Amazing service, Amazing Photos

Lester took our Maternity Photos so it only made sense to ask him to take our engagement photos! And he did an amazing job! I was so anxious for my photos but Lester’s turn around time was perfect! Thank you so much Lester!

Simply Elegant

I'm so lucky to have been able to have Isle Media and Alan's team be a part of our special day! I'm a shy person and they let me be myself and have a completely natural feel with every picture. I also use them for videography and it was spectacular! The time they spent on details and lighting came out so perfect! They truly made me appreciate their art and I'm thankful for how they made me feel about myself.

A Fourth of July To Remember!

Isle Media is a very professional company and provide top notch services. They were very responsive to any of our questions that we had. We were able to communicate with Alan and Samantha but worked with Lester, Sam, Kela, and Michael. We had them provide our engagement shoot, videography, photography, and the same day edits during the wedding. They did an outstanding job capturing the moment and payed close attention to all the little details. We would recommend working with Alan and his team for any videography and photography services you may need.

Amazing and beautiful

Alan, Lester, Ezra & Reece made sure that they captured every moment. From our engagement photos, ceremony, reception, slideshow and same day edit, they did an awesome job! They made sure we were comfortable and took the time to ask us what we wanted them to capture on our special day. Their professionalism and passion for what they do shows it in their work. Can I just say amazing!!!! Hire them hire them hire them!!! They helped me even when I got items for our slideshow in last minute. They stayed all day and made an exquisite same day edit video! If you are going to invest in something the big package is worth it! We were so impressed!! They also have other vendors they work with, which made it easier to book and they gave a great deal! Isle Media's photos turned out amazing! I am in love with them and cannot stop looking through every single one! It took some time to receive the final product, but it was well worth the wait! We went with the lite photography and video option and still have almost 600 photos. The team that did our wedding was very nice, friendly, funny, and professional. 100% would do again.

Everyone we came in contact with at Isle Media were simply amazing! Kay and Michael were our photographer/videographer for our wedding, and they were awesome and so much fun to work with! They made sure to check in with me before they left for the evening just to be sure there wasn't anything else I wanted them to capture. Very unexpected and very much appreciated! Definitely worth it to book with Isle Media!

Isle Media is such a great company to work with. They are really well known in Oahu which is why I was confident that I did the right choice to hire them capture my wedding day. They were really good at communicating with me through emails! I got a great package deal with same day edit, 8hr coverage and slideshow and it turned out great! I still can't get over how fast they were with capturing my day and adding it onto the same-day edit.

They have a lot of people that works for Isle Media and a variety of choices to choose from. Thank you to Romeo, Alex, Brantt, Allan, and Michael for helping us capture our wedding day. (Please forgive me if I spelt your names wrong or forgot, lol.) But I am so thankful to have Isle Media as one of my vendors. Great team!

Lester, Alan and the whole team at Isle Media was absolutely phenomenal!!
My husband and I had our wedding late last month (October) on the North Shore of Oahu and were completely blown away by the pure AWESOMENESS of everyone at Isle media. Their attention to detail and ability to capture really beautiful moments is amazing and they made the whole process relaxed and a lot of fun. They also encouraged us to let them know of any particular shots that we might have wanted taken which allowed us to get creative and really capture our true nature. - Two shots they got that were truly impressive was one of the bridal party and one of the whole wedding party all posing on the beach at sunset with a back light- you have to check it out on their website IT IS STUNNING!

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to capture a magical experience or event. My husband and I had the most amazing day on our wedding day, and we could not be more happy with our decision to have Lester, Alan and everyone at Isle media be apart of it.

These guys were really professional and very easy to work with. They knew exactly what kinds of shots they wanted to take and they also scouted our site ahead of time to know where they wanted to take other shots. They also had the ability to get creative on the spot and think of different types of shots and angles based on where we were at the time and what was available. I highly recommend these guys for all of your photo/video needs!

