  The sweetest little wedding cake!

  Isis made us the most perfect tiny wedding cake for our cake cutting ceremony. It was simple and beautiful and, most importantly, delicious! We tried a few flavors (all of them amazing), but ultimately chose the lemon-blueberry-lavender. Highly recommend!

  Best Cake!

  Isis came by recommendation of our florist Giti, (Botanica Flowers). We were very pleased from our tasting (about 7 months before the wedding day) to the wedding cake presentation. Of the 3 flavors that we choose to taste, we fell in love with the salted caramel. The nude frosting look complimented our rustic wedding theme perfectly with the balance of a few wedding flowers. We highly recommend Isis Cakes and will be picking up more cakes for our holiday gatherings in the future!

  Amazing and Delicious!

  Choosing Isis Cakes was the best decision for our wedding cake. Isis was great to work with and helped us narrow down our flavors by making us "sample" cakes to try that looked too beautiful to eat! We decided to lemon raspberry for me and chocolate goddess for my husband. Isis listened to my vision for the "naked" look and used fresh flowers from our florist. The cake looked stunning, and tasted amazing! We are still eating it a week later! Thank you Isis for amazing service, quality and professionalism and for helping to make our day so special, and tasty!

  beautiful AND delicious cake!

  We were honestly on the fence about whether to have cake for our wedding, but are so glad we did! I saw Isis's cakes online, and they were so beautiful - simple, but not boring, and with amazing flower accents. I hate when cakes are prettier than they taste, so was even more excited when we picked up our cakes for the tasting, and they were delicious! We ended up going with a coconut layer and a lemon thyme layer. When one guest was leaving, she sought us out just to tell us that it was the best coconut cake she had ever had! Beyond all of that, Isis was truly such a pleasure to work with. She was laid back but totally professional, and I really trusted her opinions and expertise. The only downside was that the night went so fast, I never had a piece of cake! I'm hoping to go get a cake from Isis for our first anniversary to make up for that!

  Beautiful, delicious cake

  Isis makes absolutely scrumptious cakes. (I've had them before.) For our wedding, she made a beautiful multi-tiered cake, as well as sheet cakes for ease of feeding guests. Some people may have a lot of specific directions for a cake, I was happy to pick the flavors (chocolate and raspberry) and let her decorate with what worked best. It was gorgeous, and an incredibly easy proccess.

  When I first found Isis Cakes online I was blown away by the beautiful images of her cakes. They are truly works of art. After our tasting, we were equally impressed by how delicious the cakes were. This was the first time in my life I have experienced such perfect cakes that were truly amazing both inside and out. I worked with Isis to design a custom cake for our wedding and it couldn't have turned out better. Our guests were all extremely happy with the cake and we plan to get it regularly. If you are having your wedding in Newport or nearby, make sure you check out Isis' Cakes. You won't be disappointed!!

  Isis made the most beautiful and delicious cake. So many people told us how much they loved it! It was everything we had hoped for we are so happy that she was a part of such a special day in our lives. We see many of her delicious cakes in our future! We would highly recommend her!

  From the moment I first spoke with Isis I felt comfortable with her, she was such a pleasure to work with and her cakes looked beautiful on her website. Of course, a cake can look beautiful and the person baking it can be a pleasure but taste is also very important - well, Isis didn't fail to deliver on that aspect that's for sure. My husband and I went for a tasting and we were blown away - she made us 3 adorable mini cakes that were so good. We had a hard time deciding but we went with the carrot cake (which we didn't try at our tasting) and the raspberry lemon thyme. I didn't think it was possible but the cake at the wedding was even better than our tasting cakes - both were absolutely amazing. Everyone raved about them - especially carrot cake. I make carrot cake every Easter and it was always "the best carrot cake" anyone has ever had, well not anymore - everyone said the carrot cake at the wedding was the best and I have to agree - it was amazing.

  Loved our wedding cakes! Isis made 3 different cakes for our wedding in June 2017 - carrot cake, chocolate raspberry and my favorite - key lime strawberry. Very simple design with fresh flowers, these cakes looked great at our Newport Vineyards reception. And they were scrumptious!

Our tasting was delicious and beautiful and the cake on the wedding day was incredible. Everyone complains that wedding cakes (in general) are pretty but not delicious - I have never heard so many guests raving about the quality and taste of this cake! We showed them you can have a beautiful, delicious cake at your wedding. Even if you're not in the market for a wedding cake, would recommend stopping by Isis Cakes for a sweet treat anytime you're in RI. It is worth the trip!

Isis listened to our ideas when it came to design for our wedding cake, and gave us delicious options to choose from. We decided upon the Lemon-Thyme cake, which was a difficult decision considering how delicious ALL of her cakes are, but couldn't have been happier.   Isis makes the *best* cakes. She bakes out of her family's wine and cheese shop, it's lovely, friendly as is Isis. The cakes are as beautiful as they are tasty, no Fondant, FYI , but all the better for it.

  Isis was wonderful to work with and her cake was delicious! I had a destination wedding in Westerly, RI and we tried a few different bakeries. Isis was definitely our favorite! Her cake was moist and flavorful and her butter cream icing was incredible. We choose her of course! We did a four-tiered cake with alternating flavors on each tier. She was very happy to work with us to choose the best combination of flavors. When we had a change to the design of the cake about a month before, she was very flexible and didn't give us a hard time with the short notice change. She has an eye for decorating with flowers and she did a cascade of hydrangeas for us - it was beautiful! All the guests LOVED her cake and we received many compliments! Would choose Isis again in a heart beat.

  I have to say I'm unimpressed with the service I have received from this vendor. I am getting married at Newport Vineyards and they are one of the 2 bakeries I can choose from to have my cake made (limited, I know). I contacted Isis to get some more information and set up a meeting - she took about 5-6 days to respond and informed me that she would not meet with me until 6-7 months prior to my wedding. I asked if we could make it sooner, since we only have two bakeries to choose from ..... she never responded. Well, I won't be going with Isis!
