  Zion Mountain Wedding of my Dreams

  Firstly, Irene is AMAZING at what she does, and secondly - she is truly a kind human who is passionate and cares about all her wedding couples. Irene and her team were wonderful, patient, and flexible during our entire micro wedding in Zion. Irene conducted the day with ease and made sure that the groom and myself (bride) were comfortable throughout the day. Irene could handle and pivot with any change or request thrown at her and her team. We are so grateful to have had the most wonderful team to make our day feel seamless. If you are getting married in Zion, Irene is THE person to choose.

  Best team ever

  Irene and Co were absolutely amazing to work with. From the start, Irene was very available and helpful with every step of the process. From picking out venues, to helping us understand costs, and pointing us towards the best vendors. She took point on booking and managing logistics on things which made the process much more enjoyable and relaxing for us. Irene was very flexible with offering different options for every decision we had to make, as indecisive people, this made it much more approachable. Everyone we worked with on her staff was equally as delightful, pleasant, and helpful. For all of our meetings with the venue, someone on staff was always present to help us ask the questions we wouldn’t even think of. The staff day of the wedding made the entire day seamless and perfect. The staff made it so we did not have to spend an ounce of time worrying about the logistics or coordination of the day. There was a minor hiccup in transportation the day of the wedding, and her staff took care of it without hesitation to the point where we barely even knew the hiccup occurred, nor did it effect any of the timeline for the day. The day of staff was also incredible for the reception. Making sure that every detail was ironed out, and we always had a drink in hand, and food in front of us. They made everything leading up to our special day, and the wedding itself, so enjoyable and fun, and we can not recommend Irene and her team enough. By far the best investment we ever made.

  Wedding weekend of events

  Irene helped us execute four days of wedding fun with a group of 100 people. All in, we had 7 events, ranging from a formal ceremony to a pickleball tournament, and Irene and her group didn't bat an eye. Irene helped me plan the weekend from start to finish, ensuring I felt totally prepared and stress-free once the festivities began. It was the best weekend of my life and it wouldn't have been possible without Irene & Co.!

Irene was so kind, personable, and detail oriented. Our goal was for our family to not have to worry about working for any part of the wedding other than looking and feeling great, Irene helped us accomplish this goal. Her team is equally as dedicated to making the planning process simple and enjoyable. As a couple we struggled to really solidify our wedding vision, Irene was very accommodating to us. She helped us plan from beginning to end our perfect day- through years of experience Irene & Co Events offers expert advice on how to make the day run smoothly.   I only have good things to say about Irene! She went above and beyond to make sure all of the vendors were taken care of and the wedding day went as smoothly as possible. Throughout the wedding day she was professional, organized, kind, and knowledgeable. Everything started right on time with no hiccups. I was so impressed with how she brought everything together! As a vendor I appreciated all of the information she gave me prior to the wedding so I didn’t have to try and dig for it myself. I had all the everything necessary weeks in advance and that made navigating the wedding day a breeze! She kept in close contact with us vendors throughout the process to help the bride+groom have stress free planning. She always answered any messages in a timely manner which I appreciated.

  Do yourself a favor and hire Irene + Co Events

  I had the pleasure of working with Irene and her team this past weekend. The first event was an editorial shoot for Utah Bride Magazine and the second was an intimate wedding at La Caille.
  
  Irene is a joy to work with. She is proactive, attentive, and a problem solver. There was an issue with some RSVPs, and the couple never knew about it because it was handled quickly and efficiently. The guests were thrilled with the way it was handled. She truly cares about her couples and it shows in her stunning work. She has an eye for luxury design. Everything ran perfectly because she surrounds herself with talented vendors who can work with autonomy under her guidance. Her communication is impeccable, and she is super easy to work with. 10 out of 10. Would love to work with her again.

  Best wedding planner!

  Irene was very professional, attentive, and accommodating. Made my life so much easier, as the mother of the bride, I had my hands full, and she took all the stress out of me by taking care of everything, and I mean everything! She surprised me at the end of the party when she asked me for my car keys, she put all of the newlyweds presents in my car!!!! My daughter and I couldn't be happier. I have another daughter, who will hopefully be getting married this year, and I will definitely hire her again!!

