Ricky & The Team = Fantastic Wedding Experience
Ricky and the Indian Ridge staff gave my wife and I a truly flawless and easy wedding experience. We first set up a tour and Ricky was very welcoming from the get-go. He drove us around the space and told what we could do at the different locations. We fell in love with the space and Ricky really helped lead the negotiations - pricing was very flexible and it never felt like Ricky was trying to push anything on us or overcharge us. We were open and direct with our plans for the weekend, and he adjusted the price according to what we wanted (on top of the discount he gave us as this was right after everything started opening back up after the pandemic). There were options between renting the space for a single day vs. the weekend package. We opted for the weekend package and the space was available to use starting at ~1pm on Friday till lunchtime on Sunday.
While it wasn’t available to us at the time, Ricky had talked about want to make Indian Ridge an all-inclusive package (the space, catering, bar package, wedding planning , etc.) They obviously know the space best so they're the ones best equipped to advise so things like weather contingencies (tent, moving inside, etc.) are already in place. I believe they are closer to their goal now and have been gradually renovating the space.
We were first set up with Amber, their wedding planner. There are different rates available depending on what services you need. We opted for the month-out services where Amber took the lead on the schedule, seating arrangement, and helped us ensure we covered all of our bases so that nothing fell through the cracks. Indoor/outdoor options were discussed and they had a list of preferred vendors ready. She went above and beyond for us and we’re so thankful.
The accommodations were big enough to host the entire wedding party. The groom’s side stayed in the lodge and while the bride’s side stayed at the Airbnb. The lodge was rustic, very spacious and open, and had a full bar, jacuzzi, TV, pool table, kitchen, multiple beds (but a few were just spaced out by a few yards with thick privacy curtains), etc. Wedding suite (wait there, sleep on wedding night away from everyone). The Airbnb was nice and quaint – a well-maintained house with a deck and multiple rooms. All the rules were straightforward with nothing being over the top. Most of the rules were just meant to preserve the buildings and avoid damages. We had a separate honeymoon suite that we were able to use while waiting in between events. There was seating and we were able to chat with some guests when they arrived and have some quiet time with just us two. There's also a bed and bathroom so that we could go rest for the night once the reception was over. Additional amenities were being able to swim/kayak in the lake, the volleyball court, and a couple of walking trails (like by the orchard).
The day itself went so smoothly and we were able to go at our leisure. Amber kept us on pace and Ricky was attentive throughout the entire process. He transported us to the location for our first look and arranged rides for family members with limited mobility. Ricky had staff direct the parking, was setting everything up with his staff while periodically checking in with us and managed everything from the background during the reception without being cumbersome.
The grounds were well-maintained and lawn games (like cornhole) were available to guests during the cocktail hour. There was a refreshment center for guests when they arrived because the wedding was on a sunny Memorial Day that was a bit warmer than usual. The barn is insulated and was air-conditioned well for the entire reception. The grounds were gorgeous for the Golden Hour pictures. While the night was winding down, there was a bonfire set up outside with beer/wine available outside as guests were relaxing for the night after dancing their butts off.
