Ivey Cake did not disappoint, we really enjoyed our wedding cake. We picked out an almond cake with vanilla ice cream and it is to die for. They were also very flexible in terms of talking on the phone and figuring everything out a couple weeks before the wedding, through a pandemic nonetheless. -

Love Ivey Cake!
Ivey Cake is awesome! They did the grooms cake exactly like the picture I sent them and it was a huge hit! The flavor was carrot cake and everyone complimented us on it! -

We tried a few options for wedding cakes but as soon as we sampled IveyCake, I was sold. They were so amazing to work with and the price for the quality cannot be beat. I can't recommend them enough! -

Nashville was a destination wedding for us, and Ivey Cake was prompt in email and phone communication and meeting with us when we were in town. The cupcakes and cake were out of this world, and our guests could not stop talking about them. The staff was great about keeping cost in check, recommending flavors and size, but also following our design ideas and meeting our needs. Can't wait to eat our cake top in a year! -

Their cupcakes are delicious and we knew our guests would want just a sweet bit of something after such a large meal. Andrea, from Ivey Cake, was sweet enough to do a Texas A&M logo on the top cake round, which was visible only to my husband and I when we cut the cake (we did not want to do a separate groom's cake, but did want a tiny nod to his team :)). Ivey Cake delivered to our reception hall and Chef's Market elegantly organized the cupcakes into a tier under the cake round, making a stunning display. Very happy with how everything turned out! Oh and the top round kept pretty well for our first anniversary! -

Extremely DISAPPOINTED with our whole Ivey Cake experience. 3 days before our wedding, when our wedding coordinator was confirming the details with them they said they had no order on file for us. We had paid a deposit and had an order confirmation that we sent back to them. They then said they could do it but because it was such short notice they couldn't give us the flavors we wanted. We didn't fuss and took what they could give us. And then there came the issue of the cupcake stand. We were initially charged around $825 in late/damage fees for not returning the cupcake stand which we were unaware our venue's housekeeping accidentally threw away (that should tell you how nice it looked). Ivey Cake did not contact us about the cupcake stand until about 2 weeks after the wedding, late fees adding up every day, and then suddenly sent me an invoice for $825...which is more than we paid for the cupcakes, cake, stand rental, and setup altogether. Eventually they cut it down to $600 and sent us a letter from their lawyer that they would be taking us to court if we didn't pay it. We got royally screwed. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced...very UNORGANIZED, lacking communication, AVERAGE CAKE. Any decent cake company can make cakes that look and taste like theirs and probably will be nicer, cheaper, and easier to deal with. Save yourself the nightmare and DO NOT BOOK. -

Don’t waste your money
Just a rant ... on Oct 12th 2019 I married the love of my life.. we decided to go with Ivey cake for our cake maker . In February of 2019 we paid IN FULL the $676.06 in CASH . Later that year in April they contacted us stating they didn’t have the address to the venue 🤔 & we would be charged a delivery fee of $200 . Of course we were upset and a little confused bc Jorden and I gave her that information . (We should have cancelled then ) fast forward to oct 12 ,2019 .. yes they were on time but the cake was wrong ! As you can see in our signed contract that we paid for super in advance that the cake was to be 3 tiers , the top white , middle lace & bottom wine red . Instead we got an all white cake with what looks like explosive diarrhea covering it . Shortly into the ceremony the cake starting falling apart !
We contacted Ivey cake and I was reassured I would be refunded all my money back . Their owners words : “ we would be refunding you all of your money back “ .
We have received a check for $616.00 and the $200 will be refunded in 3-5 business days to the card which it was taken from . However the taxes of $60.06 have yet to be refunded . In fact she told me not to call back and to contact her attorney because she wouldn’t refund this . **** $60.06 is not a big deal but what IS A BIG DEAL is when you tell the bride and groom on there big day that you will “be refunding you all of your money back “ because your company failed to follow our signed contract and deliver the correct cake and then turn around and say you aren’t going to is a BIG DEAL****
I will definitely be posting this on every review I can and exposing you and your company for your lack of professionalism. -
