    ust had my wedding at the Mark Hopkins Hotel on May 3,2014. I could not hAve been any more pleased with the year long planning with the Mark Hopkins, in particular Chrissy Wolfman the events coordinator. Chrissy is one of the sweetest, kindest, and most patient people. My husband and I struggled finding a wedding venue, but all signs pointed to the Mark Hopkins when we met Chrissy. She was extremely accommodating, and was great at keeping in contact with us. Once we booked the venue, Chrissy continued to take such great care of us. She was easy to get a hold of and always gave professional advice for our wedding. Needless to say, she was perfect !

    On arrival the day before my wedding, the staff at the hotel were great. The customer service is outstanding. All my guests who had checked in to the hotel couldn't believe how on-point all the staff was.

    And let's not forget how beautiful the hotel is. It has such classic San Francisco charm. The rooms are clean and inviting. It sits on top of nob Hill surrounded by such great views of San Francisco and the perfect spot to see cable cars pass by every five minutes right in front of the hotel! It's location is ideal. In the hotel there is Top of the mark which has great food And even better drinks.

    Now to the wedding reception......cocktail hour was held in Room of the Dons and dinner was in Peacock Court and both were amazing! They were spacious and beautiful. The dinner staff, managed by Hani, were so professional. They were like a well oiled machine. Chrissy and Hani made sure all food was hot and out to the guests according to our schedule. All the food was outstanding. My husband and I were pleased when we saw all empty dinner plates (even the ones from the family members who usually never finish their plates). Compliments to the chef and pastry chef for such good looking and even better tasting food.     Superb venue for a first class wedding. My daughter's wedding 7/28/2012 was exquisite. Hotel staff was fabulous. Rooms for cocktail hour, ceremony and reception were warm, inviting and elegant. Food was fabulous; attention to detail by the staff was of the highest quality. Chrissy Wolfman was 'over the top' terrific as the event coordinator. She had the details perfectly planned from beginning to end. She and the hotel go above and beyond in making a couple's wedding everything they dreamed of.

    Our wedding coordinator, Jordan Nimura, was a pleasure to work with. She is professional, has a great personality, is full of suggestions and is really easy to work with. She was able to accommodate a few changes for us on the day of our wedding which made us so happy. She made our wedding experience truly memorable.

    Having our wedding reception at the Intercontinental Mark Hopkins was such a great experience. The pricing of the venue was well priced compared to a lot of the other hotels in San Francisco. The room of the Dons was perfect for our cocktail reception, it wasn't too big or too small.The food is EXCELLENT, till this day we still get compliments on the food that was served. The venue itself is GORGEOUS with a beautiful view of the city!!! The staff was outstanding. This venue is definitely worth checking out, you won't be disappointed!

    Thanks Jordan, we had the best time of our lives celebrating at the Intercontinental Mark Hopkins!

    My husband and I are so pleased with the service we received at Mark Hopkins Hotel. Christigale Fernandez, the event coordinator we worked with, was wonderful. She was very personable, professional, and responsive. We really enjoyed working with her. Actually, we were impressed with the entire hotel staff (except the doorman at the Top of the Mark- terrible). We looked forward to every visit to the hotel since everyone there was so friendly and accomodating.

    Hosting a wedding at the Mark Hopkins is not cheap, but you definitely get the bang for your buck. A lot was included in our package deal and they took care of everything. The night ran so smoothly; without a hitch! We didn't have a wedding planner, but Jordan was there supervising that day and she did an excellent job.

    We purchased the package that included wine with dinner only and were concerned that the waiters might not refill our guests glasses enough, but the wine was flowin'! Our guests were very happy and so were we.

    It was a truly memorable evening for everyone there. Excellent service and value for the cost. Thank you ,everyone at Mark Hopkins!

    Although a bit expensive (which is not surprising given the location and reputation of the venue), the Mark Hopkins provided the elegant experience I wanted for my reception. Chrissy is really fantastic to work with - always highly professional, responsive, and accommodating to any request we had.

    We had a very quaint civil ceremony at San Francisco City Hall so we just wanted to gather our immediate family for cocktails and dinner. The Top of the Mark was the perfect setting with a live band and wonderful views. The food was not the greatest but we knew it wouldn't be going into it.
