How do I give Ryan and Al more than 5 stars? It's hard to express in words how amazing these guys are. I had tons of guests telling me how awesome they were, always moving, never missing a second, interacting with guest and always aware of their surroundings making sure they got their shots but were not interfering with guests view. They were so good with my 9 year old - she’s shy when she first meets people and they brought her out of her shell almost immediately. After seeing their work I knew i had to have them at my wedding. We had terrible weather and they never let it bring down the mood. Our sneak peek was absolutely breathtaking and I cannot wait to see the rest of what I have no doubt will be nothing short of amazing photos of our big day. Thank you Ryan and Al for all your hard work. You truly helped us take it all in and make some wonderful memories on our wedding day!
I had an idea in my head of what I wanted and Diane was able to create EXACTLY what I wanted. It was everything I was looking for. She was super helpful with the whole process and was very prompt with her responses. Diane’s knowledge and experience took all the guess work out of figuring out etiquette, wording, formatting, etc. and makes the whole process easy . We were able to get our pocket invitation, insert cards,RSVP cards and envelopes (already addressed!) from her at a reasonable price. We got so many compliments on our invitations. I cannot say enough about Diane and the quality of her work! -

I loves everything she designed and made and would definitely recommend her to anyone!! Thank You Diane!!!!!!!! -

I found Diane on the Northeast Ohio Wedding Resale Group and paid her to do the invitations for mine and my fiancé’s engagement party. We met for the first time around February/March and our party was slated to be in August. My interaction with Dianne started out great. She was extremely responsive and super nice. We had set up a time for me to come and pick up the invites and envelopes and I paid her in full upon picking everything up. We proofed, together, the invitation so I thought no need to take a look at it when I got home, right? Wrong. The city was spelt wrong on the invitation even though it was proofed prior. I know it was not a big deal but I did make a point of telling her. Upon telling her this, she said she did feel bad. She had told me she would mail 30% back (again, not a lot but the misspelling caused an uproar with GPS’ and several people including my aunt and uncle from out of town were over 3 hours late and missed majority of the party) back in February. She then offered 20% off and I told her I was hesitant about using her company again because I didn’t want anything misspelt. I had told her “no, no, don’t feel bad, I still want to use you for everything” in response to her feeling bad. She thought I rejected the 30% that she was supposed to send back to me. I contacted her in July and told her I had never gotten the check and she said “well, you told me you didn’t want it so I offered the 20% instead.” Well, no, that’s not what we agreed on. She had told me on July 31st that she would email me the check and I haven’t gotten ANYTHING!!!!!! I’m so frustrated. She’s dodging my Facebook messages and will not answer back. I’m so upset. She made the error, she promised to send me 30%, and now she refuses to send something that should rightfully be sent! She’s awesome to work with until an error is made — then you’re her worst enemy and she really doesn’t care. We are human yes but please if you’re going to send money back to someone who is relying on it, send it! So, now, it’s almost October and I have no check but a sour taste in my mouth from this company. I’m so aggravated. Hopefully this gets solved soon! -
User2220468 Sent on 07/10/2015Diane was very very unprofessional. When we started with her she was very enthusiastic about our invites. After we gave her our deposit then everything started falling apart. She would take weeks to get back to us, she would not return calls or e-mails. The invites were late and were wrong, Wrong color and wrong sizes. When we e-mailed her via Facebook about the problem, thinking that she would fix it, she said that "There is nothing she can do" then blocked us, so we could not continue the conversation. Her work on the invites, the invite card, RSVP, Direction card designs were very good, but her business ethics are very poor. Do not rely on her to get things right or to get back to you on time, and if they are wrong don't expect for her to fix it.