My friends and family still talk about how beautiful the entire venue was. One of my friends is even hosting an engagement party because his then-girlfriend-now-fiancée loved the venue so much. Ricky even threw in a delicious Sunday brunch for us of fruit, juice, coffee, egg dishes, baked goods, etc. before everyone departed. We were not rushed off the property and was super accommodating and considerate of how all of us felt from having a bit too much fun the night before. We loved how customizable the space was – we kept it simple and modest, but Amber and Ricky offered necessary input so that we could still maximize the space. It never felt over-the-top or like some big production, even though that would be possible if that’s what you were aiming for. Beautiful Venue
From the very first interaction with Ricky and Amber, we had nothing shy of an incredible experience throughout our entire wedding planning process. Indian Ridge is a beautiful venue that Ricky and his team continue to update and make it even more beautiful as the time goes on. The grounds are well maintained, and the amount of love and effort they put into this property is extremely evident. Ricky and Amber were a pleasure to work with- they were always willing to answer any of our last minute questions, whether they were big or small. We are so grateful we found Indian Ridge! Our wedding day was perfect, and was by far the best day of our lives. All of our guests continue to compliment us on the awesome experience they had at our wedding in October 2023- from the bar making excellent drinks, the coziness and elegance of the barn allowing us the romantic feel we were attempting to achieve, beautiful locations throughout the property to take photos and videos that we will continue to look back at for a lifetime, lawn games, fire pit, and all of the other vendors we hired to make this day as perfect as it was. We already want to host another large scale party at Indian Ridge- we cannot recommend Indian Ridge enough!From the very first interaction with Ricky and Amber, we had nothing shy of an incredible experience throughout our entire wedding planning process. Perfect wedding
We are so happy we chose Indian Ridge as our wedding venue! It was absolutely beautiful. We still cannot get over how perfect it was. The setting is naturally picturesque (we also had amazing weather)- from the rustic and spacious barn to the gorgeous lake to the romantic waterfall where we did our first look- all breathtaking! All of our guests were in awe of the beautiful scenery. Ricky and Amber were amazing throughout the process. We planned our wedding in 6 months and they provided a lot of help and guidance. We did pay for the extra coordination package and it was well worth it. We truly had the perfect wedding thanks to Indian Ridge! Perfection
We knew that this was the venue for our wedding even though it was the first one we toured. Ricky was incredibly accommodating from that very first day, making us feel comfortable and excited for the planning process. Ricky and Amber were always a phone call or text away when we had any questions or concerns. Even with rain all morning, once it stopped, the field was dry and ready within hours which is not something many outdoor ceremony sites can boast. We did not have to worry about any of the little details as Amber, Alyssa, and Ricky handled everything. We cannot thank them enough for helping make our wedding day nothing short of amazing!We knew that this was the venue for our wedding even though it was the first one we toured. Beautiful property and excellent coordination
We had our wedding at this gorgeous property in early October 2022. Everything from start to finish was easy, organized, and exceptionally beautiful. We wanted an outdoor wedding with flexibility for indoor space, gorgeous private grounds, and a great Hudson Valley location. Owner Ricky and venue coordinator Amber totally delivered - the venue was a great value for the area and you don’t compromise on any details. Plus, Amber was one of the most responsive and organized people we worked with throughout the whole wedding planning process.

A perfect barn wedding!!
Indian Ridge is the most amazing wedding venue! Living in Colorado and planning a wedding in NY is not the easiest task. But, the first time I saw Indian Ridge I knew it was the venue for us! The barn was absolutely stunning, even in the middle of December. It is truly a hidden gem. Once we decided to move forward with Indian Ridge, it was seamless from there! Ricky and his team are extremely passionate about the barn and property. We visited NY again, after a year of booking with Indian Ridge, and the barn looked more amazing than it did the first time we saw it. They stained the barn, had the most amazing wood bar built, and upgraded a few other things! We only used the property for our reception but it far exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely stunning from the cocktail hour outside, to the reception inside, I would not have changed a thing about it! You are able to create your own vision with this perfect canvas, but the barn itself is perfection! Also, we used Amber as our day of coordinator and she is AMAZING!! Being from Colorado, we only met on the phone and then met the day before our wedding. We told he our vision for the barn and she exceeded our expectations beyond belief. The day moved extremely smooth because of her. She was available at any moment during the day if we wanted to change something or had questions. Ricky was also a huge part of our day. He made sure that everything was perfect and running smoothly. He provided us and our photogrpaher/videographer with rides to wherever we needed to take photos. Ricky runs an amazing establishment! We could not be happier with our choice of Indian Ridge for our wedding venue. Everyone at our wedding was amazed with the venue and cannot wait to tell others that are getting married to get married there! A Hidden Gem
We booked Indian Ridge for our wedding venue in large part due to the great reviews it received online, and we had such an amazing time that we want to share it with future guests! Our overall experience with the venue was wonderful from start to finish. To start with the space itself: as many people have said, Indian Ridge is breath-takingly gorgeous. We visited close to a dozen farms that advertised a similar venue, but when we went to Indian Ridge, we both had the “wow” moment as it was by far the largest, most beautiful, and incredibly diverse landscape we had visited. The grounds are huge, and there are so many unique spots which make for amazing photos. There are also two airbnbs on site which we rented out for the weekend, both of which are super well kept and made us feel like the weekend was even more intimate. Thirdly, there is also a small “restaurant” space available for rent, where we also had our rehearsal dinner. The space is cozy and lovely, and we loved that our guests had the chance to visit several different buildings on the property during the weekend. The barn, where the reception is held, is also so lovely. It gives you that rustic feel while at the same time, its air conditioning and clean wooden finishes gives it a little modern touch. We loved that Indian Ridge gives the flexibility of bringing in outside vendors of your choice. Moreover, Amber, the site coordinator, was super on top of making sure they all were taken care of and organized. While you do have to go through Indian Ridge for alcohol and bar packaging, we thought that the bartenders were really excellent, professional, and attentive! They made actually delicious drinks - which is not a given at some wedding bars!! Finally, a note on the service: Ricky, the owner, is an awesome guy as everyone in previous comments has written. He was always around if we needed him, and drove our wedding party around the property so that we could get to various photo sites quickly and easily. As everyone has already said, this venue is a hidden gem! Not only is the venue itself amazing, but you are just 15 mins away from New Paltz, where our guests stayed and had such a great weekend exploring the town. In short, if you are looking for a Hudson Valley “rustic” wedding, Indian Ridge is the best spot!!! Love, Love, Love!!