Isle Media is the best. Lester and his right hand man is awesome! My wedding was on March 29,2014 we had our love story done by them and it came out great! Everyone came up to us and told us they loved the video we had everyone crying and laughing. I seen some of my pictures and so far I am loving what I seen I can't wait to see all my pictures! We are so happy to have chosen Isle Media as our photographers. Reese, Lester and the rest of the photography team were amazing! They're were easy going and respectful which made it easy for us to relax and have fun. They were very professional, even via phone and email communications. Prompt in their replies and answered all our questions. We went with their package deal of photography, videography and beauty. Not only is it convenient to have a vendor provide more than one service (cost effective), but we also chose them because we felt that our videos and pictures together would have that uniformity. Despite the rain and overcast weather, the pictures were beautiful!!! Can't skimp on the photos, they will last forever - Isle Media provided it all: quality, value and professionalism!

Having had the pleasure of working with Isle Media on a job in Hawaii, I struggled to find their equal as I prepared for my Colorado wedding. So I held my breath and asked if they would be willing to travel to the snowy mountains for my wedding and they enthusiastically said yes! Sure, we had travel expenses but Isle Media is not a group of divas and the quality of the work I received was beyond worth it.

We had seen so many "pros" who seem to make the wedding about their needs and were constantly in the way of guests viewing and enjoyment and we knew that was not something we wanted. And this is NOT what Isle Media is about. They are about joy, beauty and professionalism.

To anyone reading this - you must put Isla Media on your short list for photography and videography. Not only are our pictures incredible and our videos stunning/joyous/crazy awesome (PS - you will not find anyone with a better turn around time) but my father (and many others) still ask about Jack and Lester and Isle Media will always be an honorary member of our family.

I frequently find my husband (who was not a fan of wedding videos and doesn't have a ton of patience for photos) watching our day via video and photo slideshow and he is so thankful for these treasures.

We just got married in the beginning of February at the JW Marriott Ihilani Resort on Oahu. The team from Isle Media we had were Reese, Jack, Trevor and Kay - all of which were phenomenal. They were friendly, fun and made us all feel really comfortable. They were open to all my crazy ideas - and had great ones of their own.
We're at that age where all of our friends are getting married, and now we're the envy of them all since not all did we get our photos and videos in less than 3 WEEKS, they look AMAZING! It's really great that we got all our stuff so quickly - I've heard from so many of my friend that they wait over 5 months - sometimes even a year!
I wanted to use a photo for our thank you cards and now we can send out our thank you's quickly.
We also did a trash-the-dress photo and video shoot at Eternity Beach on Oahu. So fun!!! Totally felt like we were in a movie :)

At the last minute I decide to add a photobooth. LOVE photobooths! This way the guests get an additional party favors and we got a copy of all the pictures on DVD.

Lester was so wonderful for our wedding on spetember 1, 2012! Our original photographer (from another company) canceled on us at the last minute and Lester truly saved the day! Our pictures will be charished for our lifetime and hopefully after too! They are truly beautiful. Lester was punctual, professional and all around GREAT!!!! Thank you a million times! We plan on contacting you for maternity pictures as well, when that happens!!

Our family photographer was unable to travel with us for our big day, so we sadly spent countless, frustrating hours researching photographers in Maui. I was incredibly stressed out as my pictures, aside from the actual "getting married" part, was to me, the most important part of my wedding! I needed a photographer who would capture every special moment of my big day from start to finish and still offer a reasonable price. I found a lot of photographers who seemed great, but actually trusting someone we did not know and would not meet until our big day, was a bit nerve racking. And being that there was no way around that (we live in San Diego), we had to just bite the bullet, take our chances and choose a photographer who could offer the best package to suit all our needs. My friend recently got married in Oahu and used Reese Moriyama as her photographer. She shared her photos and highly recommended him. Being that Isle Media is based out of Oahu and my wedding was in Maui, I thought it was pointless, but I gave it a shot. THANK GOSH! I emailed explaining my wedding situation, my needs and that my wedding was on the 4th of July ( just a few weeks away) and on a different island. Reese responded immediately and not only offered everything I needed, but was able to travel as well. He was sure to keep up with me the next few weeks leading up to my wedding making sure he knew exactly what I wanted and that we had a schedule. From his very first email response, I felt a clear sense of professionalism,yet he was also incredibly personable. He arrived early and shot every second from there on. He sent me some previews just a few days after my wedding and I absolutely fell in love (as well as all of my family and friends!). My photographer from home even said that one of our black and white photos was the nicest wedding shot she's ever seen! And others said it looked like it belonged in a magazine! And of another photo by Reese, our boss wants to blow up and hang at our workplace! We have gotten so many compliments on our photos. I had no idea as he shot thousands of pictures, how beautiful they'd turn out. He didn't just shoot my wedding, but he captured the breathtaking scenery as well as the emotions and personalities of all of us. I am so happy we chose Isle Media Photography. We have beautiful photos to remind us of our special day. Reese was so easy and comfortable to work with. With no doubt I would recommend Reese and Isle Media-Photography, our experience was perfect! Thank you Reese, our actual wedding couldn't last forever, but all the beautiful photos will allow us to cherish our day forever!

