  Amazing experience

  As the Maid is Honor, planning a destination wedding in the Berkshire’s I was lost as to where to start. I found indulgence through Wire and emailed Tracy. She was amazing through email. Setting everything up and squeezing the bridal party in during wedding season. Once we got there I knew I had made the right decision. Tracy and her staff were amazing. If I lived in the area I would go to indulgence for all my hair and beauty needs. It’s a beautiful salon. Great stylist and makeup artist. An amazing experience overall.

  Look no further brides!

  Hannah and lexi were absolutely amazing, They made all of us beyond beautiful for my wedding day and gave is all exactly what we want and manage to make it even better. I have never felt more beautiful in my life and i owe it all to them. Any bride would be beyond lucky to have them do your hair on your wedding day, 10000% would recommend.

  Perfect for your wedding day

  I could say 1000 amazing things about them! They nailed every single hairstyle that my girls wanted! I (the bride) even decided to change mine halfway through the hairstyle and they helped me pick out a beautiful and more comfortable one! They were also so fun to chat with as we were getting ready!!! 10/10 recommend

  Flexible, Professional, Skilled

  I hired Indulgence to do my hair & makeup alongside 5 other women - 3 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom. I was drawn to Indulgence because they are willing to travel, which meant my bridal party could get ready on site at our location and have the “getting ready” experience rather than traveling from a salon.
  
  The staff (Anna, Mariah, and Emma) were amazing - prompt, professional, asked good questions and created a look for each woman that was unique and beautiful. We were all pleased with the results. We all tend wear more natural makeup, and the Indulgence staff helped us to create a more heightened and special look while still staying natural.
  
  When COVID occurred, Indulgence was very flexible to respond to concerns and make adjustments so that we could safely complete a beauty trial and ultimately day-of services.
  I would absolutely hire them again!

  Wind, tear, and rainproof!

  The ladies, Tracy and Anna, from Indulgence did a great job with our hair and makeup. It was a cold, wet, and windy day, and we had an outdoor ceremony. We loved what they did and made it through everything without looking like we had less than optimal weather. Plus, they were really great to work with. Very laid back and fun and they drove out to us, which was very important! We highly recommend them.

  The most beautiful I've ever felt!

  I’d recommend Indulgence Salon to anyone looking for wedding salon services. Tracy was great at communicating and very accommodating when I had to add two more girls who wanted make up at the last minute. While there is the option for them to travel, we decided to go directly to the salon which was a lot of fun because they let us bring a large brunch spread and have the run of the salon. Bridal hair includes a pre trial, and after the woman who did my pre trial left, Tracy offered a second pre trial with her at no cost which eased my anxiety and ensured I knew what to expect.   Tracy and her staff went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was perfect not only on the day of but months and months before! Kuri, Alicia, and Ashleigh did my hair, makeup, and eyelash extensions and I felt like a true princess. The day of my wedding, I had myself, 6 bridesmaids, a guest of honor, my mother, and my mother in law all get their hair and makeup done. The staff made sure we all looked perfect— we really could not have asked for the morning to start off any more smoothly.

  Tracy and her staff went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was perfect not only on the day of but months and months before! Kuri, Alicia, and Ashleigh did my hair, makeup, and eyelash extensions and I felt like a true princess.   What a dream working with Kuri, Anna, and Tracy of Indulgence Hair Salon! To say I was a bit nervous about choosing the right hair and makeup team is an understatement. I have incredibly thick straight hair which actually makes hair styling very difficult (read: updos instantly fall out and blow out are instantly straight). Kuri created the most wonderful updo with the front swept up with a bit of volume (very glam!) and the rest of the updo was pinned securely! I absolutely loved my bridal updo. I'm usually a pretty no-frills kind of gal, but I felt so magical on my wedding day!
  
  And my makeup was INCREDIBLE!! Anna really outdid herself! She was able to strike the perfect balance between dramatic and natural. It was important to me that I still looked like myself but that the makeup would stand out in photos... and Anna just nailed it! She also did a phenomenal job with my sister/MOH's makeup, and my sister's features are notoriously challenging for makeup artists (particularly her eyes)!
  
  Kuri and Anna arrived at 9AM at our venue, a summer camp in the Berkshires! They set up shop in a rec room that we had converted into a bridal suite and just got right to work! They were so efficient that we were actually an hour ahead of schedule - that never happens! Not to mention, they are just two of the nicest and genuine people around!
  
  To top it all of off, the pricing was totally reasonable! Wedding costs can quickly stack up and it's never really clear that spending more money really makes a difference. Indulgence Hair Salon has really competitive rates and the trial was included if you decided to use them! I'll be recommending Kuri, Anna, and the rest of the Indulgence Hair Salon team to everyone we know!

  My bridal party and I (all 8 of us!) had such an amazing experience with Indulgence in Pittsfield, MA. Their team of hair MAGICIANS truly made all of our styles exactly how we wanted and we couldnt have been happier. The girls there are young, inventive, patient and super accommodating. Given that there were 8 of us, the manager was super nervous we wouldnt be finished in time, but they had us out the door over an hour ahead of schedule. They let us bring in all of the necessities... breakfast goodies and of course mimosas! It was truly such a fun experience and we couldnt have asked for a better team of girls to make us feel beautiful for my wedding day! I wish I could do it all over again!

