  Right when we drove up to the venue I knew it was perfect! The landscape of the ranch with its quaint Bed and Breakfast and open barn has everything you need to make your big day one to always be remembered. The decor of the venue is set to match any style you may have, whether it be rustic with a touch of elegance, classic or whimsical and bohemian. Becky Wills was a dream to work with and open to help with whatever we needed not to mention a perfect host for the Bed and Breakfast which of course we stayed in afterwards. They also have an onsite kitchen and the food was nothing less than the best I've ever experienced through a catering company. Our guests are still raving about it.One of the main questions we got from our guests repeatedly was "How did you guys find such a hidden gem?"We will definitely keep them in mind for any future events that we plan.

  Bob and Becky Wills have created a beautiful place to have a Wedding. My Wedding had a rustic/chic theme where we were married out on the patio and used the barn for the reception. We had approximately 125 guests and a dance floor. Plenty of room for our guests, plus caterers, DJ and cake tables. Bob and Becky assisted with anything we needed; ordering table and chairs, set up ideas, accessories, etc. They worked very hard to make our Wedding day special and we will be forever grateful for their hospitality.

  I was blown away by this Ranch! My husband and I could not have pictured a more perfect place for our wedding: the sun set perfectly to show off flourishing gardens and the beauty of the place was beyond words. Our wedding went down without a single hitch thanks to the very generous and humble owner, Becky.
  Our guests raved about the place, saying that it was the most perfect and beautiful wedding that they had been to all year. We were so blessed to use this venue for our ceremony and reception, not to mention that every picture turned out flawless!

  The Wills family was very helpful and caring. They helped in every way possible. They were so nice in letting us use the decorations. The Inn itself was beautiful and so nice. It was wonderful to have rooms on the ranch for the groom's parents and grandparents who were from out of town. The wedding and reception could not have been any better.

  More than perfect for our outside wedding! For our ceremony we had to do little to no decorating because the scenery took care of that for us. Out reception was inside the barn which has 2 rustic train carts inside that give it such a fun rustic feel. They also went the extra mile and draped white sheer fabric from the roof for us and it was TO DIE FOR GORGEOUS!! My husband and I couldn't have picked a better place to get married. Bob & Becky were so sweet to us and helped make our wedding day a day we would never forget! I would recommend this place to any and everyone!

  This place is simply amazing and I could not have asked for a better location. The flowers were blooming everywhere, the facility was perfect top to bottom and Becky (the Owner) was the best to work with. She is a wealth of knowledge and has such a huge kind heart.

  My wife and I were the first wedding at Windhill Ranch, and to this day everyone who attended says it was one of the best weddings to which they have been. We visit as often as we can!

  Wind Hill Ranch was exactly what I was looking for and it delivered! We were married on the lawn at sunset and the reception took place in the barn and out beneath the stars using the lean-to and the patio. There was no need for a dance floor as we just used the patio with white lights strung above and it worked out perfectly. Minimal decorations were needed as nature and the rustic setting gave me all I desired. I just added a lot of twinkling white lights and candles. One of my favorite parts about this venue is the ability to use all your own vendors and the ability to bring in your own food and alcohol (without a bartender).This saved us a ton of money!
  At the end of the night our driver got lost and was over an hour late. Our DJ (Landon with Big Ear Sound), who was recommended to us by Becky after a bad experience with another DJ, was a life saver! He continued to play music and keep the party going even after our time with him was up. We had the most fun that last hour and a half!!
  The night was absolutely perfect and I wouldn't change one single thing!

  The "Windhill Ranch" was a great choice to have our wedding. The people were nice and made us feel so comfortable. I had a wonderful time and I think the best weeding I could have ever imagined.

  This wedding venue was absolutely perfect for my wedding. It fit the theme perfectly (vintage rustic backyard wedding) and was so incredibly beautiful. The weather ended up being perfect for a summer outdoor wedding in Texas, and the sunset was gorgeous. The entire venue has so many awesome and adorable aspects, such as the barn with old train car doors, chandeliers and large doors on both the front and back, as well as the adorable inn, the main focus of the venue itself. We had our wedding on the lawn area by the inn, and utilized the barn for other aspects of our wedding. Overall, I am so extremely happy with our choice of this venue. It was beyond a perfect day, and I would not have changed one thing. Thank you to Becky and her husband for allowing us to use their beautiful space!

The cost to have the venue includes just that, the venue alone. That does not include any help of set up, clean up, or anything. I thought with the amount that was paid it would include a little more than what we got. Plus we were basically rushed out of there as soon as reception was over and had to clean up asap. Also some of our guests stayed in the inn and did not even receive any kind of service or acknowledgement. I guess you really need to find out what you are paying for before you purchase this venue.
