  I was very excited to have booked Ingrid to do my makeup for our engagement shoot. We were visiting family last minute in PR and literally days before the shoot, Ingrid was available to make time for me. She met me at the hotel we were staying. I simply showed her a picture of what I would like to look like and she worked her magic. No questions asked! She was professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her!

  Don’t waste time, Ingrid is the one you want!

  I almost can’t express how thankful I am for Ingrid. I couldn’t have asked for a better artist on my wedding day. She provided both hair and make up services to myself, my bridesmaids and mothers. It was priceless for all of us not have to stress about doing it ourselves therefore having her there only enhanced my wedding day experience.
  
  She brought relaxing and happy vibes along with professionalism and obvious experienced talent. Ingrid knows how to give you the perfect look for the local climate that didn’t move all day and night through sweat, humidity and many happy tears. Plus, she was fast - I was done in an hour. I noticed she was graceful, focused and confident while in the zone.
  
  My headpiece was actually intended to be a ribbon waist belt. When I asked if we can make it into my headpiece, she responded with genuine and friendly assurance and followed through with results - it stayed comfortably in place all day and night. I could go on and on about Ingrid but to sum it up - she’s the best!!

  Amazing! Terrific!

  Where do I start? I'm a woman of color and searched high and low for an make up artist in Puerto Rico who was not just familiar with caucasian, Hispanic, or any other fair skinned woman. I needed a make up artist who would not make me look orange or choose the wrong color for my skin. This is quite often the case for black women, when people do our makeup. Ingrid was wonderful! She actually brought me a guava from her own garden (which was delicious 😊) Ingrid also did 3 of my parties make up and we couldn't stop looking at our selves!!!! She was so helpful even after doing my makeup... I actually was so nervous that I almost forgot to put deodorant on( I know...almost embarrassed to admit) she stopped me before going out and reminded me and even helped me with my dress. I adore Ingrid and wish she was in the mainland US. PLEASE PLEASE... book her if you're in Puerto Rico, you will NOT REGRET IT!!!

  Ingrid Is A Miracle Worker!!!

  Ingrid is so fabulously talented!! And I would 100000% recommend her to anyone looking for a quality Hair and Make Up artist!!
  
  I reached out to Ingrid about doing make up for a photo shoot my husband and I were doing while on vacation for our anniversary! I contacted a few different salons in the area, and they either didn't get back to me at all, had no availability, or weren't willing to do one face since I wasn't a wedding client.
  
  Ingrid was THE ONLY person with a quality portfolio, reasonable prices, availability that got back to me about doing my make up. And BOY am I grateful!!
  
  First and foremost she is super professional in communication, shows up on time, and is just so friendly when chatting that the time just passes while she does your make-up & hair! Her work didn't take long at all to do, and I was just so impressed by how painless she made the whole experience for someone like me who is... not really a make up person haha
  
  Now onto her talent. She did a FABULOUS job on my make up and face!! She made my skin look very even, gave me such a beautiful lip and eye coloring, and somehow was able to navigate around my super sunburnt and red skin! I was SHOCKED when she showed me her work after she was done!!
  
  And not only did she do a fabulous job on my make up, BUT SHE DID MY HAIR TOOOOO!!!! She curled it so perfectly, and it literally held for my whole ride to our photo location (which was over an hour away), it held while we were doing the shoot at the beach (even though it was humid and wet from the waves), and still held when my husband and I went on a date night later that evening!! And she put my headpiece in soooo perfectly!!!
  
  I can't say enough good things about Ingrid!!

  Phenomenal Experience!

  Ingrid did a PERFECT job on my makeup & hair, also for my mother in law, sister (MOH), and best friend (matron of honor).   I was so pleased with Ingrid and her team. She was prompt, professional and made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. I didn't have a hair and make-up trial, but it's not necessary at all as Ingrid is extremely talented, experienced and patient. I threw a few curveballs with a few extra family members wanting in on her awesome hair and make-up and she was able to fit them in. I highly recommend Ingrid as I am so happy wi my hair and make-up results.

  Ingrid was AMAZING!!!!!! I booked her on short notice about 1-2 weeks before my wedding. She was very responsive and was very flexible when I had to make changes to the amount of people I needed service. When she first came, she started working on my bridesmaids and Mom. I wasn't around at the time so they were sending me pictures of their makeup and they looked absolutely beautiful!!! They loved her!!! My makeup was out of this world amazing! Ingrid's Mom did hair for a few people. She did a wonderful job. My aunt has worn the same hairstyle for as long as I can remember. Ingrid's Mom changed it up and she looked younger and like a different person. I definitely recommend hiring Ingrid and her team.

  ingrid and her assistant did an excellent job on my bridal hair and the hair styles for my bridesmaids. they came to our house to do the hair the day of the wedding, and charged a very reasonable rate. everyone chose different styles and ingrid did a great job of making everyone's hair look great and stay in place all day!

  Although unfortunately, I was not able to have my mom's and my hair and make-up done by Ingrid, she is absolutely phenomenal in every aspect that I was able to experience during our turbulent planning process. My fiancee and I were planning to get married in Puerto Rico on 11/11/2017. Hence, I had scheduled my trials for 11/06 and already clarified, organized and financially finalized all processes with Ingrid by July/August 2017. Ingrid was very professional, forthcoming and accommodating dealing with special requests (my mom has skin allergies) while at the same time remaining very affordable up to that point.
  
  To everyone's chock, hurricanes Irma and Maria hit Puerto Rico as category 5 storms in early September. And although we were trying till the last second to still have the wedding there, finally, we were forced to cancel, because there was no accommodation opportunity for our guests and us. Long story short, even after such devastating natural catastrophes where not only the island is going through major power, water, electricity and supply issues with very limited or no means to contact the outside world, but where many people lost everything, Ingrid remained extremely professional, sympathetic and kind. Despite the limited communication means, which I am certain Ingrid still experiences, she makes every effort to communicate and to remain transparent, and even refunded our complete investment without questions asked while wishing us a unique and memorable day with our love ones! I am both touched and shocked by the level of kindness from Ingrid despite all the personal losses and problems that she is currently struggling with! PLEASE BOOK WITH HER! I GUARANTEE YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!

  Beautifully Flawless

  As an Afro-Caribbean born and raised in Puerto Rico I was used to having my make-up done by make-up artists who did not know how to make-up someone with dark skin. I was so lucky to find Ingrid. Not only did you make me and my family look flawless and beautiful, but she also did my mother in-law and sister in-law make-up, who are both Caucasian. Everyone was very happy with how they looked and kept complimenting Ingrid on the great job she did, and as the bride she understood exactly what I wanted and I felt incredibly beautiful on my wedding day.

  Ingrid was amazing to work with! She was responsive to all calls and texts prior to my arrival in San Juan, easing any concern I had about booking someone I didn't know for such an important day. She spent the day in my hotel room ensuring that my bridesmaids and I had the exact hair and make up we wanted. We all felt beautiful and our hair and make up all lasted all day and night (through lots of happy tears) in the Puerto Rico heat. I would absolutely recommend Ingrid; she is extremely talented and professional, and wonderful to work with!