  When selecting an event/wedding planner for our wedding and wedding shower, we wanted an ally of the LBTQIA+ community; someone who understood that our event would be non-traditional, and all-inclusive. Irene didn't blink an eye, she made us feel comfortable through every turn, she is truly amazing. She gave us the shower of our DREAMS. We are SO excited to see how our wedding turns out!

  Wedding Planning Superhero

  Irene was so incredible during the wedding planning process and her team was top-notch day of. I wasn’t originally planning on hiring a planner but once I heard about how helpful Irene was during my sister-in-law’s planning process, I was sold. Before Irene joined my team, I had picked out all of my vendors, but then had become overwhelmed by the process. Irene took the reins from me and played a major part in designing my wedding, coordinating with the vendors, and of course making sure my wedding weekend went smoothly. I was so relaxed about my wedding, especially the weeks leading up to it, that I was really able to enjoy the process and the day. I cannot recommend Irene enough!

  Best money spent!

  We are so glad we decided to work with Irene and team for month-of coordination. I was fully prepared to not be able to work with Irene until the actual month of but she went out of her way to meet with me to understand my vision, keep me on schedule, and ensure my own planning was running smoothly. By the time I reached one month out, I wasn’t even stressed! I was able to enter my wedding week feeling completely at ease and trusting everything would run smoothly. The day of, I was completely present. A huge part of that is due to our day-of lead coordinator, Jess. She was AMAZING! She took everything off our plate, made the design in my head come to life, and made sure I was taken care of always. She was attentive and professional but also so warm and easy to work with - you’d think she was a family friend just keeping us all on track! We are so appreciative to Irene, Jess and team - thank you!!!

  invaluable vendor throughout the entire wedding planning process!

  Irene was SO helpful throughout the entire planning process! She's an excellent communicator, very professional, and well connected in the industry! She allowed us to save so much time searching for vendors, was extremely patient with my perfectionist requests, and took care of everything we needed throughout the whole year leading up to our wedding. When it came time for our wedding day, Irene was phenomenal! Her ability to take care of last minute concerns and also deal with requests from family was huge. She went out to run errands for us the night before our big day to prep for any possibility of rain, took care of transportation of dresses and other misc. items morning of, and was just an absolute rockstar the whole day. Not to mention all her help transporting gifts, decor, etc. for us at the end of the night. On our wedding day, Irene allowed us to have complete peace of mind that everything was taken care of and that is a truly invaluable reason to hire Irene + Co Events. Irene allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams and we're so thankful for her!

  A Day to Remember

  Irene was an instrumental part of our seamless stressless wedding. The partnership we had with Irene and her team was exceptional. Everything ended up being just as we imagined. Her coordination with vendors was fantastic, which contributed significantly to having the best day of our lives. Our parents, the venue, and our vendors only had the highest praise for Irene for good reason.
  
  I'd like to think we could have done a great job without a planner, but I would be kidding myself. If you can, hire Irene & Co. You will be glad you did.

  Can’t say enough good things!

  I was completely stress free on my wedding day, and that is totally thanks to Irene and her team! My family and wedding party didn’t have to worry about a thing either, and the peace of mind was amazing and allowed us all to be in the moment the whole day. Irene saved the day on more than one occasion (making a trip into salt lake to get a bow tie for my dad) and I knew everything we had planned together was in great hands. She was a joy to work with in the planning process too, giving us so many great vendor recs and taking so much stress off the planning process. She made my vision come to life, and I truly got to have my dream wedding because of her guidance. The day after my wedding so many of my family members were complimenting what a great wedding coordinator I had. If you’re on the fence at all, do it, you will absolutely thank yourself for hiring Irene!

  If it were possible to give Irene and Co more than five stars I absolutely would! My daughter hired Irene as her wedding coordinator and Irene and her team flawlessly executed every single detail, bringing my daughters vision into reality. My daughter and her (new) husband (!!) were able to enjoy their day knowing that Irene was seamlessly taking care of all the behind the scenes details. As a wedding photographer and fellow wedding vendor, I love working with her and always know that it’s going to be the party of the year if she is there. When Irene takes care of your event, you are signing up for a day where you don’t have to worry about any of the details— you can just enjoy the party and be present in the moment.
