Real Italian Knot made my dreams come true!!!
Roberta and her team exceeded all of my expectations. Roberta offered great suggestions to help my vision come to life, but also let me give my own creative input on things. She always made me feel heard throughout the planning process, and truly thought of every detail! The quality of service received for the price I paid was exceptional. Roberta is willing to go above and beyond for her couples, and definitely went out of her way to ensure that I had the best day ever. I live in the states but got married in Italy, so to have Roberta help me throughout this process was truly invaluable. I can’t thank her enough for all that she did for me to create the wedding of my dreams! Thank you Real Italian Knot!! -

Roberta was amazing from the first call. She was very flexible, even with the stark time difference always made herself available! I was planning a wedding while working full time and going to school so I was constantly going. Roberta helped me plan every single thing! Even before we signed our contract she asked about our vision and budget and said she could put together options just to ensure we were all on the same page. This is something that other planners would never do! But Roberta really cares about not only your day but your relationship. This is a stressful time so she wants to make sure that you feel confident in her! She also speaks English which was extremely helpful when communicating your vision with vendors. She was very open and honest, if something wasn't right she made sure I felt okay to say something. Throughout it all she always reminded me that it was my day and that it should be exactly as I wanted! One call we spent two hours alone looking through a table-setting catalog looking at the smallest details because she wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! When we got to Italy we gave the Uber the wrong address and she called taxis for us after we panicked! She helped us book our train tickets, she helped us set up our Wise accounts. She also made sure that I knew which vendors would take cash to help save us money from VAT which not everyone does or even mentions! She helped us plan transportation to our venue in the wine country from Florence airport for all of our guests! A welcome dinner with multiple courses that was perfect at a winery and the owners themselves did our tasting! She worked with our venue to plan an activity day for our group with two different activities! She was on site all three days to make sure we were okay! it rained the night before and she was already mapping out backup plans for us that turned out to be amazing! I had things that did not make it in time before we left from amazon and she ordered things for me in italy but also went to party stores getting anything I needed! She sent pictures to make sure I liked everything! Then the wedding day she was ON TOP OF IT! She made sure my dress was ready, she made sure my mom was taken care of, and she made sure my groom and his group didn't lose track of time. She made sure my group was good to go. Her Florist Fabiana was so sweet and the flowers for our day were BEAUTIFUL! We had beautiful compositions lining the aisle and a STUNNING half-ground arch. The flowers alone made my mom cry. During the reception/dinner party, the table setting was everything I wanted and more. Roberta and Fabiana knocked my reception vision out of the park! She gave me two different mock-ups to ensure I liked them, she found the candle holders and candles I liked. When I say she did everything to make sure my vision came to life she went above and beyond! She helped us find every single vendor and even found us a videographer a month out who was amazing! Our photographers came from the recommendation of Roberta and they were amazing! She made sure all of the vendors coordinated and worked together which helped everything flow throughout the day! Roberta truly cares about the people that cross her path. She makes you feel so special and I could not have asked for a better planner. We even lost our place setting name tags in the rush of the reception but Roberta is having new ones made and sent to us! That just shows you how much she truly cares about her couples. We originally had a larger group planned but by the time the wedding came around it got down to about 17 people, this was so stressful for me and it made me so sad but Roberta did an amazing job reminding me that it was going to be our day no matter what and we would have amazing memories. Without her, we would not have that. I'm not someone who cries but that night it was just tears of joy, I have never felt so special and loved and Roberta and her team made it happen. I will remember our day forever and my family will have these beautiful core memories to last us a lifetime and we owe all of that to Roberta and her team! If you're on the fence or looking for someone Roberta is your girl!! -

My wife, Jeanine, and I had the most remarkable experience using this Roberta for our elopement in Lake Como, Italy. It was an experience steeped in romance, ease, and absolute perfection, all thanks to her meticulous planning and exceptional service.
Right from the get-go, her professionalism was apparent. She took the time to understand our vision for our special day and worked tirelessly to make it a reality. From organizing our marriage ceremony on a stunning island in Lake Como to arranging a memorable boat ride afterwards, she left no stone unturned.
Her attention to detail was truly astounding. She coordinated our stay in Lake Como at a beautiful hotel, where the ambiance and service were second to none. Incredible experience with our wedding in Italy
My wife and I were looking for a simple wedding in the Italian countryside for our kids and ourselves. Roberta took care of everything. She was patient, easy to work with and incredibly helpful. Our blended family had a week at a wonderful villa outside of Todi with a pool and amazing views. The chiefs for the week were excellent. Roberta looked after every detail including the wedding day, our stay in the villa and she even helped us plan or honeymoon immediately after. We couldn’t have been more happy. I can’t recommend Roberta enough. We felt like we’ll cared for guests in Italy. -

best wedding Planner ever!
I would describe Roberta as the best wedding planner you can find if you plan a wedding in Italy.
We planned everything long distance as we couldn't come before the wedding. Roberta made it so super easy for us. Site visits with video calls , reports via email, unlimited calls. She is always available and we felt we were the only couple she was dealing with. Thank you Roberta! -

She has excellent knowledge of the region we visited and showed us some stunning places over the weekend we spent together. She was attentive, understanding of our needs and wishes, and nothing was too problematic for her. Great experience with Roberta and her team!
Roberta stepped in to help us with the final wedding preparations and coordination and embraced the challenge with a huge smile and tons of patience and flexibility! She was always willing to help and and no task was a bother for her. She has a positive and “can-do” attitude and she is extremely emphatic.