I got married at Indian Ridge this past weekend. Rick and his team were SO easy to work with. They met every request with ease. Amber was our day of coordinator and went above and beyond helping with decor set up and making sure our day ran smoothly.

Absolutely perfect!
I cannot say enough positive things about Indian Ridge. My expectations for my wedding were far exceeded because of Ricky and his team. I worked with Amber, the venue coordinator and Jill, the day-of coordinator, and they were outstanding. Overall 10/10 experience no doubt.
I didn’t hire a wedding planner and was hesitant about being able to handle it, but was reassured when Ricky, Jill and Amber went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed even if it was likely outside of their responsibilities. They made me feel so comfortable and taken care of and it really felt like once I pulled into the venue, I was passing off a baton and they were 100% focused on making sure everything was perfect.
The venue is absolutely beautiful and accommodating. Everything was so clean and elegant, from the lake view, to the lights in the barn, to even the bathrooms, it is already picture perfect for an elegant rustic wedding without adding any additional decorations. But that is another great thing about this venue, they welcome you to decorate however you’d like and use the space however you’d like, on top of being more than happy to help make your vision come true. There is a waterfall that is great for pictures. There are so many picture spots, two amazing 10-person Airbnbs on property, a bridal suite for the couple to stay the night of their wedding, and there is even a salon room with hair and makeup chairs that is AMAZING because it eliminated all the getting ready chaos from having 12 girls getting ready in the same place. From all of the photos we were posting the day leading up to the wedding, our guests thought we were at 6 completely different places and were so surprised to realize we never left the venue to get pictures of us having dinner on the deck of the Airbnb, kayaking on the lake, at the waterfall, in a salon and also in the barn. It was everything we wanted and needed in one place.
Ricky is incredible, he was so patient and kind, being on call basically all day to escort my 20-person wedding party around for whatever they needed. He was SO thoughtful, making sure there was coffee and creamer in the salon, that the barn was set up exactly how I wanted it, and even made sure I knew which shoulder to tap my husband on for our first look. Anything we needed he immediately took care of it, and was so accommodating to every request we had. He is such a cool, genuine person and amazingly helpful.
Amber is SO SWEET! She took the time to bring me around the venue multiple times before the wedding and help me figure out logistics, and even helped me set up a table with decorations and decide how to do it. She found me often at the party just to make sure I had a drink and asked if I needed anything. She was super responsive and even when I changed my mind about things as the planning went on, she was happy to accommodate and work with me on everything.
Jill went so far beyond my expectations, she was so great and thought of every little thing I didn’t. She had so many great ideas to make my day run smoothly, and even spent the night before the wedding with us doing a rehearsal to ease my nerves, which took a lot of time with 20 people. She was FABULOUS and took all the pressure off me of contacting my vendors and coordinating the day schedule. It was so easy to trust her with making sure the day went perfect! From lighting sparklers, to setting up flowers, to helping load everything into our cars at the end of the night, and even dancing with me when I was alone, she was SO GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The bartenders were awesome, the guys who escorted us all over on Rangers were great, and overall the energy and teamwork at the barn was incredible for pulling off the best day of my life! I can’t thank everyone there enough for all they did in preparation and the day of. They’ve got it down to a science, and even when there’s a curveball and something changes or is urgent, they are on top of it without hesitation or frustration. The location is also super convenient with lots of hotels, restaurants and activities in the area! If you’re looking for a barn wedding, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!! My family was in awe, and are already talking about trying to have a family reunion there!!

