  Maria Maginnis is Amazing!!

  Maria was a pleasure to work with, and she did an amazing job! We had a destination wedding, and that made having the right coordinator very important. From our first phone conversation, I could tell that Maria was someone I could trust to handle all of the big and small details of our wedding. She was professional, reassuring, available when either my mother or I were in town, and she was involved throughout the whole planning process. One of the most important things to me was the flow of our wedding day - from getting ready to the end of the reception. I did not want to have to worry about the timing or schedule, and I wanted my guests to enjoy the food, the dancing, and every aspect of the day. Maria put together a detailed timeline and coordinated with all of the vendors. This allowed me to enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids and my family and remain stress-free. Everything went more smoothly than I could have anticipated, and my guests had a blast. It was truly the perfect day from start to finish. I would highly recommend Maria to any future bride!!

  Maria Maginnis is the best! Without Maria our wedding would not have been the same. We booked Maria for the "day of" package and she ended up doing so much more than we originally intended. She met with me 3 times and made sure that everything was designed and put together the way that I wanted it for our party. She allowed me to design things as I wanted and added her feedback and creativity to make our party even better than we imagined. Maria went above and beyond for our special weekend. Additionally, we had a destination wedding which can be difficult and working with Maria set my mind at ease. If this is your plan- I would strongly recommend Maria. There really is so much more that I could say but if you want a party done right by someone who TRULY cares about the people she works with- you have to hire Maria! I am also happy to speak with whoever would like for a personal recommendation of Maria's work.

  Maria was an absolute delight to have on board throughout my wedding planning. She brings a calm yet tactful enthusiatic energy to the process. She provided the resources I needed to secure my vendors in a timely manner. It was awesome having her there during the interview/decision making process. She provided just enough support and input for me to feel that I made all the right selections. She was a very reliable and organized full service wedding planner. The day of our 11/7 wedding, her team managed to keep us a float during a "lucky" rainstorm. I felt secure having the InNOLA Events & Design team with me throughout my planning process all the way up until the end of my (late night) reception. I would like to give them extra kudos for the efficient breakdown in the pouring rain. I was thrilled to have all of my flowers and gifts home the next day! InNOLA Events & Design went over and beyond, and they were truly a blessing! Thank you so very much!!

  My BIG DAY could not have been more perfect! We owe Maria and her staff the biggest thanks & are so grateful to have found her! She tied up all of our loose ends & covered everything that we over looked. She found us a one stop shop vendor that was right across the street from our house. She hit the jack pot with this place because it was so close and they had everything we needed. She saved us a ton of money finding this place. I never would have checked there. She was always on top of things & two steps ahead. She composed a wedding schedule for us along with all the vendors & their contact info, which made it so easy for us to keep track of everyone. All the planning & preparation went so smoothly. She literally thought of everything! She knew I wanted to use ostrich feathers as my theme so she went & collected pictures of feathered decor & ideas for me to look at. I loved everything she picked. She found a pic. of this gorg. cake w/ ostrich feathers that I was obsessed w/! I used that pic to design my own cake & it came out beautifully! We had our ceremony at St. Louis Cathedral which is less than a mile from our B & B so she suggested a horse & carriage from the church back to the house! We absolutely loved that idea, so we got it! It was like a real live fairy tail! :) Picture perfect! She was full of wonderful ideas & was so helpful through out the entire process. We also had a champagne girl that was a hit! Everyone loved it! There is no way we could have pulled it off without her. She kept everyone on schedule the day of from start to finish. She bustled my dress, switched veils, made sure we had food & champagne before our first dance! It was just absolutely perfect! Coming from a couple who was opposed to hiring a wedding planner at first, it was the best decision that we made. Maria and her staff were incredible, friendly & got things done. Love you so much! Thanks for everything!
