  Amazing Experience 100/10 planner

  Maria is one of a kind! An amazing wedding planner, a perfectionist, attentive to detail, full of ideas and creativity. She prioritizes her clients, she does everything within her capacity to put you at ease and make sure your event is beautiful.
  
  She was more than a wedding planner for us. She went out of her way to make sure our family members flying from all over the world got their Greek visas. Called consular offices, sent unimaginable emails to make sure visas were processed. We arrived 2 days before our wedding, trusted Maria with sourcing our pre wedding venue and she delivered. It was an amazing experience.
  
  She lets you be as involved as you want and takes over when she sees you struggling with decisions. She gave us so many ideas that were so helpful! Advised us in so many ways. Our parents were so impressed by her and her team.
  
  Just book Maria and her team. Don’t think too hard about it. If you are able to fly in to view the venues/meet with her much earlier, great. But if like us, you’re not, you can trust her. She is amazing!
  
  She has been in the business for many years and you can tell because she delivers perfection.
  She will make your event better than you ever imagined!

  The best team, the best wedding planner a bride could hope for

  The Ineventive team was amazing! Led by Maria Maroulidou who is the consummate professional, an absolute gem. I decided I would hire her a few years back, when I attended a wedding she had planned, which was the most beautiful and well organized wedding I had been to. My expectations were high, and Maria more than delivered!
  
  Our wedding was the happiest, most beautiful day of our lives, with absolutely zero stress, all because of her. She took my random ideas and turned them into magic, she put together a team of fantastic vendors who were impeccable in their jobs, we were surrounded by talented people who actually took care of us. She promised me I would experience my wedding day as if I were a guest myself, that everything would be taken care of, and she absolutely delivered! On the day, she was calm and certain and had everything under control. I never stressed or worried for a moment. All that was left for me to do was to enjoy myself and be happy!
  
  Moreover, Maria never said no to any of my crazy ideas and requests - and one of those requests was that we don't have a seating chart. I was absolutely certain that I wanted a more "lounge" vibe, she loved the idea, we started planning - and then I saw a bunch of videos from other wedding planners insisting that all weddings MUST have a seating chart, saying how big a mistake it is not to have one etc. They were all so certain, so absolute! As a result, I got cold feet. Maria calmed me down, talked me through it, assured me we can do it and it will be amazing, and thank goodness we did not change our plans! There were seats for everyone, small tables, bigger tables, couches, it was easy and comfortable and cozy while being beautiful and elegant. People mingled more, felt more comfortable, were able to enjoy themselves more because of it!
  
  I lost count on how many people told me it was the best wedding they had ever attended. And it was all because of Maria Maroulidou. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is amazing. And I cannot thank her enough for all she did for us.

  The best wedding planner a couple could ever ask for!

  We ended up with Maria after things were terminated with our first wedding planner and I am so grateful that things worked out the way they did because Maria is the best wedding planner there is!
  
  I had a very precise vision for what I wanted our wedding day to look like and she executed our vision to the T. I sent her pictures of what I envisioned - for the arch, the aisle, the centerpieces etc, and on our wedding day, it looked exactly the way I dreamed of. She gave honest feedback and helped us allocate our budget to save money where we could so that could splurge on other things that mattered.
  
  I was a very anxious and difficult bride and she handled all my million requests/ questions, and kept me calm throughout the process. The wedding exceeded any and all expectations I ever had and we owe it to Maria.
  
  For any other couples living internationally, there is no one I would trust more to plan your special day than Maria and her team. We are eternally grateful for all she did for us and our only regret is that we didn’t work with her from the start - there’s truly no better wedding planner than her.

  THE Best Wedding Planner in all of Greece

  Maria is a force to be reckoned with. We could not have asked for a better planner or a better friend. She planned a destination wedding for us in Athens (we live in Hong Kong and our guests travelled from all of the world) and the entire event was flawlessly executed. She has the BEST contacts for any vendor you need and she's incredibly experienced - nothing fazes her. She knows when to nudge or push you but also takes direction and feedback well. Above all else, you feel like you're planning your day with your friend. Please do not look any further if you plan any event in Greece - I promise you will be in the best hands.

  We are extremely happy that we had Maria and her team (InEventive) involved during the planning of our wedding. Maria had so many inputs from her very long experience in planning events and weddings. She is familiar with all the people and companies in the wedding industry and can arrange anything your heart desires. She is extremely professional and detail orientated and always approachable to respond to all your requests in a very timely manner. It’s hard to plan a wedding abroad when both of us live in Denmark, but thanks to Maria we got our dream wedding and we got to fully enjoy the experience and be present at the time due to her perfect planning.   Wedding of our dreams thanks to maria!