Drop whatever you are doing right now and go hire Isle Media for your photo/video. Your wedding day moves so quickly and you want to make sure it's captured in a way that you'll remember it forever. Reese, Alan, and Ezra really went above and beyond to make our day so special. They even created a 5 minute video that was shown AT OUR RECEPTION. Our guests went wild. It was so beautifully done--they have an artistic eye that brought more beauty to a day that was perfect.

We checked out Isle Media in Hawaii even though we got married in Las Vegas and it was worth it to have them travel. They were reasonably priced but their product speaks for itself. This was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process.

Delayed product delivery, very poor communication.

We picked Isle Media mainly because of their lower price point. Videography was an item that we chose not to splurge on. I noticed that most of the good reviews were from couples who got the same-day edit package, which we didn't. We weren't expecting anything spectacular, but the finished products were further proof that you get what you pay for.

Our videographer of the day, Ezra, was great to work with and the only redeeming factor of this whole experience. Unfortunately he is no longer with the company.

Per the contract, the final product will be provided "generally within 2-4 months after the Event Date".

Our wedding was on 3/23/2019.

9/7/19 - Sent email to follow up on progress, no response.
9/9/19 - Reached Samantha (I'm guessing she is the admin/contact person) by phone AND followed up with email, was told she would look into it. No response after that.
9/15/19 - We resorted to direct messaging Ezra on Instagram (at which point he told us he was no longer working at Isle Media, but had contacted Mike at Isle Media for us and gave us Mike's email). We emailed Mike to provide some music preference and sample videos.
9/17/19 - Mike emailed to let us know that the music preference and samples videos were sent to their editor. (Which means they had NOT worked on our videos all this time).
9/18/19 - We received our full wedding day video the very next day, which made us wonder whether it was made in a rush, and the editing work looked rushed too. Our biggest disappointment was with the audio of our vows, it was full of background noise and we could barely hear what we were saying! We were later told that the microphone my husband wore during the ceremony had interference issues. It seemed like they only used the audio captured by the video camera.
9/19/19 - Requested to purchase the raw footage via phone call with Samantha.
9/26/19 - It took us A WEEK to receive the invoice for the raw footage via email.
9/27/19 - Check mailed to Isle Media to purchase raw footage.
10/8/19 - Emailed Samantha to let her know the check should have arrived and asked for a confirmation.
10/9/19 - The check was cashed the next day, but NO response from Samantha.
10/21/19 - TWO WEEKS had gone by after our check was cashed with zero communication from Isle Media. I called Samantha and was told the raw footage should already be in the mail, but if not, it will be mailed to us within the week. As we came to find out, of course it was not already in the mail.
10/24/19 - Received external hard drive in mail. USPS tracking info indicates that it was dropped off by sender on 10/22/19, the day after I called Samantha.

I had never imagined that chasing down the wedding videos would be the most painful part of our wedding. I worked with our planner to plan the entire destination wedding from the mainland, and experienced none of the difficulty with any of the other vendors. I understand that schedule can be hectic for those who work in the wedding industry, but that doesn't explain cashing our check and not even taking the time to get back to us for TWO WEEKS. This tells me that you are not just busy, but you don't care.
