Ivy (& Erin) were our wedding coordinators and florists for our wedding that took place in May 2023. From our first communication through the wedding day, and even after the wedding, Ivy has been such a pleasure to work with. Ivy is very responsive and is quick to respond if I had questions or needed suggestions during the planning process. Her vision and execution of the wedding flowers were even better than I could have ever imagined. Her organizational skills and timeliness on the day of the wedding (& rehearsal) were exceptional. She truly didn't miss a beat and kept the day running smoother than I ever thought possible. Ivy was a big part of bringing my vision to life and helping us have the wedding of our dreams! As a vendor I had the opportunity to work with Callie from Ivy Marie Weddings. She is an amazing wedding planner. Her organizational skills are impeccable.
The way Callie was able to handle any last-minute challenges that at times happens at a wedding is incredible!
It also shows she is not only knowledgeable but a true expert at her job! She is definitely the wedding planner that you want to have at your wedding.

Best Day EVER!!
I can’t even imagine what this wedding day would’ve looked like without Ivy! We hosted our daughter’s wedding on our family farm, sounds simple right? Not so simple! But Ivy helped plan every single detail from renting pews to renting dishes, meeting with the caterer and everything else in between. We also used her for all of the flowers, how she did it all I’ll never know. She was easy to communicate with and “yes” always seemed to be the answer. She was very attentive to our needs and making sure that my daughter and I were at ease on wedding day as she insisted that we relax and enjoy the day and leave the details to her (that is not my nature but I felt so comfortable with her and confident in her abilities that I was finally able to step back and let her do her thing) The wedding was absolutely unbelievable! Ivy’s ideas and vision came together in a magical way while still honoring our desires and wishes. My daughter’s favorite aspect of her wedding? “My bouquet!!”. The flowers were AMAZING! This was truly the most beautiful bridal bouquet I’ve ever seen and the bouquets for the bridal party were equally perfect. My advice…give Ivy room to be creative, she will not disappoint!! Would I recommend Ivy? Without hesitation, YES!!!! Thank you Ivy for everything you did for this special day, it truly wouldn’t have happen without you!!Ivy Marie Weddings's reply:

Flawless Wedding Day

Ivy was the best coordinator and florist I could have asked for! She kept everything rolling the day of the wedding and was super attentive to my husband and me during the entire day! She was easy to communicate with and always answered all our questions. Our flowers were so so beautiful, and I could not stop staring at my bouquet. I was having a hard time envisioning what it would all look like, and it turned out even better than I could have imagined. They were beautifully arranged and exactly what I had hoped for. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID related issues and Ivy seamlessly handled everything. When she said “Don’t worry. It will get worked out. I’ve got it handled”, I really trusted her! There are many PROS when it comes to hiring her, especially being a florist, too! Worth everything! We love Ivy. -

I literally squealed with glee when Ivy walked in with my bouquet. I knew she would create something beautiful, but she blew me away! She took my dream and brought it to life better than I ever imagined.

I got married on 5/1/21 at Tatum Acres and I was blessed that I received Ivy as my coordinator. I also booked her floral services. She exceeded my expectations with both services. She is quick to respond and very attentive to what you are dreaming of. I honestly don’t think our day could have went as it did without her. We can’t thank Ivy enough for making our wedding day simply MAGICAL. She is hands-down, the best florist and wedding planner I have ever seen. We recently held our wedding at The Barn at Tatum Acres, and Ivy was there from Day 1 of the planning process. She went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of our wedding weekend were taken care of. She is super organized, efficient, calm under pressure, professional and really just an awesome gal to work with! When other aspects of our wedding weekend went awry, Ivy jumped in to help smooth things over and make sure we stayed on track (and also calmed down a very stressed bride). She’s also an incredibly talented florist, and designed the most breathtaking bouquets and garlands for us, all at a very reasonable price.
Long story short, she seriously worked some magic at our wedding, and gave us the most amazing, unforgettable day!! We are so grateful for her and would recommend Ivy 100x over. -

Where to begin with Ivy? I literally (and jokingly) asked her to be one of my bridesmaids the first time I met her! She was a blessing we didn't know we needed! We were married at the Barn of Tatum Acres and Ivy was our day-of coordinator and florist but she was so much MORE. She went above and BEYOND any expectations. She brings you so much confidence throughout the entire wedding planning process and so much ease the day-of. Our flowers were GORGEOUS. I received so many compliments. Ivy was so attentive to every detail and truly makes you feel like nothing could go wrong on your day. I cannot recommend her enough!! Look no more, she's your girl! -

Our wedding was a bit rushed to say the least, we were planning to have it at a different time but my husband lost his only brother, then before we knew it the end of the year crept up! I reached out and met Ivy and she was get, she got a sense of my style and preference and my wedding colors and ran with it and did an amazing job! She kept my wedding on schedule and helped with anything I needed with planning, and the wedding day itself! Perfection
Ivy is SO amazing at what she does it just seems effortless. She truly made my day beyond perfect and amazing that I don’t know how I would have done it without her. Ivy was a dream to work with. I fully believe that our wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect if it wasn’t for her. She took all of the stress away for myself and family so we could focus on soaking in every moment. Her assistant was wonderful as well. She followed me around with a blanket so I wouldn’t get cold during pictures. The both of them were able to make a room flip within 15 minutes due to weather. Ivy was an absolute joy to work with for my November 2022 wedding in Sautee, GA. From the very first phone call with her, I knew our event was in great hands. Her experience and confidence was exactly what I needed during the chaos of wedding planning. On the big day, her calm demeanor combined with authority (to herd all of the cats!) was invaluable and truly made our event go off without a hitch. Her floral and design talent is unmatched, and we received tons of compliments from our guests on how stunning everything looked. I am forever grateful for Ivy and will never forget all that she did to make our wedding the best day of our lives! Complete disaster!!!!
Extremely unresponsive for a wedding coordinator. She took 5 plus days and sometimes an additional email to have her respond. Wedding party and friends had to help complete our vision for our wedding on our wedding day. Numerous times she was asked if she needed help and her answer was always "ill get to it" but never did. Not one thing was done that my wife and I discussed with her at any of our meetings. I had to spend most of my reception chasing down things that she forgot or lost track of instead of spending it partying with my wife. The day of our wedding she seemed very unmotivated and was most defintely not a pleasure to do business with. Our videographer, photographers and DJ were left to basically coordinate on their own as she was never anywhere to be found and basically gave up half way through the night. She made everything extremely stressful especially being from out of state.
If you use her for florals (the one thing she actually did very well) make sure you are buying them and not renting them from her, as our florals were packed up before the end of the night into her car without asking us and were donated on her behalf for another event. As you can see from the two photos I posted, one is from our cocktail reception that was incompelte with a white garbage bag full of flowers on the ground right behind the cellist she never finished and the other is the vine that she sparsely decorated. -