Unbelievable venue - hidden gem of the Hudson Valley
We booked Indian Ridge back in early 2020 pre-pandemic - and honestly fell in love with the venue before the new barn was even complete. We ended up postponing due to COVID to put health first, and Ricky and his team stood by and supported us the entire time. Indian Ridge is not your average DIY as it comes with an amazing (and new ) bridal suite, the option to rent 2 amazing airbnbs on-site - we rented both for our bridal party and it made the weekend all that more special - and there are so many stunning areas around the property for photos like the waterfall, lake/ beach, apple orchards, etc. I was hesitant to do a DIY type wedding, but the beautiful barn is well equipped and comes with tables, chairs and suggested vendors. The venue was a dream, but definitely a lot of work leading up to lock in the vision you want - 10x better than any catering call.
We worked with Heather Kinkade as our full wedding planner - who I highly recommend. She handled my insane questions, countless vendors, many many details and almost 2 years of planning. Heather is super responsive with her clients, knows many local vendors and makes you feel like her only client. She is also a rockstar at floor plans and design layout with Jill and her team, and works well with Ricky.
On the day of the wedding Ricky was a rockstar; he chauffeured my husband and I around in his ATV buggy, as the property was massive for photos, answered any questions we had and followed up with us after, even to see how our honeymoon was, etc.
Amber was newer to the team when we were already in the middle of planning, but she was very responsive and worked with my planner.
Indian Ridge is truly a WOW-factor wedding venue. It has everything for guests, especially for summer and fall weddings; outdoor fire pit, massive barn - we had a dance crew and they LOVED IT- and smores as well, and place to enjoy cigars.
The property is so versatile and private. I'd recommend it to anyone if you are willing to work with a planner. We had a big Italian wedding with an amazing DJ/band, a lot of frills and the space made it perfect. Lola's Catering does an amazing job at this venue and knows the space well, so I'd also recommend them. It is definitely a hefty expense to host a wedding at Indian Ridge- if you are into so many details and unique vendors like me, but truly worth every penny. As someone who is used to Long Island venues and elegance, this Hudson Valley rustic yet chic dream is what you pour into it; Indian Ridge will always be special to us.We booked Indian Ridge back in early 2020 pre-pandemic - and honestly fell in love with the venue before the new barn was even complete. Amazing Planning
If you're looking for a planner in the Hudson Valley I highly recommend Heather from Indian Ridge. Her professionalism, communication, and organizational skills are top notch. She has a lot of knowledge and is very easy to work with when planning. She is very responsive by both email and phone, which lessens the stress of planning. Absolutely perfect
This was the most perfect venue for our september wedding. Heather, my wedding planner and the event coordinator and Ricky could not have been better. Heather made my dream wedding come true, I honestly could not have done it without her. The venue was perfect, and all the guests were raving. If you are looking for the perfect hudson valley wedding venue, believe me this is it. I can't wait to see our pictures on the lake, in the apple orchards, in the barn. Awesome Wedding Venue
We hosted my daughters wedding at Indian Ridge this past weekend, and cannot say enough great things about the service and staff!
My daughter had to reschedule her original wedding date amid the pandemic, and we wanted to make sure we could still safely celebrate, and have the wedding she always wanted. Indian Ridge was the perfect fit for her vision!
The grounds are sprawling and immaculate, with a beautiful large barn, and plenty of open air space for guests to enjoy cocktails, food and lawn games. We had a lakeside ceremony with absolutely gorgeous views! The on-site accommodations were wonderful and extremely convenient for us.
The staff and service were impeccable. The owner Ricky has truly transformed this private preserve into an amazing wedding location! He also made sure that all health and safety protocols were followed , and all of our guests complimented how at ease they were attending an event amid the pandemic.
The site manager/ event planner Heather is warm, welcoming and professional. She walked us through the process and provided seamless day of coordination. Her staff were a delight. We felt completely at ease in her care, and highly recommend her. She had great suggestions and really tied our vision together!

Absolutely Amazing!
