  Great experience with the Alumni Center

  I would definitely recommend the Alumni Center as a Wedding Reception venue! They were flexible to our needs, emailed regularly with updates, and helped us on the day when we were setting up. Also the venue is picture perfect!

  Amazing Experience!

  We had a fantastic experience at the ISU Alumni Center. Bry and her staff were incredibly kind and helpful. She took care of everything and kept us on schedule. We would recommend the ISU Alumni Center to anyone looking for a wedding ceremony and/or reception venue. The building is beautiful, and both being ISU alumni, my husband and I loved the ISU décor and charm. Our wedding day was perfect and it was all thanks to Bry and her staff!

  We had a fantastic experience at the ISU Alumni Center. Bry and her staff were incredibly kind and helpful. She took care of everything and kept us on schedule. We would recommend the ISU Alumni Center to anyone looking for a wedding ceremony and/or reception venue. The building is beautiful, and both being ISU alumni, my husband and I loved the ISU décor and charm. Our wedding day was perfect and it was all thanks to Bry and her staff!

  Flawless, Fantastic, Amazing!

  Working with the alumni center was perfection. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our experience was. Everything was what we wanted and more-Perfect! They were so easy to work with and we basically paid for a day of coordinator included in the price because of how great Angela and her team were! I had no worries or anxiety day of at all because of how much I trusted them. They were able to see my vision and make it happen! No hiccups! Everyone LOVED the venue and the vibe we had and it was just the best day ever! It was an added bonus that we had a winter wedding and the entire venue was already decorated with lights, ribbons, evergreens, and garland! Truly amazing! Thank you!

  Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommended

  We loved using the Alumni Center for our daughter's wedding venue. We worked with Bry, who was amazingly helpful and patient. I was very impressed by the level of service that she and her staff offer. Bry coordinated everything for us - the catering, the band, the rehearsal, the ceremony processional and timeline, the reception timeline, etc. - it was by far the easiest wedding planning that I have ever experienced (and with multiple daughters, I've had a lot of experience!) Our wedding was intended to be outdoors in the garden, but the weather had other ideas. No worries - the staff quickly set up for an indoor ceremony and the whole day went as smoothly as if it had been planned that way! I highly recommend the Alumni Center to anyone looking for a beautiful venue and an experienced and capable staff. Fantastic experience!

  I can honestly say the staff at the Iowa State Alumni Center made our day so amazing and unforgettable! No need to hire a wedding planner with this venue.   Is it possible to fall in love with a venue? Because after having my wedding at the Alumni Center I absolutely believe it’s possible.
  
  We chose to do a morning ceremony and a brunch reception, so I was looking for a venue that would be able to accommodate a slightly non-traditional wedding. We had both at the Alumni Center. The staff did a FLAWLESS job! Seriously, I had no stress throughout the whole process. Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. Our event planner Bry was amazing to work with. She was so easy to get ahold of and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. We had originally planned for an outdoor ceremony, and ended up moving it indoors a few days before due to the weather forecast. That caused no problem at all! The staff took care of EVERYTHING (coordinated day-of schedule of events with my other vendors, set up the room including decor I dropped off, made sure the bridal party was where they needed to be, assisted my guests with parking, seating, buffet line, etc.) We recieved so many compliments from our guests on the venue as a whole, including flow of events, professionalism of the staff and beauty of the building. I felt like all I had to do was show up and enjoy my wedding! Highly recommend using this venue.

  We couldn't have been happier with using the Alumni Center as our reception venue. They made planning so easy, and I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Awesome staff and great location!

  I would recommend using the ISU Alumni Center as the place to get married and have a reception. The location is beautiful and Angela is wonderful to work with! We had a wonderful wedding and reception there thanks to her help. We got married outside in the gardens and then went inside to the ballroom for the reception. This place was great!

She helped me put together a layout of the room and helped to make sure all the vendors were in line for our special day! I couldn't have asked for a more special day and the Alumni center just helped to make it that much more special! I have TONS of pictures posted in my profile from our reception so take a look! Great service and great people to work with! I highly recommend it!

  Although we haven't had the celebration yet, the ISU Alumni Center has been awesome. They always respond within hours of phone calls or emails. They are available for any questions and open to help with anything. I am more than willing to give them a recommendation and refer them to anyone that I know.