  Maria is a force to be reckoned with - which is something we needed planning a wedding in Greece while residing in California. Her vendor recommendations were fantastic but she also gave us the autonomy to hire other vendors as well. I knew what I wanted aesthetically from day one and Maria truly made my vision come to life and then some. She nailed the extravagant and whimsical atmosphere we were looking for. Maria also had creative ideas on how to elevate the event, from the favors to the flowers. Many of our guests said our wedding was the best they've ever been to. Maria is also very sweet and hardworking and I grew to really like her as a person. You will not regret hiring her for your big day!

  There are not enough words to describe Maria as a planner, but I will try! Maria made our wedding the most amazing three-day experience ever!
  Getting married during COVID on a tiny Greek island and organising everything between Austria and Greece might sound complicated - well Maria made everything work like a charm and coordinated more than 100 professionals, in order to make our wishes come true.
  
  She is unbelievably friendly, but at the same time remains professional during the whole preparation. She gives you a feeling of security, even at the most uncertain matters and strives to find solutions to the most impossible inquiries within a few minutes. I have rarely collaborated with someone as responsive, responsible and effective as Maria.
  
  What really makes a difference, however, is that her tips, her experience and contacts all over Greece were proven extremely useful at all times.
  
  And she made all our wishes true: from bringing the guests from 7 different countries through air, land, water safe to a small island in the Aegean sea, to getting the most amazing music to party all through the night, under an unbelievably beautifully lit and decorated location, with live music, DJ, party sax, a marvellous ceremony at the beach, olive bar, a wedding cake that no-one will forget, a beach party on the day before to warm up the guests, a boat tour on the day after...
  
  Through this experience, we became more than a happy couple - we felt almost like having our best friend with us, taking care of all our wishes proactively.
  
  She is incredible, works for the pair focusing on their financial interests (and not hers).
  Almost all our guests said to us that this was the best wedding they had ever attended in their lives - can this be a coincidence? No way!

  Bar Mitzvah event planner

  Where to begin? We met lovely Maria 15 years ago at a dear friends' wedding in Crete and knew that she had to plan our wedding the summer after. She did a sensational job planning our one week wedding in Athens and the Greek islands. Thirteen years later, she pulled off her magic again by meticulously planning our son's three day Bar Mitzvah in Athens. Every detail was so well thought through and the ambiance was extraordinary. Our guests enjoyed themselves immensely, and most importantly, our son had a wonderful time. The planning was not always evident as it was during the Covid pandemic and many venues had strict restrictions. We were lucky in that our beach venues were open, breezy and the perfect setting for safe, socially distanced moments. The moon shone bright yellow and the sea, flowers, music and setting was beyond perfect. Thank you, Maria! Her perseverance, patience and creative ideas are beyond measure.

  Absolutely amazing!

  We knew from the moment we spoke to Maria that we would use her as our wedding planner. She was extremely organized and immediately started the process of helping us with our wedding. She took our ideas and turned them into a very beautiful wedding. She really took the stress off us and made the whole process smooth. We highly recommend ineventive for any event you may have!

  Excellent - Value for money

  I had my wedding on July 2021, after several postponements due to coronavirus situation. Maria was extremely helpful, patient and always there for me with critical mind. All her proposals were feasible, of good taste and taking into consideration our needs and our budget. In a nutshell, InEventive is value for money, hence I strongly recommend it.

  The pandemic wrecked our plan again and again but thankfully, Maria managed to help us jump through all the rescheduling hoops. Quite a lot of changes were made literally last minute as the situation developed. Also, my mother-in-law had a change of her mind on the design TWICE! But Maria and her team are god-send angels patiently resolved all the issues. Our wedding in Athenian Riveria was a small do but perfect in every way. ❤️❤️❤️ I would recommend Maria 100% as a designation planner.

  We would marry again just to go through the experience again!!!

  We had such a great experience with Maria M. She was attentive, easy to work with and very professional. She provided anything and everything we needed although we chose to keep it simple. She handled my family and friends perfectly - as they came from abroad- and gave my husband everything he asked. (I need to say that he is hard to please) . When it came down to the photos we had a blast! We recommend her highly!

  A fairy tale wedding!

  My Taiwanese friend’s wedding was organized by Maria in 2019. Since then, I have made up my mind to have my wedding in Greece as well. Both my husband and me have family members across the world, and we couldn’t really afford an expensive wedding. But Maria managed to set up a dreamy and absolutely amazing wedding within our budget range. All the guests had a blast of a time. My cousin and his fiancé are now thinking of asking Maria to organize their wedding! I feel we are qualified to ask Maria for a loyalty discount card!

  Simply Amazing!

