I have been left on read. It is extremely saddening that I will probably never receive our wedding video. I myself am a photographer and I always communicate with my clients when it comes to delivering photos. I am very patient and would’ve been OK if this videographer would’ve told me that it would’ve taken a year right off the back, but he did not. He gave me several dates over and over again and asking for more time and as those dates came around, there were no never a video delivered. This has been such a bad experience and makes me so emotional because I only want to see the memories made on our wedding day that we will never probably never get to see. At this point we either one our video or the money back.
