First of all, the barn and grounds are the perfect foundation to transform your rustic wedding dreams into reality. The Inn is a cozy home away from home and it was our pleasure and so convenient to have the whole weekend. Bob and Maggie are incredibly sweet and hospitable; they clearly love their property and hosting. I felt like I had another set of parents and didn’t want to leave when Sunday came around!

My wife and I had the pleasure of the Covid-19 virus cancelling our wedding reception at one venue and it couldn't of worked out better for us! We found the Inn at Mount Pleasant and after meeting Bob and Maggie, we immediately fell in love with the area. It was everything we wanted in a venue, nothing short of amazing. Our friends and family couldn't believe the property in which we had the ceremony and the barn for the reception afterwards. I can not recommend this place enough to anyone who wants a nice rustic wedding.

We had our dream wedding at Mount Pleasant. Maggie and Bob are a true joy to be around, are so helpful and make you feel like family the moment you meet them. We wanted our wedding to feel like a giant backyard party and we absolutely got everything and more that we wanted! We will definitely be back to stay at the inn for anniversaries and more!

This site is absolutely beautiful! The historic barns and natural setting is perfect for an outdoor wedding or event. There is plenty of parking available and the historic barn is a perfect place for catering setup. The owner of the site is very helpful yet laid back. He does not have any of the strict rules that other catering / wedding hall sites have; you can set up days in advance and have everything taken away days after the event. You will not get kicked out of the site at 11pm either. While it is wise to rent a tent in the event of rain, this site has all of the natural charm for wedding photos, ceremony and reception. We were even allowed to come back to the site for brunch the next day.
