  Excellent from start to finish!

  We would recommend Italian Creations over and over again. Ross and his team were amazing and made our wedding day truly special. The food was FANTASTIC and our guests raved about it, many saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was excellent. We were taken care of from before we even signed the contract througb after the wedding ended. They were also very flexible when we had to postpone our original November 2020 date to May 2021 and when our guest count changed due to capacity issues. We were able to make the change with no hassle which was so appreciated considering everything else we were dealing with at that time. Will be using them again in for future events. Thank you, Italian Creations!

  Fantastic brunch wedding

  Ross and his crew were great and an amazing recommendation from our coordinators. Don't let the name fool you, they're a jack-of-all-trades with food! We had a small brunch buffet wedding and all of our guests raved about our food, especially the biscuits and sausage gravy! They took care of everything and were extremely laid back and accommodating, which is refreshing when you're planning your big day from another state like we were.

  Ross and his crew were great and an amazing recommendation from our coordinators. Don't let the name fool you, they're a jack-of-all-trades with food!   Italian Creations is a must recommend for catering!

  Ross and his team were fantastic! They have a great deal of experience with weddings and large parties, and have the resources to handle it all. We had our September wedding catered by them family-style, with two meat options, pasta, potato, vegetable, salad, and bread. Additionally, they provided antipasti boards for our cocktail hour and varieties of popcorn and pizza for a late night snack. The food was plentiful and delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers in the weeks after! Ross also has a rental company which we utilized for our chairs, linens, and silverware. His staff are very friendly and helpful, and took care of all set-up and clean up. For the amount of and quality food, as well as the other items we rented from them, we found Italian Creations to be quite affordable, and I would definitely recommend them for any wedding or event! Once again, thanks Ross for helping make our day a special one!

  The Italian Creations team is absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend them enough, they truly go above and beyond with service. Not to mention their food is incredibly delicious, our wedding guests were raving about the food for weeks afterward (particularly the gnocchi with sweet roasted red pepper sauce!). They are extremely responsive and very reasonably priced. Our wedding would not have gone half as smoothly without Ross and his team. We highly recommend them!

  Ross and his team at Italian Creations are amazing! They are professional, efficient, and friendly. All our guests absolutely loved the food and went back for more. They made sure everything ran smoothly. We will definitely be using Italian Creations for other events!

  Food was fabulous and the entire process was stress free because of Ross. My reception was flawless and I was worry free due to the entire team at Italian creations.

  The quality of their food is outstanding. Definitely not your typical catered food, it tastes like home cooking! The owner is easy to work with. He makes it clear he wants to help your wedding day be a great party and celebration.

  We had about 30 folks for Rehearsal Dinner at a home. We contacted Russ at Italian Creations and together we came up with a menu that folks are still talking about today! It was great! I strongly recommend Italian Creations for all your Catering needs!

  First, Italian Creations has the most fantastic food ever. Second, the owner, Ross Keller, is professional, flexible, easy going, and makes every effort to go above and beyond. They catered my wedding, which was sit-down, with two meal choices, provided bar service, and were on hand the day before to prep the room, set tables, help with table arrangements, etc. Ross made sure every detail that night was perfect and worked with my other vendors to ensure satisfaction. I highly recommend Italian Creations to any bride who is looking for excellent food, elegant service, at a great price. Thank you Ross!

  Ross was sooooo helpful and thoughtful to our needs,!!Our reception was at Ariel International and turned out to be fantastic,!!!! They all worked soo hard and our guests all LOVED the food and the service! thank you again! We had a wonderful experience!, Can't believe it is over!

  Wonderful Food and Great Service!

  Our wedding venue had a list of 5 preferred caterers for us to choose from. After doing some research, we reached out to Italian creations since we had heard great things from everyone in the wedding business about them. Having reviewed a ton of caterers in the process, we can confidently say that Italian Creations gives you the best bang for your buck. And the food is top notch! Our guests are still asking us who catered our wedding and if they can order from them for smaller events. They offer a wide selection of entrees, sides, salads and appetizers - not all are Italian themed dishes (though you will definitely want the focaccia bread served!). The owner, Ross, cooks all the food on site at your venue, so it is fresh that day! All of his bar tenders and wait staff were very welcoming and happy compared to other catering staffs we have encountered at past weddings, where they seem to not want to be there. The staff knew our names and checked in with the wedding party all night long. The tasting we had with Ross was excellent. We were able to bring four other people, and he let us try a variety of his food options. Everything was delicious and it was difficult to choose just a few - though we recommend you splurge for the beef tenderloin with dill sauce. He also sits down with you at the end to review all the details of how the day will go and what you will need. His staff handles everything else from linens to glassware to china. His food and service was worth every penny. We have no major complaints; however, we will say that there is an opportunity for improvement regarding communication. Sometimes he responds right away and other times you could be waiting awhile (1-2 weeks). Luckily our day-of coordinator took care of a lot, and in the end, this was by far the best choice for our wedding. The food was amazing, and we still enjoy ordering our favorites as takeout even now after the wedding.

It never felt like fees just kept getting added which is typically the norm when planning a wedding. He was very reasonable and accommodating throughout the entire process.   Debbie did our linens and she is great - shows lots of options, and can work within any budget. She also likes to have a "surprise" for the bride - for us she did our appetizer tables with fancy linens and set up. It looked great! They do all the setup and are a well-oiled machine. There were never dirty plates or glasses just sitting on the tables, and they were on top of everything.
  
  They are also an incredible value. They do not charge a cake cutting fee or lots of extra charges. They also did our bar and only charge you for what you use, a great plus that not a lot of other places do.
  
  They felt like family when we met them and really care about making your event special. They took so much stress off of us because there were never any problems and they were such pros.