We hosted our wedding here and were completely blown away by this venue. The owner Ricky was extremely professional and hospitable throughout the entire booking process. He takes incredible care of that place, from the new barn, to the even has private accommodations on site-which were immaculate and really convenient for my family that came from out of town. We hired Heather, the event director to coordinate our big day, and we are so grateful to her for everything she did. She's incredibly knowledgeable and generous, and kept us apprised of the ever changing guidelines regarding the COVID pandemic. We send our sincere thanks to Heather, Ricky and the entire Indian Ridge team for giving us the best day ever!We hosted our wedding here and were completely blown away by this venue. Incredible
The best wedding venue out there! I love Indian Ridge, but who wouldn't? There is something for everyone at this property. Take a boat out on the lake, play a game of volleyball or cornhole, explore the apple orchard, relax in the barn or bask in the beauty of the waterfall. You will be taken care of every step of the way by the amazing owner, Ricky. Don't worry about grandpa or grandma getting around the grounds, Ricky will personally insure their comfort. Seriously, he does everything! You will not find another venue owner offering even a fraction of the amount of love and care that Ricky will put into your wedding. My wedding guests are still talking about how incredible he was. Not to mention, I'm pretty sure my Grandpa thinks he has a new bestfriend. This wedding venue is more than just a venue. It is a full wedding experience. And from my experience, this place is THE BEST.The best wedding venue out there! I love Indian Ridge, but who wouldn't? A beautiful venue and great service
We had our wedding reception at Indian Ridge Preserve, and we honestly could not have wished for a more perfect venue and day. The wedding grounds are stunning - exactly what we were hoping for in our Hudson Valley wedding - and our guests raved about how beautiful it was. Ricky is always working to improve the wedding grounds, building a bar pavilion, barn (in progress), and other infrastructure to provide creature comforts to an outdoor wedding. Our entire wedding party, plus a few other close friends, were also able to stay in the house and lodge on the grounds, which was both extremely convenient and allowed for additional time with our favorite people on a very busy weekend. Both have excellent accommodations, upon which Ricky is also always improving.
I’ve already mentioned him twice, because Ricky is what takes Indian Ridge from a beautiful venue to a truly excellent place to have your event. He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and resourceful. His mission is to make sure your event is the best it can be, from helping to string lights through a tent to driving an extra table over last minute for your name cards. He is very clear the entire time that he is there for what you, the happy couple, want for your wedding. His staff are also efficient and courteous, and he has a wide network of business partners in the area. We highly recommend Indian Ridge to anyone looking for a gorgeous outdoor venue and excellent service.We had our wedding reception at Indian Ridge Preserve, and we honestly could not have wished for a more perfect venue and day. Our experience at Indian Ridge Preserve was amazing!. We had our wedding on the second weekend of September 2014. Ricky made us feel so at home and welcomed. The 3 days that we spent on the farm were wonderful. The first day was the rehearsal dinner, which was a wonderful intimate cook-out and Ricky and the staff pulled out all the stops to help my planner, set up, get the grill going for my Chef Nephews and pull it off seamlessly. Ricky was there for anything we needed. The weather was wonderful and the scenic- rustic feel on the farm was relaxing and beautiful.
The wedding day turned out to be beautiful although all week it had called for an 80% chance of rain. Ricky and my wedding planner worked together to make sure that a contingency plan would be in place. Luckily, It did not rain and the day seemed like it flowed effortlessly. I loved that we felt like we were being taken care of at every point.
The farm is a pretty large area to cover and Ricky was at the ready, with his turbo cart to get us around. That was very helpful.
The last day was the brunch and that was such a dIfference from the day before. It was peaceful and serene in the Orchard near the lake. We hung out and ate, picked apples and reflected on the day prior. It was just a wonderful experience to have and share with your friends and family. Indian Ridge preserve is wonderful place to have a wedding, if that is what you are looking for. You are in for a really personal experience. This was everything we wanted and more. Thank you so much Ricky, Billiem and the staff at Indian Ridge Preserve for making our Wedding an unforgettable, amazing, amazing time for us."

We decided to hold our wedding at Indian Ridge after searching far and wide for an outdoor venue that would fit as many of our check boxes as possible. Ricky's farm not only fulfilled more of our wedding hopes than any other venue, the farm and Ricky's team fulfilled every wish and hope we could have:
We had full run of the amazingly beautiful grounds for the entire weekend;
our friends could camp out on site and spend more of the time with us and each other;
our entire wedding party could stay together in the lodge for no extra costs in accommodations;
there were ample activities (swimming, boating, beach volleyball, billiards, darts, corn maze, apple picking, woodland walks) possible for guests of all ages;
we had the liberty to work with any caterer that we wanted and bring all our own alcohol;
We picked buckets and buckets of wildflowers from the grounds and saved additional money on event rentals by making use of the gorgeous tables;
and Ricky was tireless going beyond our wildest expectations in helping us to ensure everything went as smoothly as could be.