  Tracy, Shelby, Kuri, and Anna did my wedding and I can't tell you how absolutely amazing the entire experience was from the beginning to the end! Each and everyone of my bridesmaids (9) were over the top in love with their hair and make up! They all did such an amazing job and always made us all feel special. As an attest to the investment and love that they have for their clients, they even drove 20 minutes to and from to drop off greenery at venue without an ask! They insisted! They truly made my day extra special!

  Tracy and the girls at Indulgence are absolutely wonderful! They did such an amazing job on my hair and makeup as well as my wedding party! They are such a fun, but professional group of ladies to spend a few hours with before your wedding or to just make a trip in to the salon.

  Tracy and the girls were fantastic!!! They spent some extra time on my Jr bridesmaids to go above and beyond for the hair styles they wanted. Makeup stayed completely intact for over 8 hours of crying and sweating on the dance floor. Very professional and made you feel at ease on your big day.

  Tracy and her staff were great to work with! It was easy to schedule my trial and wedding day hair with Tracy over email. The stylist that did my trial and hair the day of the wedding really listened to what I wanted, looked at all the pictures I had pinned, and then came up with something just right. Both stylists who did the bridesmaids, mothers and grandmothers were warm, fun and did such a great job on everyone's hair. They listened and accommodated requests for any changes, and were generally a joy to be with on the day of the wedding.

  I go to Kuri for my regular hair maintenance but she out-did herself when she did my wedding hair. It looked stunning and I received so many compliments.

  I had my makeup girl cancel me last minute, and I was able to book with Tracy one week out from my wedding. She did such an amazing job. She made me into the most beautiful version of myself. I was so pleased with the results. She was so nice and easy to talk to the whole time. She had great hygiene while performing her tasks, and the salon was very neat as well.   My ceremony was in Great Barrington and my Reception was at Gedney Farm in New Marlborough. It was very important to me that the stylists (hair and makeup) could come to Gedney Farm before the ceremony because 1) the entire bridal party was staying there and 2) the area is very rural. Tracy was unbelievably accommodating and offered a GREAT price compared to other "local" salons. She was right on time, got everyone finished according to schedule and Tracy and the second stylist were friendly and professional. I must have added people/services around 10 times before the wedding, and Tracy was always polite, responsive and accommodating. I think what impressed me (and my party) the most was Tracy's compassion. My grandmother had her hair done the night before for the rehearsal (at a different salon) and she didn't like how it looked the day of the wedding. Even though my grandmother was only booked for makeup, Tracy's stylist took the time to re-do her hair and Tracy didn't accept the extra money when my mom offered. I would recommend Indulgence Hair Salon to everyone - it's great service, great value, and great people.

  Indulgence salon took care of all of my wedding party needs. They were able to open early to accommodate our bridal party, flower girls and mothers. They did such an outstanding job. Kuri and Tracey were fantastic, I snowboarded in my wedding gown and wore ski goggles I was terrified that I would be disheveled after my ski run but my hair and make up lasted all night even with snowboarding. Everyone was so helpful and accomodating. Prices were very reasonable and booking process was very easy.

  I was very happy with Tracey and her associate's services for my wedding. They came onsite to do my hair and makeup, as well as my bridesmaid, mother and mother of the groom. They were so sweet and did an amazing job, despite working with women who rarely get their hair or makeup done! I don't wear a lot of makeup, so I was nervous about having it done for my wedding - but Tracey did such a fantastic job and kept it very natural looking.
  
  I would 100% recommend this salon for any wedding or non-wedding needs!

  I had my hair and makeup done from Tracy at Indulgence. She did a fantastic job! I came in a couple days before the ceremony and we did a trial of both hair and makeup so we could talk about what I liked and had in mind. She took a single photo and brought my hair to life! I felt beautiful and most importantly, natural. The morning of the ceremony she came to my mom's house with all her cases of tricks and did such an amazing job as before. My hair stayed up the entire morning, during ceremony, and reception! The only parts that came loose (front bangs) were designed as such to look natural if they were to come out. I would highly recommend hiring Tracy, or any of her team, for any special event.

  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! My bridal party and I had our hair and makeup done the day of my wedding and I could not have been more happy. The staff made everyone look and feel beautiful. They even spent extra time (2 full hours) on one bridesmaid's hair- putting it into a beautiful up-do (because it was so long and thick).
  Kuri is AMAZING, I went in for a consult several months before the wedding and instantly felt that I was in capable hands. I went back for a hair cut, highlights and my pre-trial- all before the wedding and was happy every time.
  Tracy did a wonderful job on the hair and make-up for my mom, she looked and felt wonderful!

  Tracy and her crew travelled all the way to NY to do hair and makeup for my bridal party - they were absolutely fantastic! Very efficient, professional and highly skilled.   My girls and I had our hair and makeup done at Indulgence for my wedding and they did a phenomenal job! I had emailed Tracy to inquire about a trial for hair and makeup and she got back to me right away. When I needed to squeeze in a last minute makeup appointment for a bridesmaid, she was very accommodating. Tracy and Kuri were absolutely wonderful and we all looked amazing for the day. The ladies are all very professional, the salon is spotless, and we had a great experience with them. I would highly recommend Indulgence to anyone.

They were so accommodating to myself, as well as my bridesmaids and family who had their hair and makeup done that day! The team travels to the venue where you are getting ready, making it so much more relaxing for the entire bridal party! They are all perfectionists, taking the worry away that you may not like how your hair and makeup comes out, as they want you to look your best. Everyone's hair and makeup lasted the entire day, as everyone looked flawless in their photos! They arrived on time and we had plenty of time to get ready and take photos before heading off to the church.