  I had the pleasure of working with Maria to plan my destination wedding in Athens Greece! As I was living in the United States I felt comfortable knowing that Maria was in Greece and my wedding was coming to life! She was wonderful and creative and her responsiveness was great! I really appreciated that because anytime I needed something she was there and with a 10 hour time difference that was a great comfort!
  
  Once I was in Greece ahead of the wedding she was wonderful and helpful and did so much for me to make sure everything was running smoothly. On wedding day everything was so much more elegant and beautiful than I ever could have imagined! My husband and I are so very happy with the way everything turned out. She is amazing and creates such beautiful events! I knew she was great but when I saw my wedding decor and reception I was so happy that I had her!   My son's baptism

  Mrs Maroulidou has been one of the most excited professionals i have ever met, she loves her job and focus on details. She is working non stop, she has so many ideas, she is always there 24/7 to assist and i would suggest her for each and every event , for a birthday party to the most exceptional/demanding reception. After one year my guests still remember this beautiful baptism, the smart invitations, the sweets, the gifts, the estate, everything! But the most important is that she is very fair player in her sector and her motivation is the best result and not the high rates like other big offices in Greece. Thank you Maria!   Everyone needs Maria in their life

  Soooo many things I could say about Maria but I will keep it to what's in important.
  
  Maria is Amazing - You can have a off the cuff idea and before you know it she's researched it, given you prices, found out if it could work logistically.
  
  Maria is Organised - Goes without saying as she's a planner but to a different level of knowing all the different elements of your wedding, liaising with your hotel to arrange COVID testing etc.
  
  Maria is hands on - We sat together and made gift bags for all my guests, she printed personalised labels for everything that went into the bags. I watched on my wedding day arrange the sweets table herself, lanterns, flower basket placement all herself.
  
  Maria does what needs to be done - On our wedding day, Maria ran aound trying to get my hairbands, a better iron, anything that needs to be done she will try.
  
  Maria is a great friend - A great friend keeps is honest and real, she's not a 'yes man' she wants you to have the most magical day. Her advice is always honest and in your best interests to have a great day.

  Wedding in Porto Heli Greece

  Maria and her team took over our wedding planning after we had to fire our first wedding planner who was slowly ruining our wedding. The second she stepped in we felt at ease and all the stress was alleviated. Although we never got to officially have the wedding due to Covid-19, Maria has helped us substantially, and is still helping us months after the cancelled date. Thanks to the pandemic we will never have our dream wedding, but Maria still went above and beyond the agreed upon job. If you are planning to have a wedding in Greece, I suggest you use her.

  Planning a wedding is hard. Planning a wedding in Greece when you live in California is even harder. UNLESS, of course, you work with Maria and her incredible team at InEventive.
  
  My husband Chris and I used Maria to plan our wedding on the island of Paros this past August, and honestly - it was the best decision we ever made. She worked tirelessly with us over the course of 10 months to take our hopes and dreams and bring them to life.
  
  The absolute best photographers, videographers, dj’s in the business? Maria is friends with and works with them all. Florists that can take a minimalistic venue and have it dripping like the garden of eden? Table stakes. Ideas for how to take something ordinary and make it extraordinarily? She’s got hundreds. Want to take a boat from the church to your venue? No problem! Fireworks? Obviously...Handling the annoying things like paperwork and forms? She’ll hold your hand the whole way through.
  
  More importantly, Maria and her team go into absolute beast mode on the day of. Every single detail is covered, down to the smallest piece of minutia, so all you have to do is show up.

  Amazing Planner!

  I recommend Maria and her team to anyone who is planning a wedding, or party! I live in D.C. and planned to have our wedding in Athens - Island Private House. Maria made the process so much less stressful and smooth! She was very flexible in scheduling Skype calls, and was able to work around my busy work schedule. She listened to what I wanted the wedding to look like, and delivered! The decor was perfect! The day of the wedding was hectic, and it is clear that Maria is a very busy person, however, she did her best to make sure I was able to enjoy the day.   When a friend of mine started her wedding planning, I searched through instagram to help find her a wedding planner, which is how I came across Maria's page. The photos were absolutely stunning and I loved her style. Fast forward a few months and not only had I recommended Maria, purely based on photos to one friend, but I then chose to work with her for our own wedding and was very eager to share her with yet another friend of mine. That resulted in Maria planning 3 weddings within a 2 month time frame for 3 friends with very similar guest lists!
  
  I know I speak for all 3 of us when I say how happy we were with Maria's support. Each wedding was unique and perfectly reflected our styles and preferences. Maria was extremely responsive & supportive throughout the whole process. On top of that, I felt like she and her two colleagues (Sofi & Mariliza) were more like family and I truly hope to stay in touch with them. I think the saddest part once the weddings were all over was having to say goodbye to them!