It even poured at the precise moment we planned to hold our ceremony and it didn't seem to matter because the entire event team there was so well prepared that our guests just enjoyed drinks and hors d'oeuvres before we walked down the aisle.
Best of all, the overall cost was so much more reasonable for what was offered than dozen other venues we checked out beforehand. We have the highest regard for Ricky and Indian Ridge and will always have the fondest of memories for our wedding weekend.We decided to hold our wedding at Indian Ridge after searching far and wide for an outdoor venue that would fit as many of our check boxes as possible. A hit and a miss
Indian Ridge is a beautiful venue and while we do not regret having our wedding here they were the cause of most of our wedding planning stress. Make sure you ask A LOT of questions, keep track of communication and are super clear on what is and isn’t included in terms of bar services, usage of bridal suite and lodge, and specifically what they will and will not assist you with day of whether using their coordination services or bringing in your own. We are super grateful for a beautiful property that our guests continue to compliment and that our day ended up working smoothly (largely thanks to our caterer and one specific helpful employee of Indian ridge) but unfortunately we just did not have the best or easiest time through the planning process with them.Indian Ridge is a beautiful venue and while we do not regret having our wedding here they were the cause of most of our wedding planning stress. Indian ridge is cursed
During 2020 pandemic when we couldn’t hold our wedding. Ricky took our 8,000 deposit and said our only option was to set another date with him. After my wife and I loosing our jobs and home we moved to Colorado with family. Ricky for 2 years strung us along saying he would sell our date but he ran off with our money and said if we want it back “he has lawyers”. After loosing family to the pandemic and loosing our lives in New York Ricky took full advantage of us and will not give us anything back. I beg any loving couple do not work with this evil man. Us he’d give us a refund sell our date but we would have to sign an NDA so he could cover up all the illegal doings during that time. I ask any vendor or loving couple do not engage with this man or his cursed land.During 2020 pandemic when we couldn’t hold our wedding. Our previous reviews shows that Indian Ridge prides itself on going above and beyond for all of our couples and giving them the best experience possible. Before the pandemic occurred, Indian Ridge was scheduled to host 18 events for the upcoming 2020 wedding season. Unfortunately, many businesses were forced to close or put restrictions in place for the safety and well-being of our community. As a result of the limitations, event venues had to reduce their capacities to 50 guests events. Understandably, most couples were uninterested in downsizing. Due to the capacity restrictions, we only performed 3 of the weddings booked for 2020. Fortunately, all 2020 couples were happy to postpone and were rescheduled successfully without any complications. Our clients had beautiful weddings and were left ecstatic at the end of their celebrations with memories to last a lifetime.
Peter and his fiancé Emily were one of our couples originally booked in August of 2019 for Saturday, September 12, 2020. Indian Ridge was happy to accommodate a new date for them as we had for every other couple. They were initially agreeable and had chosen to reschedule to Saturday, August 7, 2021. We were happy to help and excited to host them. At the end of May 2021, Peter and Emily notified us that the new date would no longer work for them and asked for a refund, leaving us less than three months to try to rebook their date. We genuinely did the best we could to try to resell the date, but unfortunately, most couples require a longer lead time. Ultimately, we could not find someone to fill the date because of the short notice. We reached out to them to let them know Indian Ridge would not be able to resell the date. Feeling defeated, we offered them the opportunity to choose a third date. Indian Ridge was not obligated to do so, but like any great hospitality business, we were understanding and wanted to see them leave happy.
We were able to come to an agreement on a third date which was Sunday, May 29, 2022. On December 9, 2021, we reached out to Peter and Emily to see how they were making out with their vendors and plans for their event. Later that day, we received an email notifying us they had gotten married on September 20, 2021 in Colorado and that they again would like us to try to resell the third date for a refund. This 2nd notice gave us less than five months to be able to resell the date once again, not leaving us with enough lead time for another couple. Once again, we could not sell Peter and Emily's third wedding date. Due to the lack of notice, it left us in a position where, unfortunately, we could not accommodate them in the end.
To our future couples, we're happy to discuss our cancellation & rescheduling policies if you have any questions! -
